The room itself was really great! Big and super comfortable bed, everything functioning, so that it was a real pleasure to spend time there. It’s quite close to the beach, in the more tranquil side.

It’s a big hotel, so it gives quite of an impersonal and cold feeling. The staff at the front desk wasn’t particularly nice, while the cleaners were really sweet. Walls are not soundproof: I could hear very well the crickets outside and people in the next rooms talking (and not only that sadly).

The hotel itself was already the vacation, walking distance from aonang beach, we have the best nature view in our room, the rooftop pool was superb, place was neat and clean all staff were very warm and accommodating, they gave us a welcome drink and they were very helpful, I would definitely recommend to my friends and family

Everything about the accommodation was exactly what we were looking for as a couple celebrating our first wedding anniversary; adults only, our porch was a few metres then we were in the pool; could swim to the bar for some mocktails in about 27 seconds; staff were amazingly kind and gracious; food throughout the restaurants was great; rooms, bed, bathroom all cool and comfortable; the two swimming pools on the rooftop bar overlooking the Andaman Sea, surrounded by natural jungle beauty, with massive limestone outcrops dwarfing you as you'd stand in disbelief looking at the sheer beauty that surrounds you was transcendental. It was also great being so conveniently located to the heart of AoNang, and only a few hundred metres walk from the beach so we could hear waves crashing at night, but as it is on a dead end road, as the beach is there; the serenity from lack of western industrial crap is pure bliss. We plan on returning for another fortnight next year, and we rarely return to countries or accommodation that we've travelled to prior, thus this is a good indication of how relaxing this hotel is.

The size of the rooms were great, and the bed very comfy. We enjoyed our greeting with a lovely drink to the hotel. Breakfast buffet was ok, standard. The rooftop pool is the highlight of this hotel, lovely for relaxing by.

On our arrival our private pool (which we paid extra for) was full of leaves and cigarette buds, so hadn't been attended to before our arrival. They did however come and clean the pool the next day. Would say its not worth springing for the private pool option as there is nowhere to lounge after being in the pool. Cleanliness was fine, but definitely not the cleanest hotel I've stayed at.

I had a premier king room with pool view which was comfortable, clean and spacious. My room was quiet, unlike my friend who had booked a deluxe double overlooking the land behind the hotel (because she thought it would be quieter than overlooking the pool). Most nights she was disturbed by noise coming from the market and car park on the land. My room with the glass partition between the bathroom and bedroom (that becomes opaque at the flick of a switch) was much brighter and airy. Loved the rooftop pool which was never busy. Great location. The beach was only a 1-2 minute walk where the bars and restaurants started. Walking in the opposite direction of the hotel is another strip with a good choice of bars and restaurants.

Peaceful location, although there was some noise coming from the night market. The beach and the main street are easily accessible walking. The bed, pillows and blanket were comfortable. The AC and WiFi was working well.

Rooftop pool area is too crowded and the sunbeds are close to eachother. The sunbeds were reserved early in the morning. The poolside bar music volume was too high. The drinks were overpriced. Group excersizes were not included in the room price. Hotel restaurants and spa prices were way above normal. The breakfast was a little bit dissapointing, we expected more. The fried eggs were always cold, the hot dishes did not change much during our 2 week stay. Some staff members at the reception were a bit rude.

The breakfast was fabulous and staff wonderful. The bar upstairs on the pool deck was so beautiful. My husband got sick on the last day and they let him sleep in the spa salon area until we left. The room was big and comfortable and the resort was in a great location

You cant order the food from the restaurant downstairs to be delivered to the pool deck on the roofless with the pool. Also you couldn't order wine up there only cocktails and beer. Also you couldn't hebe a drink in a glass. I understand you cant havebe this in the pool but you should be able to drink it in the chair around the pool

The hotel is very modern, with all the amenities one would expect at this price point. The rooftop infinity pool was one of the highlights, offering great views of Ao Nang and a very laid-back atmosphere. The room was clean, spacious, and had a modern touch that we really liked. Breakfast included a varied selection of items and was of very good quality. The hotel’s location was excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the beach. There’s also a night market nearby, which we enjoyed, and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We highly recommend staying at this hotel.

BlueSotel SMART Krabi Aonang Beach - Adults only is No 1 to stay when you thinking to visit Thailand Krabi province for following reasons : * Location of hotel is on quite area & on place where you can easily reach Ao Nang Beach just 3 minutes by walk . If complete walking for additional 15 minutes after reaching beach you can also reach to Ao Nang Night Market . All beach & the market in one way. On another direction you can walk for less than 10 minutes by walk to AONANG MUSLIM STREET where you found what you need of shops , restaurants, cafes ..etc . & also just down the hotel also Blue Mountain Market. * ⁠Staff so much help full , we request from them to make up the room at around 07:00 pm .They were execpet that even the time is late for making up room . * ⁠Room is so big area with big & organized bath , modern furniture , so comfortable beds & balcony with nice view of beach & the pool. * ⁠Breakfast was with variety of delicious food on big Omelette Restaurant with nice view.

Everything was super excellent. Strongly recommended who planing to visit Karbi province exactly Ao Nang beach . Be careful to book smart one of BlueSotel .

The hotel is very clean, the beautiful staff are constantly cleaning. Hotel is a very short walk to the beach and into town,where there are plenty of shops 7/11, restaurants and food kiosks. The rooms are a great size, with a decent balcony, small fridge and kettle. Air con efficient and control in room. The best feature of this hotel are the pools, there are two on the roof, which are lovely to swim in and have magnificent views. Plentiful loungers. Other pools on ground floor. Breakfast was mix of euro and Asian food and very good.

Wifi dropped out a bit. Otherwise hotel and staff excellent. Nothing to do with the hotel but… Ao Nang has a beautiful beach and view but at times litter on the beach and a general lack of waste bins at beach and around town. Water quality in sea wasn’t always good, although otherwise warm and safe. Ao Nang was a bit too commercialised for us personally but obviously this also gives plenty of eating, drinking and shopping opportunities.
