We only stayed one night, the lad that met us from the boat was lovely and took our bags to our room. The room was a good size for a few days but wouldn't want to stay there for longer. The balcony was fab with a hammock out front. The bathroom was a bit of an experience with the shower and loo being together and the sink being in the main living area. The location is good, not far from walking street but this also meant you could hear the music until late. The bar only served beer or soft drinks. We didn't get a chance to try breakfast as they didn't serve it until 8.30 am, and our boat left at 9 am, so there was no time. I did mention it on arrival, and there was no offer of an alternative. There were other people who also missed breakfast because of the timing. I would stay here again.

Repeat visit, staff exceptionally helpful as before eg arranged transfers to and from the property. A/c bungalow this time with advantage of fan, TV, fridge and kettle. Similar size to fan-only bungalows on opposite side of garden. Daily cleaning offered. Gardens developing beautifully with care, lovely environment. Excellent location by beach with swimming/snorkelling area. Convenient for walking street but sheltered from noise of beachfront and street.

Hot and stuffy unless we used the A/c. Preferred the fan-only bungalow that we had last year, which was also much cheaper.

I loved my stay at Lipe Garden Beach Resort. I actually ended up extending my trip. I did, however, upgrade from a room with a fan to a room with air conditioning after two nights and found it much more comfortable, but I think that's personal preference as much as anything else. The staff were lovely, communicative and helpful. They will organise your transfer and boat ride to the island for you. The resort benefits from being right on the beach, very close to Walking Street and also right next to the ferry dock. Once I'd explored the rest of the island I concluded that this was the best possible location for my needs. Would 100% stay here again, but once again opting for the air conditioned room, which benefits from a mini fridge and hot water (not that you'll need hot water). The bed was very comfortable, the hammocks outside were a nice touch, and you can hear the sea at night even a little way back, which is very soothing. There are massage facilities on the premises too.

Nothing to dislike, I just upgraded my room to one with air conditioning because the fan wasn't enough for me, but like I say that's personal preference.

We absolutely LOVED our stay in Lipe Garden Beach resort. I felt like I had turned back in time and was in Thailand 20 years ago. We had a bungalow across from the massage room and my two young children absolutely loved playing everyday on the swing and at the beach. The staff were so lovely and kind. The room although basic suited our needs and the location is wonderful.

Bathroom drain was always blocked causing water to back up on the floor.

Lipe Garden is a wonderful place to stay that offers great value for what you are paying. The hotel is right on the beach, so your beach commute is a minute. You have your own little bungalow which was really nice! The hotel is also a few minutes from the cute walking street that bisects Koh Lipe. I thought that the beach this hotel is on (Pattaya Beach) was the best we visited on Koh Lipe, with clear water and white sand!

We didn't have AC and that was too hot. I would recommend AC if you are heat sensitive.

It's one of the best prime locations on Pattaya Beach. The staff are amazing, super friendly and really helpful especially Toni and Chris and the Monkey Bar close by provides great entertainment and amazing cocktails. I highly recommend this amazing place to everyone. Thank you sooo much Toni, Chris and all your lovely and friendly staff once again for welcoming me warmly into your beautiful and harmonious resort. Thank you for the hospitality during my visit. I really enjoyed everything about my stay at your resort. From the moment of my arrival to my last minute at your place I was treated really well. I must say I really enjoyed my stay here and I didn't want to leave this beautiful and breathtaking place sooo soon and I can't wait to come back in the near future.

Great place to stay in Koh Lipe with friendly staff. The room was also nice with a relaxing porch. Also the massages were excellent! Good breakfast to start the day.

Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. Also our cottage was all the way in the back in a messy, less well-kept area. The rest of the cottages looked great so the closer you are to the beach the more value for money you get. We did appreciate the staff trying to relocate us but unfortunately it was fully booked.

They’re very accommodating. The room is always clean, new bed sheet and pillow cases daily, I guess to some the staff has initiative to do the SOP. I am happy and had a sleep like a baby feeling. I love how comfortable the bed is.

There is so much going in the island in general. Construction are everywhere but I’d like to suggest that Lipe “Garden” Beach Resort must justify the name as a Garden. I hope to see more of amazing garden with blossoming flowers and lush bushy green plants as I walk the pathway.

I loved the beach houses and location close to the water and the main walking street. I had everything I needed for a very nice and beautiful stay in Ko Lipe. The staff has been so friendly and kind in all the ways. I had a breakfast-included booking. Menu was delicious and very diverse. I really loved to stay there. The beach house is spacious, clean and has a large bathroom with hot shower. The porch in front of house is absolutely instagramable and the whole walk way between the houses gives a nice holiday feeling. I will want to come again if I ever come to Ko Lipe. I recommend it.

Right on beach, 2 minutes walk to shops/restaurants. All staff really friendly and helpful. Room basic and clean. A/C and fridge works well. Massage facility was excellent. Met from boat and luggage taken to accommodation despite boat being over an hour late.

Breakfast options limited but plenty of restaurants close by.
