We initially booked only 3 nights at the hotel, but ended up extending our stay to a full week because we liked it so much. One of the highlights was the breakfast service — it’s delivered right to your balcony! You choose your preferred breakfast the day before, with options including both American and Asian styles. It’s completely free, as the hotel doesn’t have its own restaurant. The room was very cozy and clean. There were no insects, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and all the necessary amenities were provided. Housekeeping was done daily. The view was beautiful, and the beach is right outside the hotel entrance. Everything you need — cafes, restaurants, shops — is within walking distance. Getting around the island is easy as the hotel offers taxi rides to any destination for just 50 baht per person. They also provide umbrellas in case of rain. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

A small downside was the snorkeling tour we booked. We had agreed to meet downstairs at 9:30 AM, but we got a call at 9:00 AM asking us to come down immediately. We reminded them of the original time, and they agreed — but then called again 15 minutes later saying we had to leave because the group was waiting. The tour also ended 1.5 hours early — at 2:00 PM instead of 3:30 PM — with no explanation for the missing time. Another minor issue was the soundproofing — we could clearly hear our neighbors’ conversations, which wasn’t ideal. Despite these small issues, we were overall very satisfied and would definitely recommend this place to others.

This was one of our favourite stays in Thailand. It was better than a 5 star resort would be. The staff are genuinely super helpful (especially the woman, I forgot to ask her name). There's no pretentiousness at all. The room is very clean and spacious, bed is super comfy, sheets are soft and bathroom was huge with a new shower. This is one of the newer places on the island, and although there's no restaurant the breakfast on the balcony is lovely. We hired a kayak for 1h for free and snorkeled around the small island opposite after using the sun loungers.

Yes there is rubbish behind the hotel before the entrance but that seems to be a general issue in the island. It didn't really bother us considering the hotel has a probate alleyway which is pretty neat!

love the location of the hotel next to the beach. the sea was emerald bluish green, so beautiful. near mini market, food stalls, 10 mins to walking street. i love the concept of breakfast at the room. service of staff was otherwise good.

we booked the room with sea view, but gotten the room which is not directly facing the sea. tried to switch rooms after the guest for sea-facing room left, but hotel didnt allow. i guess hotel policy or is extra inconvenience to the hotel. they are strict on number of towels, couldnt get an extra towel. i think they could have practiced some leniency.

Great staff with a cute cat called "coconut" at the reception. The room was good and you have the sunrise beach with 5m. Near the main street by walk and everything was great. I want to go back 😫

As the hotel is in front of the beach, you might hear the longtail boats engines in the morning. It doesn't bother a lot, but you can hear it.

Location on the beach is fabulous. Staff were so very happy and smiley and helpful. Loved the free coffee and breakfast was also nice.

The bathroom was very dark and there was only one mirror, positioned in the dark bathroom. I couldn't see to put makeup on. Also there wasn't anywhere to put toiletries etc. It was fine for me on my own but would have been a nightmare if I was sharing with someone else.

Breakfast was delivered to our room at our chosen time & was delicious. Beach was very near & it was lovely to swim in the sea. Room was ample size & very clean with hot running water to shower.

The open design of the balcony on the upper floor would be dangerous for young children, with many large openings & we had to be mindful when our grandson was with us. Thankfully I did not see any other children at that level.

i like it because it is very near to the beach/shores. the view very exceptional.

all good and great no doubt but on my second night resort’s wifi can’t connect and there is no one who standby to ask and some other room call receptionist but no one was there. hope receptionist can stay during the night so if have any emergency we have someone to reach to. overall is great and i will repeat my stay.

Location is too good and its value for money. Pros:- Value for money Good location Rooms are good Aircon Cons:- There is room for improvement in maintaining the property. Too many mosquitoes and I recommend to buy a mosquito spray if you plan to book this property. Bath room is smelly.

Collection from the speed boat ferry and transfer back to the ferry were really good. Only 10 mins walk from walking street. Great check in really friendly staff.

All rooms over looked unless you were in a beach front room. No bar, restaurant or pool. Beach is really small when the tide is in. Be careful of the current when swimming. No hot water in the shower for the length of our stay even though we made reception aware.
