Nice hotel, had a deluxe room with a pool view. Which is opposite the beach close to the breakfast room and bar. Originally booked the honeymoon suite until I found out how high up the rooms were, you can get a cart from reception up to the upper pool but have to walk up the next couple of flights of stairs and it's steep not recommended if you have walking difficulties or bad back problems. The rooms opposite the lower pool are brilliant. Foods good, and the staff are fantastic, even the guys that transport the suitcases. Drinks are reasonable nice sun beds on the beach but limited All in all a nice hotel with attentive staff. They even cleaned the beach in front of the Hotel every day, which nobody else bothered to do along Pattaya beach.

This is a generalization of the area. Not specific to this hotel . The government charges 200 baht for foreigners to enter the national park and 40 baht for Thai's, Not a problem, I say to my self, until I see the state of the rubbish on the beaches after high tide and the state of the roads, The money is certainly not going on maintaining the island, sad really. And I think that's why Sita resort make sure the beach in front of the Hotel is clean, be warned hiring a scooter, well you will be taking your life in your hands. Taxi rides are an adventure lol and they cope with the roads. They reminded me of the motorcycle and side car racing on the Isle of Man TT races.

SITA was brilliant, really good value for money. Staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful Breakfast was good as well, what you would expect from a buffet breakfast The beach was unbelievable and location was good - it was far enough away from walking street to get peace and quiet, but close enough that it was easily accessible. We had a hillside room, the walk up the hill was fine but I could see why some people might struggle with it. I wouldn't want to be right at the top of the hill, the walk could become annoying with a long stay but there were golf buggies to give you a lift if you required it.

Hard beds - slightly uncomfortable Bathroom at times was smelly, but staff would fix this when we notified them

Lovely pools and sunbeds on the beach. Room was a great size overlooking a pool. Breakfast was very good.

Air-conditioning in the room never worked properly. It wouldn't respond to changes no matter what the setting. Eg at 30 degrees cooling it was belting out cold air all the time. Overall cleanliness of resort was not great. Poolside drinks and food were left by the pool sometimes overnight. Not a criticism of the resort but the beach was very dirty with no end of plastic and other rubbish including dog poo. No bins on view and no cleaning of the beach.

Amazing breakfast with a wide variety of food! The hotel is right on the beach, lovely quiet location with a nice pool, clean room with a nice hot shower and they arranged pick up and drop off and refreshments while checking in was a nice touch. Staff were also very helpful & friendly

The room was nice and large, but unfortunately it was a little tired looking, and definitely in need of some tlc and I could feel the springs in the mattress, so i didnt manage to have to best nights sleep Also it might be worth noting the bathroom has a gap at the top of the walls,which is understandable to allow the bathroom to not become damp, but it also allowed for a little harmless lizard to visit me during the night

Room was ready way before 2PM and we really appreciate it, all the staff were smiling and kind, swimming pool was always warm, well curated garden, very big room compared to other resorts on the island, very quiet pool with not too many guesy making noise during our stay. At check out they transferred us for free to the boat terminal and it was quick and efficient. Only 10 min walk to our favorite restaurant on the island, the Cliff Lipe, where you can experience the best Sunset while sipping the best cocktails and food,don’t miss it!

Restaurant prices way too high compared to other places and were not justified, like small fries for 170 or a bottle of beer for 120. The breakfast had a wide variety, but unfortunately most of the options weren’t to my taste or felt low in quality — like packaged-tasting donuts and savory dishes that just didn’t appeal to me. Lot of mosquitoes, especially in the room, when we arrived the balcony door was open and during the stay we had to spray ourselves the entire time. The beach in front is not the best one on the island, but it’s ok to stay here for few days at arrival or before leaving. I would not stay the entire time.

Great hotel and well located on the island. They come pick you up when you arrive with the ferry and will also bring you back free of charge. There are 2 pools and very nice sun beds. They also provide towels and organize private tours. Breakfast was good and staff was really nice. I would surely go back!

Some ants in the bathroom and many mosquitoes. Maybe they should do a lemongrass treatment (like we had in other hotels) to reduce the quantity of mosquitoes. The hotel is built going uphill, so if you don’t have the best mobility, better to choose one of the rooms closer to the beach.

We really liked the breakfast, there was a large selection with some daily variation. The room was clean and big, equipped with lots of amenities that were restocked daily. We were picked up from pier, dropped back on departure, and brought to our room with the golf buggy, which was a nice surprise. We also appreciated the privacy provided by the hillside location of our room, where people walking past wouldn't be able to look inside the windows.

The bathroom was open to the outside, which meant that there were many mosquitos and we had to keep the door closed at all times. This wasn't a big problem but the door was often left open by the housekeeping staff. More chairs by the beach would be appreciated, and while the pools were never that busy there would have been much more space for additional chairs there as well. There was a price list in the room for breaking items in the room, and we had to wait for housekeeping to check our room upon departure, which was a bit off-putting, and not what we expected from a 4 star hotel.

Beautiful resort! There are two pools, the pool uphill has a beautiful view of the ocean. They have their own beach beds and a restaurant with really good food (I recommend the green curry). The beach in front is stunning. It’s a 7 minute walk on the beach to walking street. Staff is lovely!!!

Our room was location was in the very back of the hotel which required us to walk up steep slopes and many stairs. My boyfriend and I are 21 years old and it was TOUGH. Getting to the other beaches like sunset and sunrise was more difficult than we thought.

The room is spacious and had a great balcony. The bed was very hard, but was given an extra mattress which helped. The location was great and very quiet. Easy access to the beach and walking street (about 15min walk). I used the upper pool which was nice. The lower pool looked.a bit run down so didn't use it. The breakfast was average but the same food served each day and it got old after staying there for 6 nights.

The air con was to the right of the bed and blew right on my head. The air con flap was broken and the staff had stuffed a piece of toilet paper up in it. I asked for it to be fixed, but it was not. There was no fan in the room. The shower had warm water but not hot. Therefore, I was unable to have a nice hot shower or bath. :( Although it was quiet, you could definitely hear the neighbors next door. I stayed here during xmas time and paid prices for a 5 star hotel but this is definitely a 3 -4 star hotel. Definitely not value for money.

Good varied breakfast, larger than expected villa. On the beachfront. Generally decor was good and the whole site was well maintained. Attentive staff. Free water filling and air con was very effective! The property exceeded our expectations and we had a lovely stay.

Bed was very hard and the bathroom had a gap between the wall and ceiling so lots of mosquitoes came in. Sound proofing was not good, so a loud family next door and storms at night woke us up.
