The property is amazing as it is away from the crowd and has an excellent balcony to enjoy the sea view, the rooms are spacious, clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. What add a great value to this property is their fantastic shuttle services for pier or Phi Phi Don, the resort is extremely well managed by their staff, room service is great and food is delicious. We stayed here for 2 days and it was not enough. Highly recommend this place.

Night shuttle charges after 9PM. You will have to 300 baht each day if you plan to come after 9 PM from phi phi market to this resort. You CANT walk you way back.

We loved that the hotel was further out the city centre. Great if you’re looking for a tranquil stay away from the busy centre! It’s near long beach which is stunning. Sun beds down there too. They provide a free shuttle to and from town/beach which is handy. Free until 9pm

The pool and water park is very odd - looks abandoned! We didn’t spend time there The shuttle is great but they don’t really stick to the times on the front desk. Sometimes they come and collect you any time and other points they tell you to wait and then don’t arrive when they say they will The check out process wasn’t very smooth. They dropped us at the beach at 9:35am for the longboat at 10am, which didn’t arrive until 10:15am. They they didn’t have space to load out cases and we nearly missed our ferry. Didn’t appreciate waiting on the beach for nearly 45 minutes!

I like that it is away from the madness of Phi Phi . It is on the other side of the island. The staff are great. The rooms were massive and clean. Great views. Staff were fantastic and helpful. Loved the shuttle service.

They provide car shuttle to the town and to the beach. It runs fairly consistently. It was useful. The only thing is that on occasion they may say they will be there in 10 minutes but it is 20min. But this only happened once to us. They are generally on time. The pool is not really a pool. It's part of the waterpark. the waterpark looked a bit dilapidated and the water looked dirty. I think they are rebuilding the water park.

A really nice beach hotel away from the busy Phi Phi life. Rooms are very spacious and has lovely views from the balcony. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There is a shuttle service from the hotel down to the main town centre which is very handy - around 7-8 mins journey. This hotel is great if you still want a bit of luxury whilst staying in Phi Phi. The beach is lovely as well. Communication is via WhatsApp and staff are on call pretty much anytime you message them.

Lizard in my first room but staff moved me out straight away. The bathrooms are a bit damp and smelly. But overall a great stay.

Location is great. Hilltop view is amazing. If there were no smoke around will be outstanding, but Thailand is covered with serious level of smoke all around the country. On the uphill there is a very nice breeze all the day

Road quality between beach and hilltop is bad which is in combination with poor maintained truck was resulting in dizziness after each ride. If you don't order boat very well in advance you will need to make a long walk to the main pier. Main area for improvement: staff. Each request to the staff had to be duplicated. You call once, nothing happens, after 2nd or 3rd time things are starting moving. We went from beach several times. Come to the point, ask for car and after reply: "10 minutes" you can expect 25-35 minutes waiting with reply "coming coming".

We absolutely loved our stay here, we originally booked for three nights and extended for another two because it’s just out of this world. Upon arrival the manager told us she had upgraded our room from a sea view to a superior sea view and well the views were absolutely breathtaking waking up every morning to the stunning views of phi phi was such a beautiful start to our day! Phi Phi Mountain is of course, up the mountain but the hotel but on a free service to take you to the beach or the town everyday between 8am and 9pm, the service continues late into the night with a small fee of 300bhart per room for a collection the longest we had to wait was ten mins and most the time they were there within a few mins. It’s literally a door to door service with the taxi dropping you off at your door. The drivers always greeted us with a beautiful smile. The room was huge, with two massive balcony’s very clean and comfortable we just loved our stay here and if we ever come back to phi phi this is the only place we would choose. Long Beach is absolutely stunning and they provide a free shuttle bus to take you there also. So convenient to get into the the night time chaos but so peaceful and simply tranquil at Phi Phi Mountain. The reception staff were so lovely and so helpful.

When I’ve read some of other guests reviews all I can think is these people must be so entitled and dam right rude. We absolutely loved our stay here and the only negative was the odd rude guest and the way we saw them speaking to the beautiful staff!

The rooms were lovely and we enjoyed going to the sunset bar and the beach. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, they allowed us to book another night last minute when my partner was ill and offered help. The shuttle service was fast for us. The rooms were kept really clean and the staff informed us straight away when we had forgotten something at the end of our stay. Thankyou

The location isn’t the most convenient, shuttle or boat to get to a shop but the free shuttles made this less of an issue

Absolutely STUNNING!! We honestly didn’t expect it to be so good! Looked at the reviews on google and trip advisor, and was prepared to be disappointed, but honestly i will recommend this resort to everyone, and definitely be back! The rooms are spacious and beautiful, everything is very clean! And the view from the balcony is something else! The team members Mr Ex (manager) and Miss Mam were super helpful and friendly! My favourite hotel through the whole trip!

- Really friendly staff - see view - free upgraded room! - free shuttle service to the town or the beach -(so useful!) you wouldn’t be able to walk to either without using the shuttle service - big spacious room and balcony and bathroom! So much room and so clean and tidy.

- wasn’t made aware that the taxi boat service was available from the pier when we arrived so had to pay and got a little lost finding the hotel - be aware that by the beach the taxi boats can scam you! Be very clear and show them on a map exactly where you want to go and the price! (We asked to go to monkey beach and they overcharged us and took us to monkey bay which was opposite)
