I really liked the location and the room itself. Properly furnished and well lit. The best part about the hotel was the staff especially Mr Fluke and Mr. M. I had a mobile issue and Mr Fluke was kind and patient enough not only to guide me where I can get it fixed from but also helped me in sorting out the problem in no time. Extremely efficient and cooperative staff. I am really glad I chose this hotel for my stay and will be doing so next time too.

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel and everything was absolutely perfect. The room was impeccably clean, spacious and beautifully designed. The staff was incredibly friendly to ensure a comfortable stay. We arrived before checkin time, but they asked us to sit down with a drink and after half an hour they had one room free to move in. The hotel’s facilities, especially the pool where I could swim several laps by myself in the morning was top-notch. Also the gym.was great. The location close to the BTS was also ideal making it easy to explore the city. Still after reading some of the reviews I see that there are always some people that will never be satisfied.

Beautiful building, great friendly and polite staff, big and delicious breakfast buffet, beautiful modern rooms and a very large comfortable bed and cushions, amazing views of the city's skyline and the location is also great as it is in the center of the action in Sukhumvit

The cleanliness, they don't know how to properly clean a room especially with a vacuum cleaner, there were hairs on the floor from other people upon arrival as well as stains and fingerprints etc everywhere and also the windows need an outside clean, the shower didn't work properly as there was only pressure with hot water but barely any cold water flowing which made showering barely impossible

The people! Pann at the reception counter was all smiles and assisted me during the smooth check-in and check-out. Yoyo at the conceierge counter is such a joy! Creating smiles and sharing laughter. I guess everyone I crossed-path with at the property had been nothing but warm and great. Also, the breakfast spread was great! Aside to that, this property is 8mins walk (for me) to Phrom Phong BTS station and Emporium mall. 7-Eleven is just 30 seconds walk away.

Not sure if it was only my room, but I wished the aircon was a little bit more cooler and had stronger blast. Yes, I tried the controls.

Very central location, close to many amenities

They could have scored full marks if not for plenty of mosquitoes in the G floor lobby.

We stayed in a lovely room with a huge bathtub overlooking the city. The view was stunning as well. The staff was excellent, so kind, so polite and very very helpful. The location is just immaculate.

The TV! Time to upgrade the TV! It literally had 30 channels, all of which were in regional languages. A smart TV is really important. That’s the only feedback :)

we loved our entire stay in bangkok. guest service staff- “Fluke” was the best in his hospitality. he was so kind and helpful during our stay. breakfast was great too however given that there are a lot of Indian guests staying over, it would have been nice to see some more vegetarian/Indian dishes on the spread. great location for affordable spa massages in the block. for any information with regards to city tour, suggest you to contact fluke. he is quite informative and helpful that way.

Perfect location for business (near BTS) and for leasure on Sukhumvit. Great breakfast buffet and spacious an very clean rooms. Friendly staff, always assisting well.

Checkin and checkout process could be a bit faster, but smooth it goes.Morning swim is a bit weird, as breakfast area is right next to the pool.

My first time in Thailand and my first hotel here. I’m so glad I chose this hotel, everything was perfect. Staff is so friendly and respectful. Whatever I needed was provided by them, the staff actually want to help the visitors in any way they can. I think I never had a hotel service this good. Rooms were good and spacious. Breakfast had a lot of options, nothing negative to say about my stay. will definitely be coming again. Thanks to everyone working there for making my stay perfect especially Tony and Yoyo.
