It's a masterpiece of design, atmosphere, and service. From the moment you step in, everything feels meticulously crafted for a top-tier luxury experience. The food is outstanding, the room size and decor are exceptional, and the overall execution of the hotel is simply flawless. Having stayed at hundreds of top hotels from leading brands worldwide, I can confidently say this is one of my absolute favorites—everything just works so well together as a package.

There was an issue upon arrival as the room we originally booked wasn’t available for the first night. We were offered an "upgrade," but in reality, it was a large family room, which didn’t quite suit us as a couple. The situation led to some awkward moments at reception, but to their credit, the staff handled it well, and we received our intended room the next day. A few points off for the management, but extra points for the reception team’s professionalism. Beyond this, the hotel was far beyond excellent.

We were very lucky to have been upgraded from an Executive Club Room to an Executive Club Suite. As we were staying for 6 nights the extra room was very welcome. The buffet breakfast was fabulous with everything you could ask for. The staff were exceptional across the board. The afternoon drinks and snacks available in the Club Lounge were very generous. The food available was varied enough to eat dinner if you didn’t feel like venturing out.

If you are after a lot of action nearby this probably isn’t the place for you. There are a few restaurants and bars in the Sindhorn Village (including the Crimson Room) however it wasn’t really walking distance to the BTS - although the hotel does provide a shuttle service. It is easy enough to get a taxi or Bolt to the action. Having said that the area was green and peaceful.

1. The faucet is too short, causing water to spread outside that waste more water 2. asia breakfast quality is not too good compared to western style breakfast (food quality, variaty) 3. welcome drink not too good, need to change something to refresh instead of lemongrass ginger drink that some people dislike

The hotel grounds, lobby and gardens are amazingly beautiful! The room is modern and huge, way better than it seems on the hotel photos. Everything seems to work as perfect as it can be, the AC, the fridge, the curtains allowing total darkness at night, and every other little thing that we assume a 5* hotel would get it right but often not! The staff is amazing and very professional, they manage my transportation on point during the middle of the night, and check out perfectly smooth. The pool views are great and the food served there was great! The location is good, near Lumpini park, a new developed area. There are some metro sation nearby and the free shuttle they provide to them is great! Breakfast was probably the best I have ever seen, lots of variety, great quality and very smooth service, and nice rather quiet ambient. Overall this stay really exceed the expectations! Can't wait to be back! Thanks.

I find three little things that seem odd and put it away for being perfect. First I don't understand why the room design and aesthetics don't follow the lobby which is classy and beautiful. Dark and green, both classy and modern. The room has several weird colors on pillows, big chair and odd glass center table. Tiny details but it just seems off place... on the contrary bathroom is just perfectly designed! Secondly the pillows are strange, big but very soft, not the best. And lastly and most importantly I found the pool water too cold! Should be at leat 3º C higher. Maybe that's why it was almost always empty... what's the point having a side jacuzzi if is too cold to be comfortable? Anyway very small details for a rather amazing experience!

We booked for 2 nights and stayed 4 , Everything was amazing! We got upgraded upon arrival , the staff was supper nice and helpful ,the room was very comfortable, quiet, I didn’t wanted to leave the room it was so good ! Breakfast was delicious any kind of options vegetarian and carnivore will find something to eat ( Michelin star chef) patisserie to die for , juices and more Recommend to visit the spa! expensive but worth every bath , wet sauna, dry sauna, salt sauna and more. Less then a min away there is a small mall with great options of restaurants, supermarkets, beauty salons and more 5 min walk to Lumphini park ,for morning walk after a big breakfast meal.

Great concept for the pool but small not heated.

My stay at the Kempinski sindhorn was unforgettable, thanks to its breathtaking architecture and exceptional service. A special thank you to Mr. Warot, Mr. Sun, and the lovely lady at the check-in counter for their exceptional attention and kindness. Their professionalism and warm hospitality made our experience truly special. For those who appreciate architectural beauty paired with impeccable service, Kempinski sindhorn is an excellent choice.

The room was great, on the 18th floor, away for yhe open area and very quiet, with a lovely view of Lumphini Park. Rooms dining is good with very reasonable prices, the concierge actually enhanced our travel experience, The staff were all exceptional with impeccable manners

The one thing i didnt like was when we first checked we we were put in a room where there was a huge amount of dust under the bed and that really aggravated my asthma , But when we complained they immediately changed our roomz.

Everything! It was such a fine hotel and such a good stay. We didn't want to leave and we will surely come back. The staff was so kind specially NIKI from the reception. The room was beautiful, comfy and clean. They thought about every little detail. The building it self and the decor is so unique and beautiful. And the location is the best in bangkok.

The breakfast was rich and the staff is so kind. but some things could taste better especially the eggs and coffee.

Beautiful elegant hotel. Check-in was seamless. 1 bedroom apartment is big, quiet, great views and overall very comfortable with all services thought through. Breakfast services was delicious, quick turnaround in room service time at any hour of the day, lovely attentive staff. Pool is well maintained, the delicatessen is refined, Flourish restaurant is great. Its a calm soothing experience in the middle of an always bustling city (with easy shuttle service provided by the hotel!). Will definitely return.

Overall apartment care - fresh daily fruit, a little more organization when cleaning, and refreshed flowers add an extra touch of care.
