Beautiful property located exceptionally close to the airport. Incredibly kind and caring staff that accommodated us for early check in and organizing airport transfer. Top tier restaurant and cafe attached to the property, that served us some of the best food we’ve had during our stay.

The bathroom does not have (at least ours) functioning fans, so it fogs up really easily. The AC also doesn’t reach the bathroom so it gets really hot in there. The AC turns off when you removed the room card, so if you go out for the day and return, the rooms boiling. Since it’s located so close to the airport, you’re technically far from the heart of Bangkok so transport options are limited to ride share services or long duration public transport. The rooms also lack noise cancelling, not the best when it’s Songkran celebrations all throughout the night outside.

We had an excellent stay. The service was truly exceptional, all of the staff were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make everything seamless. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the buffet breakfast was bountiful and fresh with many choices, and the pool was lovely. The shuttle service was convenient and reliable, making our travel to and from the airport easy. There is a mall nearby (5 min walk) to explore if you are waiting before your flight. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bangkok seeking outstanding accommodation near the airport.

Cannot fault this hotel for anything. I rarely give a full 10/10 but this hotel really deserves it.

Hotel was quiet. Staff attentive and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with much choice for each culture. Pool was beautiful with different sections so some doing laps whilst kids played in the shallows. There’s a small gym that was well set up for its size. Also a steam room for women and sauna for men. All very clean and well serviced. The beds were comfortable with a choice of pillow firmness. And there was a long bench area where you can open out and leave suitcases which was so useful. There’s a selection of dining options so if you are just there overnight there’s no need to leave the hotel. But if you want to there’s a food market over the road.

Perfect for us but it is a smaller hotel so in peak holiday periods it could feel crowded

This hotel is exceptional, really beautiful. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Kettle and extras provided in the room. Restaurant is fantastic and the bar is very chic. Airport shuttle is a welcome complimentary extra and is super convenient if you are using this as a layover hotel.

Only thing I would say is that it was difficult to find the shuttle when arriving in Bangkok, but I was tired and didn’t want to spend long waiting. I followed the instructions and couldn’t find anyone or anything at the meet point so I abandoned and grabbed a cab which didn’t cost much!

We stayed at this hotel as a family for one night due to its proximity to the airport, as we had flights the next day. The hotel was fantastic and welcoming, with clean rooms furnished in a modern style. Its location was ideal for a short stay, with two small malls within walking distance, along with several 7-Eleven stores nearby. have a beautiful landscape.

The cooking smell in the open corridors, if the hotel can sort this out, will be perfect. breakfast was limited, it would be preferable if there were more options for international food for breakfast and more options of arab and muslim food.

Breakfast was great. Location to the BTS (Chitlom and Ploenchit) was so convenient, also this hotel is very close to many big department malls one of many would be Central Mall and Big C which is where you can get most of your eatable gifts from. Though we were in the heart of Bangkok, this hotel felt like an Oasis. We got the garden view which was so peaceful to wake up to. All in all, this hotel was worth staying at. If we decide to go back to Thailand we would reside here again. It’s a 10 out of 10.

We thought that breakfast was pretty pricey. Maybe about $11 - $13 a person. What worked for us was picking up breakfast stuff instead. This worked out great being that our unit had a full kitchen.

Perfect hotel for a stop over near the airport. Excellent free transfer service between the airport and the hotel. Located near to supermarkets, a food court and restaurants. Good sized pool with a few sunbeds. Pool side facilities of shower, sauna and gym all clean and well maintained. Hotel feels new, modern and clean. The reception was efficient on both check in and check out. We liked having a welcome drink voucher so we could choose when to visit the bar, where we also found Happy Hour with half price cocktails. We will definitely be booking this hotel again.

We thought the road very difficult to cross until we found a traffic light controlled crossing next to the Toyota garage and Paseo Mall. Buffet breakfast fairly average.

This is our favourite hotel and we always feel so relaxed and at home. We love the room with pool access and the whole vibe is very chilled.

Unfortunately on this occasion the smoking seat and ash tray were positioned right outside of our entry door. We could smell it and also hear the smokers congregate. This was very unfortunate and did bother us. You cannot smoke around the pool area, so it makes no sense to be able to smoke at the entrance of people’s doors. Not to mention having to walk past them every time we entered and exited our room. This should be moved far away from the hotel rooms.

Perfect location for an early flight, lots of options to grab a bite, have a coffee or shop nearby. The shuttle service is very convenient and the hotel gives all the information ahead. Breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed the pool area. Our room was comfortable and of a good size. We stayed there on arrival and at the very end of our vacation and were very happy with our choice.

They might consider changing the mattresses of the loungers at the pool area (traces of humidity)

Conveniently located near BKK airport with plenty of parking. Comfortable, spotlessly clean room and the hotel has a bar, which was not too expensive and an excellent restaurant, which was good value for the high quality of food. Also has a free shuttle bus to the airport, which my son used early the following morning. We always use this hotel if we/family members are flying early the following day.

Nothing to dislike, although we didn't venture out into the surrounding area, as it's a bit of a mixture of industrial, retail, hotels etc. and the traffic in the area is pretty chaotic.
