The people working at the reception desk were so professional, friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and had all the amenities to make our stay very comfortable. There were quite a few cafes and restaurants just a five minute walk away and the historic center of the city could be reached by walking 20 to 25 minutes or taking a taxi. Although the hotel was very close to the airport, we heard maybe three jets taking off during our three day stay there.

Very nice hotel. Clean room, good bed, good wifi, everything worked fine. The photos don't lie, my room actually looked like that. I stayed there for 3 weeks and the staff was always very kind and helpful. The hotel is situated in a quiet residential area, just off the busy areas Nimman and Old Town. My room had a balcony with a view to the mountains and nearby trees with birds singing! No traffic noise, very quiet at night. Hard to believe that I was staying close to the center of a city with 1.2 million citizens. For long-time visitors there is a nice and very clean, modern coin laundry in the neighborhood.

I really enjoyed my stay at 3 Season. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and help with my daily needs beyond hotel duties. For instance, I received daily assistance with finding rides to various locations, as well as getting food. The owner sat down to get to know me one night and we spend some time having a great conversation. I’m the following days she continued to be so kind and sweet, and helped me as my needs arose. The staff were AMAZING as well. They helped me so much, and were always so sweet. I feel like I became friends with all 3 of the staff members and they ensured I was comfortable and safe. I love them! The security guard also looked out for me as I came in and out, and opened the door for me when he saw I had so many bags to carry. The care and concern at this hotel made my stay wonderful. Also, they cleaned my room every day. I would love to stay again, and again, and again when I return to Chiang Mai. I only wish this hotel was a little closer to the city center so I didn’t have to pay for a taxi to get around everywhere and had more food options, but no worries about that. I loved the people!

I had a fantastic stay at 3Season in Chiang Mai! As a frequent traveler, it's always a relief to find a place where the photos actually match the room, and 3Season delivers just that. The rooms are spacious and exactly as shown online, with a modern, clean design that makes you feel instantly comfortable. One of the highlights was the comfortable mattress – it’s rare to find one this good while traveling, and it made all the difference for a restful night’s sleep. The water pressure in the shower was consistently strong, which is another huge plus, especially in Thailand, where it can sometimes be hit-or-miss. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, always welcoming with a warm smile and ready to assist with any questions or requests. They clearly take pride in the place, as housekeeping does an excellent job keeping everything spotless. I highly recommend 3Season for anyone looking for a dependable, relaxing place to stay in Chiang Mai. I’ll definitely be back!

No issues

All the staff are so kind! They let us check in early after we arrived via overnight train. They also lent us a knife so we can peel and eat our big pomelo! The room was quiet, clean, and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. It’s in a great location with nearby restaurants and coffee shops. We also rented a scooter from nearby, and this hotel’s covered parking lot was great for when it rained at night.

Only a small suggestion for the property- the king bed is two twin beds pressed together, so we could still feel the crack in between.

First time I've stayed in this area to the south of the city. This is a pretty new build apart-hotel, and it is appointed really nicely. Lots of nice lighting in the room, cool architecture features with view through to the bathroom, and a desk that you can set a laptop up on, with good WiFi. Staff are really friendly, and even if you choose against room servicing each day, they still hang a little bag of the consumables on the door, waiting for you when you get back.

I had a moped so it was really easy for me to get around, but it's not within walking distance of the main tourist areas of Chiang Mai though, if that's a concern for you.

We chose to spend one night at 3 Season because it is close to the airport and we had an early morning flight. We were very pleasantly surprised to find this charming modern boutique hotel with its extremely friendly staff and a clean and sleek room with everything we needed. A short walk around the neighborhood in the late afternoon revealed some great restaurants (the ramen place was outstanding) and coffee shops, as well as an incredible temple and campus for Buddhist monks. It’s an area of the city we wouldn’t otherwise have discovered! I recommend this hotel to travelers - just bear in mind that it is a pretty long walk (or short taxi ride) to the Old City.

The only thing that bothered us a little was the placement of the air conditioner in the small ‘balcony’ off the room. The hot air it expelled made it impossible to open the door onto the balcony. But this is a minor inconvenience.

Very modern hotel and lovely rooms. I liked the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. They have a basic free breakfast and the location its nice, away from the city center and close to the airport. I really enjoyed my stay here.

You should kindly replace the anti vibration rubber on your AC units outside. The rubber its old and its not absorbing vibrations well. When the AC unit turns on its making noise which propagate to other rooms.

Really enjoyed our stay here for 3 days and actually wanted to book again a few weeks later but it was full (good for them!). Would fully recommend... Location - perfect for anyone with their own wheels as its about 10 minutes away from the airport in a quiet part of the town. Slight aircraft notice but not really noticeable. A short walk to nearby shops and restaurants make this a perfect base for exploring Chiang Mai or arriving / departing. Room - spacious and modern fitout with all the amenities you could want. Good shower and never had any issue with hot water or WiFi. Staff - really friendly and helpful with good English. Thoughtful as well; we didn't want the room serviced so had the do not disturb on and they left us extra toilet roll and consumables outside (lovely touch!) Food - breakfast option available and a small bit reasonable offering at an OK price. Parking - 4 parking spaces off the road infront of the apartment block with security. However I suspect there were more spaces if needed round the corner. Never had an issue parking during our time here.

The room was big with exit to a small balcony, had an interesting glass cube as the bathroom, the bed was summer comfy, and the bathroom was extra clean. staff was polite and helpful with the laundry service

even if ti was close to the airport, we did not hear any noise from the airport, but the location was a bit far from the central happenings in this city. waiting for a taxi and getting a taxi to the hotel was a bit long each time.
