Absolutely everything! The staff was super friendly, attentive, and always available to help. The hotel was very clean, the room was very nice, the bed was comfortable, and there was no noise. We had towels changed every day. Great location. The breakfast was sufficient and delicious. I will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Chiang Mai.

I truly enjoyed my stay here. The room was comfortable, the bed was cozy, and the facilities provided everything I needed for a pleasant visit. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the staff was always friendly and attentive, which made the overall experience very welcoming.

Although the room didn’t have a balcony or much natural light, it honestly didn’t affect my stay at all. The atmosphere was calm and restful, and I left feeling relaxed and satisfied with the choice I made.

My wife and I stayed here with our 7-month-old baby and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly kind, helped us with tours, and connected so warmly with our baby that she happily stayed with them—giving us our first dinner alone in 7 months! The hotel was clean, had good infrastructure, and served a very nice breakfast. But it was truly the staff who made our stay unforgettable.

Really friendly and helpful staff, location is good too, laundry service was excellent and at a good price. Breakfast was nice, too, with eggs freshly prepared and not sloppy in a tray.

Everything here from the staff to the facilities were amazing, big thanks to Mew, Mild, Net and Git (reception staff + housekeep) were a very big help, would definitely come back when next in Chiang mai

Our stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. We booked both a Superior Triple Room and a Superior Double Room with an extra bed, and we found that the Triple Room was the better choice for three people. The main bed was wonderfully comfortable, while the smaller bed in the Triple felt more solid and supportive compared to the extra bed added to the Double Room. Breakfast was also a highlight, with plenty of variety and tasty dishes that gave us a great start to the day. Overall, the rooms were spacious, clean, and the beds provided a very restful night’s sleep.

The only small drawback was that the quality of the extra bed in the Double Room was not quite on par with the other beds. However, this was a minor detail and did not affect our overall positive experience.

I liked everything

It's a comfortable enough stay and the staff are kind. There's also a tiny gym which is useful if you want to get a little run in or lift some weights. The room wasn't quite as nice as the pictures but we slept well and the staff were attentive with cleaning. It's on the edge of the old town but walkable. It's very close to a lovely little park that has a community that goes there to exercise and just enjoy the space, really lovely.

The only thing was when we were leaving the staff tried to charge us before our bathroom floor towel was dirty which was just laughable.
