Everything here from the staff to the facilities were amazing, big thanks to Mew, Mild, Net and Git (reception staff + housekeep) were a very big help, would definitely come back when next in Chiang mai

The team are so friendly, cheerful and helpful. The hotel is located at SW corner of the old city centre, only 10min drive to the airport (so as the airport city mall for shopping if you are missing siam paragon from Bangkok) and 15min from Nimmann (if traffic is okay), which means it is tucked away from the hustle touristy craze from the Phae Gate yet it is not far away accessing the old city centre. The room i stayed was lush, totally surpassed my exoectation, perfect for both solo, business and couple travellers alike. Would highly recommend this to you and can't wait to come back soon.

I was staying around new year so many of the neighbourhood places were closed. But gives me reasons to come back and explore again :)

We stayed in the Superluxe room which had a very decent price. The room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. It had interesting design, lots of wooden details. There were some brochures with different activities and excursions, you should check them out. The hotel used to provide breakfast, but because of the COVID had to cut on the expenses. I hope this hotel survives and will have its best days ahead!

The AC was too loud and had only two speed options. Some smaller details in the room were a bit old and needed replacement (like some wooden panels on the wall were about to come off). Apparently, there was free coffee? The hotel staff didn't tell us about it. Also wasn't sure about the cleaning policy at the hotel, again, the staff didn't tell us about it, nor did we have any instructions in the room.

The proximity to old Chiang Mai town was just right as it meant the hotel was quiet at night. The beds were nice and comfortable, even for people with bad backs. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The parking was very convenient as it was right next to the back entrance and lift to the bedrooms.

The only two things that could be improved are coffee and tea making facilities in the room and a slightly greater choice of breakfasts.

I think the staff are really friendly and helpful. I had a problem with the air-conditioning unit in my initial room and the staff they were more than happy to change my room with immediate effect the morning after. The housekeeping service do a good job and make sure the room is freshly made up to a high standard. My stay has been peaceful and comfortable. I even extended my stay for a couple of nights than I initially booked due to a change of work plans. I was happy to do so.

The first room I was assigned didn't give off a good impression. The air-conditioning unit was broken and hummed and churned all through my first night. Additionally there were some shabby parts around the desk area, and doorway flooring. I was relocated swiftly by the management so all turned out okay in the end, but I feel it's a shame because it didn't get my stay off to a good start, or represent the quality I saw in the rest of the hotel.

To have your room cleaned you have to put a thing on the door handle, which was not made clear at check in Rooms could all use a freshen up/lick of paint

The location was perfect for the Flower Festival. The service was excellent. The staff were caring and attentive. Breakfasts were good.

The platform beds were not quite suitable for us oldies. There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Very clean room,the staff was very helpful and always guiding us. Bathroom was clean. The location was really good in the old city of chiang mai. Easy to catch a grab or even walk to the other part of the city.

The floor was a bit slippery so be careful if you wear socks and walk in the room.
