Very beautiful and calm, nice big room, friendly staff that helped with airport transport and motorbike renting. Beautiful pool and nice that the breakfast is a la carte. We rented motorbikes, because the location was far from everything. But it would've been nice to get some information about the tuktuk's who drive people to the tourist attractions. We didn't know. It would've helped us and save some time and money because it was raining and we had to wait 2 hours with the bike. There's alot of information in the office though, but we had no idea where to start searching. But overall, nice stay!! Would recommend and GREAT room + pool!!

ALOT of mosquitos, maby it's a good idea to have mosquito repellend candles or something. We couldn't sit on our balcony because of the mosquito bites.

Beautiful property, very green around and peaceful. Quiet to sleep at night. Very close to the centre (20 minutes walk/7 car /tuktuk). People are very friendly and can help you to book tours/transportation. The area has local restaurants and coffee houses, with nearest restaurant being right next door. Has how shower with good water pressure and comfortable beds and pillows, well working ac.

Loved the friendly uninstrusive staff. The deluxe rooms are terrific with a separate sitting area and bedroom. Balcony is lovely. Very homey place. Breakfast is also good. Only complaint would be the rock hard beds, but staff provided a softer mattress topper when requested.

Slightly out of center (15min walk), but therefore quiet location. Friendly staff, nice mini pool for cooling down after the sightseeing, mini kitchen in really biiig bungalow. 3min walk away there is a very nice local restaurant Northern Thai Food with extremely friendly owners and authentic food. 7-11 10min walk away, on the petrol station.

If you walk to the center, you have to cross 6-lanes main street without traffic lights, which could be a challenge.

Breakfast was well spread and tasty. Pool was clean but did not have the time. The room and external ambience was great. Quite and pleasant surrounding. The rooms were well stocked and with clean and fresh linen. Excellent staff.

Shower heads needed cleaning. Dinner was not very good and with mosquitoes swarming it was not pleasant. Room had very hard beds and mosquito menace was a big problem. They should have repellants placed for easy access.

Very friendly and helpful staff despite language differences. Bearing in mind the open design of much of the property, I thought it was kept relatively clean. I had one of the detached bungalows which suited me fine and I can't comment on other types of rooms.

This is my second stay and I had a bungalow which was super. Quiet inside and out. A small kitchen area (no cooking but fridge and washup). Hot water and pressure in the shower! Nice clean, cool pool. Excellent breakfast with lots of choices.

The location is a bit far from old town and not the nicest walk so best spend a few baht on a Grab and save those steps for something more interesting.

Cool shady haven. Staff went out of their way to assist & recommend points of interest. Room was spacious & very comfortable. Most comfortable bed & pillows during my Thailand trip!

Bit out of range of city’s CBD but Grab is quick & cheap. Walk into the city centre was ok though & took about 20 minutes.

The pool, the gym which has a tredmill in an aircondionned Room . Better to jog there than in the heat outside. The breakfast is great with diverse food. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Lots of hungry mosquitoes! The location is not ideal because it takes 20 min of unpleasant walk to the city center on a side road with rats and cockroaches but you can order a cheap ride 60 to 180 bath depending on the time) on the grab app. The room is nice but a but dark.

we had an excellent welcome,with a suite overlooking the trees. we loved the additional room space, the big balcony and the double opening doors. the bathroom was spacious with hot showers.the bed was comfortable and we had our best sleep in 2 months. breakfast was very good with a full menu including european; toast, fruit, yogurts, croissants and jams, eggs and asian choices too. we appreciate everyone has different requirements and expectations. we are travelling se asia by bike and so have stayed in a lot of various accommodation. this was one of our best. if you are staying just one night in chiang rai the location probably isnt the best, otherwise the peace and extra space are worth the 20 minute walk in to town. thank you for giving us good memories x
