Excellent spot to stay in Koh Tao. We loved it, it was peaceful but very close to everything. I suggest hiring a mo ped. We got one from the villa was absolutely perfect, all staff are fantastic. Loved our time here and when I get back to the island will definitely book here again! 5*****

The bed is confortable, and room is big and with a nice little terasse. It is a bit far from the town by at least you can relax and enjoy without noise (or only lovely bird noise). And you can rent a scooter directly at the hotel. It will be around 50-100bats/day more expensive than what you can find in town but they are premium and in perfect condition. Also you can be sure the owner is trustable and he really make everything to accommodate you !

Everything was great for us but there is a lot of stairs to access the room so it’s not recommended for old/disabled peoples.

The staff are very friendly and helpful + the location is absolutely amazing. All I wanted to do as soon as I got here was relax and enjoy the view. It's a tiny bit out of the way, but not too far. There is quite a few stairs to go up, but without them you wouldn't be able to have the beautiful view that the room offers, so not too sure what the big deal is with other people complaining about the stairs.

Very friendly staff, location is off the party areas and therefore quiet. With a scooter you'll get there easily and you'll have a parking spot right below your Appartement. Beautiful view. Well equipped room. You have to go up a few steps, but that wasn't a big thing.

We had the villa with two bedrooms, which was perfect for 3 persons, with much space and comfortable bed. The A/C on each bedroom was much appreciated! The large balcony equipped with chairs and sunbed was a real plus, especially because it remained on the shade almost all day, except at sunset. The manager and the workers were very kind. The location of the resort is far from the crowd, the villas are surrounded by the jungle. We felt like home since the first day!

The single negative point about this place is the distance from it to Sairee Beach and restaurants, and the very steep slope to access the place. You must plan to rent a motorcycle, or get ready for sweating while walking in and out. It's doable though.

Great place just a little bit up the mountain. Very clean spot and nice view. Quiet. Very friendly staff and management. They also own one of the restaurants down on Sairee beach so it's easy to order good food, although most places will deliver there as well. There is a sweet cat that will befriend you. Its really close to good hiking and diving. The microwave is super powered.

Spacious and cozy villa in the beautiful hills with amazing sea view. Very friendly and helpful owners. Nice cat 🙂 You'll need scooter to get around.

Most of the time the staff wasn't on site, communication mostly by phone. I booked a ferry but didn't get a free transport to the pier as advertised. The floor was a bit dusty.

Very nice and big room and bathroom. Also a nice big balcony! with amazing view! Very comfortable and quiet.

It is a long walk to the beach, and steep uphill, but still manageable and worth the view! takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to the beach
