Great stay as always in the absolutely ideal location. People don't even realise it's there because you walk behind a restaurant, so it's quiet and secluded even though you are opposite the 7 eleven and 1 minute walk from Revolution Hostel, the new/main party hostel for pre drinks (handy to go back and forth). Lots of space to put things. Great balcony, enjoyable watching the leaves when it rained (now that I know to ask for a top floor room - these are much better because the rooms are slightly larger - downstairs you enter through your veranda door instead of a separate door, and don't have a private balcony e.g. anyone can walk up). When I broke the key on my first night staff immediately leapt into action and got it out and gave me a new key.

The door didn't align properly and you had to pull it just right to close, but once I worked this out it was fine, but did take a few tries each time to make sure the door was shut. The bed is firmer than my other hotels of this trip, so maybe not ideal if you don't like a firm bed. The pillows were also too puffy for me, but I totally didn't ask if they had any flatter ones so they may have (I just used my travel pillow). And I was spoiled by the doonas/duvets/comforters in the other guesthouses I stayed in, which I find more comfortable than the thin blanket here. The Do not Disturb sign kept blowing off until I worked out how to secure it with a hair band!

Location, close to everything on Sairee beach. Room size. Wifi. Price. Keep in mind though that you receive what you pay for, so the facilities are basic. Having said that, the guesthouse provides good value-for-money ratio given its location.

Wall paint needs renovation. Cleaningness could be better. Bathroom is very dark. Found few mosquitos in the room. Instead of a balcony (according to the room description) I got a ground floor room with a garden terrace. It was not very inviting, and with the glass wall facing the terrace I had either to keep the curtains closed or stay exposed to other guests and staff passing by. Also the lock in the terrace door did not look very reliable.

Perfect stay as always in perfect location. This time the pillows were flatter so the bed felt softer (somehow pillows must much mattress hardness) - last time my pillows were really big so the bed felt a bit hard. So make sure you ask for different pillows if your bed is too hard.

Odd shift change or something meant a few of us had to wait quite a bit to check in. But I've stayed here many times and never experienced that. Would have been annoying if I was in a rush somewhere but I wasn't. Blanket is very thin. Electric lighting gets a bit dim when it goes dark.

It is right in the center, which is very positive. In the evening you don't have to drive to eat or party. The room is more in line with "Thai" standards. The shower was a positive surprise though

There are no extra parking spaces so it may be that you cannot always park your scooter in front of the door. However, in the narrow surroundings you can always find

Super clean and comfortable rooms right in the centre of Koh Tao. The beach is close as well as bars, restaurants, and all other services you might need while on Koh Tao. People are super nice and there is a cat that seems to working/living there which is awesome

Since the rooms are so central, the guesthouse is right around the corner of bars, and clubs. This means, that it can be really loud at night (especially when there is karaoke night or live music).

The room was huge and well decorated with Aircon and a fan. It had a beautiful balcony with ample seating and best of all it's location is great.

Beds are a little hard for my liking and because the location is so central, you can hear a bit of the noise from the bars etc but it didn't bother me. Still had a good night's sleep!

The location could not have been better! A short walk to the beach and surrounded by bars and restaurants. The room was big and perfectly clean. 2 bottles of water were left outside the room even on days it wasn’t cleaned (they do it every 2 days or on request). Air con worked well. Nice little balcony. Shower had good power and was nice and warm.

This place was a great option for a last minute booking. It was clean, very conveniently located and the staff was super kind and welcoming.

The bathroom had really low water pressure in both the shower and toilet and a kinda bed smell. Overall though it wasn't a problem.
