Lovely location, watched the sunset from our room which was situated on the beach front.

Bathroom could do with being updated but clean

Lovely big clean room with lots of storage, beds were very comfortable and air-conditioning worked great. Bathroom was a wet room but dried so quickly. We loved being right in the centre of everything. We didn't stay out late, it was noisy but honestly not too bad. Ear plugs were grand and everything was quietening down mainly by 11pm but completely by 2am. I wouldn't let it put you off as location is great! Pool was good and so close to beach shops everything. It's like a resort built around the town. Very nice.

Great central location, walking distance to the beach with lots of restaurants and convenience stores close by. Nice room size, clean bedsheets. WiFi worked very well. Most staff speak English.

Rather loud music from bars right opposite the room, the bass is worse than the music. It goes on from around 7:30pm-1am. Safety: The room type I got is accessible via a public alley that’s not covered by hotel surveillance. For 2 nights, I had a strange man sitting outside my door, not willing to leave. I had to threaten him by calling the police, then he never came back. You can also hear loud people walking past but I’ve never had anyone try to forcibly break in or had anything stolen.

Spacious room with a large shared balcony and beautiful beach view from room. Property in a great location and walking distance to the main area in Koh Tao. Great atmosphere at the pool and towels were provided. Staff were very helpful and storage our luggage. We loved our stay here & would definitely come back and recommend to friends and family.

The music from the beach bar was very loud and continued until 3am.

Spacious room! Hot water was a bit of an issue considering the price we paid.

The location unfortunately was for people who stayed up late, got too drink and wanted to party all night long. Not good for us as a couple as not our thing. One morning, when my partner was going scuba diving at 5am in the morning, as he went out there were 4 Germans who were still pissed from the night before and had their JBL speaker on full blast. He had to tell them to quiet down for me to continue to sleep.

It’s s right next to the main (party)-beach. Super nice location. If you travel with a partner it’s considerably cheaper compared to the other accommodation. Super great value for the money. Staff is friendly, you can book the tours, ferrys, etc. at the hotel. 2 waterbottles every day.

The biggest upside is the biggest downside. You can hear the music until 01.00am. Not to loud, but if you have a soft sleep, you should definitely void.

Large and clean poolside bungalow. Location just in middle of everything. Pool and service on poolbar was good. Fireshows and lotus bar on the beach.

Really loud music every evening, this option is only for party people. Not a good idea to book pool bungalow if you try to relax or like to go early to bed

The location is amazing. Right in the beach next to plenty of bars and restaurants. We didn’t have to worry about getting anywhere once! We had a great view from our lovely room to watch the sunrise and set on the beach and just watch the world go by! The bed was very comfy and room was nice and spacious.

Staff could have been friendlier on arrival. Weren’t very helpful. Shower could work better

I stayed here with my friends and the staff were so lovely and helpful when arriving at the hotel and when needing to book a taxi or boat. The rooms were all really clean and showers were great and had hot water. Was very close to the beach and also had a great pool.

My balcony happened to be over a very busy street and windows were quite thin so could be quite noisy at night

I stayed in both parts of this resort - the main building nearest to the beach; very big spacious rooms. tv, fridge, free water bottles and toiletries. very good location. friendly helpful staff. - the smaller rooms away from the main building; smaller room but still has everything you need and is a good size. above the shops. claims to have no window but really it’s a window with not a ‘nice’ view (this was fine for me) - still a good location. I liked that the windows open. good air con and fan.

no elevator, but this didn’t bother me. it’s a bit old fashioned, but the location is great. the wifi didn’t work one night. beds are a bit hard. you can hear the music until 2am in both parts of this resort, but this didn’t bother me as I was aware of this. i would stay again.
