Excellent location - walking distance from restaurants and activities whilst being far enough for restful nights. Loved the rustic chic decor, super comfortable. Restaurant did a nice breakfast and awesome Thai green tea.

They did not return my 1000 baht cash deposit at check out. I have been trying to reach them ever since to no success which was disappointing.

The location is great and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. They don’t do the daily cleaning but they will always leave you a toilet paper and a bottle of water every day in front of the room.

The only downside of this b&b was that you have to pay in cash for your stay. They do not accept cards. As well as the doors of the balcony won’t completely close, so there were ants quite everywhere, but it wasn’t very disturbing.

The room was very big with a lot of light and I liked the minimalist style with concrete flooring and walls. The AC was very efficient and quiet. The room had the balcony with the seaview, i could see the sunset which was very nice. Also the location is very convenient near sai ree beach.

There was no window in the bathroom only wooden panels so all kind of bugs could enter. There were ants in the bedroom. Be mindful that you will be requested to pay your booking in cash which is not very convenient.

The reception area is nice with availability of having a coffee or some food. The use of concrete, brick and wood as very nice. Probably the best use of raw materials I have seen in Koh tao and all rooms have a huge balcony. It’s super central and close and within 5 min walking distance to Yoga Studios: Shambala and living juices. 5 min walk to Sairee Beach, 711 etc.

We had an issue on the first night of people partying upstairs above us @ 3.30 in the morning. That is however just people being inconsiderate to others.

The place looks nice and feels cozy, the room is big and has all the necessary things. The staff spoke pretty good English and were helpful. The guest house is located close to the main road and the central area, but in a quiet part, so there was not much noise, and yet, it was a quick walk to restaurants and shops. The nearby beach is quite useless, if you want to swim, though. Renting a motorbike is a good idea on Koh Tao.

I paid a bit extra for a room "with a view", but I think someone else booked the only one with a view and my balcony overlooked the yard. Luckily, the difference was not big and they offered a coffee to compensate XD Maybe the problem was with the booking, not with the guest house.

This place is really good value for money. Very comfortable bed, nice big room and a balcony too with amazing views over the palm trees. Not far from the beach and easy enough to get around by walking. Very easy to get a taxi to the pier from the hostel next door who are very helpful.

It’s very basic but you get what you pay for. I thought it was really good.

The big con is that the curtains don’t block the light and the minute the sun rises we woke up. The whole room lightens up. The room wasn’t cleaned everyday and some of the sheets and blankets had holes in them. Other than that- great value for money but I would consider sleeping there again due to the curtains

The coziest hotel on Koh Tao. Sairee beach is a five minute walk, it is very quiet, there are no tourist crowds, and squirrels run into your balcony. 7/11 and some great restaurants are also within walking distance. Rooms are spacious and clean, good water pressure. Our favorite room was the corner one on the top floor. The hotel has a comfy and shady terrace with delicious homemade food and great calm music. Tay (I hope I spelled the name right), you are incredible! Thank you and the entire hotel team for our time here. We will miss you and Noooona very much. Sending you all many hugs! <3 <3 <3

We had a great stay here, staff were very friendly and always helpful. Room was clean, modern and had everything you need, regularly cleaned and free of clutter.

Quite a few mosquitoes downstairs, bring some spray! Walls were also a bit thin
