Very big comfortable bed and good size room. They have bags outside your room, so if you don't want the room made, they leave your refills in there (toilet paper, water, and coffee/tea). Very good breakfast with lots of options. The restaurant prices were very reasonable. We loved the pool and the shady area under the big beautiful tree. Diving shops very close by, just a short walk along the beach. Good location close to shops and restaurants.

The pillows need replacement, as they have lost their form and firmness. There was only 1 pillow per person, 2 would have been better.

The hotel is located by the Sairee Beach - one of the nicest on Koh Tao. The buildings stretch from the beach to the main street offering diversified standards of accommodation. Rooms are well equipped, clean and spacious. The restaurant is next to and on the beach offering great sunset views. The pool is small but ok. There are too few deck chairs. Breakfast is good. Restaurant offers good quality meals and the bar provides a big range of drinks at reasonable prices. The beach is clean and the sea is relatively shallow. About 100 m from the beach there are ruins of coral reef but it is quite nice for snorkeling with a lot of fish and some live corals. The boats for tours can be rented just outside the hotel. A short walk from the hotel there are shops and many reasonable restaurants. Generally a very good stay

The hotel is very secure and the staff is very friendly.. There is alot of places around and its located on the beach so it’s perfect! But at night it gets a bit too much noise from the parties, but is not a complaint from me because I was at the parties, just letting future guests know about it.

I like everything about the Hotel. But when we got in all we wanted was to chill in the room and watch tv, we had a very traumatic event on the ferry, so we were in shock still.. But TVs weren’t smart Tvs and we had to see only thailand channels :( ahahha But well is 2025 smart tvs are needed but also I understand no one watches TV while on vacations..

The location was great, especially with a toddler. We were able to walk to coffee shops, shopping and the beach within 2-3 minutes which is nice when you have a toddler who naps. The pull out bed from the chair in the room was great for our daughter to sleep in, we didn’t have to bring a bed with us. We had the townhome room and it was great because we could put our daughter to bed and go upstairs to the patio and relax at night. We loved the breakfast in the morning.

The NOISE from the surrounding bars! We had my child’s sound machine on and we could still hear it. We ended up wearing noise canceling headphones to block out the noise. The mosquitos were annoying at night but we bought a repellant at the store and it fixed the issue

The location was great. We had a very simple room with 3 of us in. It suited our purpose. Wish I’d got a fancier room but that’s my fault. Great breakfast included. Decent pool. Access to beach and close to shops and restaurants but didn’t hear the noise.

Mosquitoes in the area were a problem but not the hotel’s fault but suppose they could have warned me. I got bitten badly through the night. We burnt coils outside our room (lots of them) and sprayed our room at night. We were room 1 right up by the road, we had 2 other rooms gor my family and I don’t think theh had a problem,

The pool itself seemed clean. It was surrounded by trees so the area around had leaves etc. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. Every staff member we interacted with was kind, welcoming and helpful. Good location from the Main Street but still quite quiet. We could hear the music from one beach front bar on one night, but not enough to disturb our sleep.

To be picky, there were flies in the breakfast room however it was literally open onto the beach so I’m not sure there was a lot that could be done. It was expensive but I think you pay for the beautiful location, particularly at sunset.

The location was great, close to the centre, which is situated on Sairee Beach. You can walk from the beach in front of the hotel to connect with the cafes and restaurants along the beach. Breakfast was simple, nothing special, but it was okay. Most hotels in Koh Tao provide shuttle service to and from the pier, unlike Koh Phangan.

When booking, the website advertised early check-in as a Genie's member benefit. However, the hotel seemed unaware, and we still waited until the standard 2 PM check-in. While I understand rooms need cleaning, advertising this benefit implies an effort to accommodate. If not consistently provided, please remove this benefit from your website to avoid guest disappointment. I recommend the hotel use luggage tags for stored bags to prevent lost items

We loved our stay at Sairee Hut. Great location, lovely pool with a beach view, very nice breakfast at the beachfront restaurant. We had a poolside room which was upstairs above the restaurant. It was spacious with a very large private outdoor area. We appreciated the free transfer to and from the ferry terminal. Cute, buzzy little village with lots of shops (especially dive shops) and a great variety of eating places. Rubbish is an ongoing problem on Sairee Beach. Most places clean up the beach in front daily, including Sairee Hut. We saw school groups doing cleanups and volunteering tourists helping. A lot of education being promoted also. But the next tide just brings more rubbish...

The lighting in our room was poor at night.

We had 2 rooms a Garden View room and a Deluxe twin. The Garden room was very spacious and clean. The Deluxe room was small enough but ok for 2 teens for a few days. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The pool was small and felt a bit cramped for space but wasn't a big issue as the hotel was on the beach. The location was perfect for the town, beach and walking street. It was a little loud at night from a nearby bar but it didn't go on late.

Breakfast could have been a little better but was fine.

This resort is in a great location. The room was spacious and the staff are lovely. We had a private pool which was great (but it would be better if it wasn’t covered as it’s quite cold). The breakfast included is convenient and the restaurant is great as well. Perfect beach access. Great value for money given the size of the rooms and the private pool.

The only downside is the music that plays into the night. We could mainly hear the base and believe it was coming from the place next door down at the beach. Our room was halfway down the resort, reasonably close to the beach, so it was a bit hard to sleep. This was only really an issue of 1 of our 2 night stay. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room.
