This property is a hotel and hostel. We had a triple room on the top floor, despite there only being two of us, and it was awesome. We had an ocean view from the terrace, a super comfortable bed, fridge, kettle and even dishes! The property was very conveniently located to Sairee Beach and all the amenities of Sairee Village. Two doors away for motorcycle rental and laundry, and three doors away for one of our favourite restaurants on the island, Samatha. It was also super quiet though, despite being close to town and having a youthful backpacker vibe. Staff were friendly and the room was cleaned every 2 or 3 days. New and modern.

We never really got properly hot water in the shower. warm, yes, but not hot. maybe the water is solar heated?

great location very central but away from the noise. room was really big and clean! had a good view rom the terrace too. had an issue with the lock but reception sorted it straight away.

Little hidden gem really close to main hub of activity however far enough away that its super quiet. I was working remotely so requested a quiet room which was kindly provided. As it was on the top floor the WiFi was a bit hit and miss. Loved the views from my window looking out at the beautiful trees.really close to the 7/11 and laundry facilities next door would definitely stay again.

Wifi wasn't always that strong No lift but the staff kindly brought my luggage to my room so not really a dislike

Good rooms. Good mattress. Good bunks with curtains. Location is good, close to the siree beach maybe 600 mtrs, but even staying in front of the beach you will rent a motorbike since the first day because you will want to go to all beaches. So don't worry about distance. Gym is barely a gym but really works if you want make it works. Staff is great like all thai people. Funny, polite, helpful. They accept card charging 4%.

Would be great at least one more socket at the bed to charge devices.

Really comfortable and well air-conditioned room. The location was great.

Our room was on the ground floor and the door not well sealed which meant that cockroachs were able to get inside.

Central location close to many of the temples. The beds have curtains for privacy. The breakfast at the price range is a nice touch, although basic

Showers were not close to the dorms but on another floor. Beds are hard, although there are several signs telling that there are softer beds, you can’t see that until you are already checked in

Lovely clean and comfortable stay in Koh Tao. Would return if I get the chance to come back to Koh Tao. Helped us with taxis and travel options and tickets. Very helpful and accommodation hosts. Even let us shower in the evening after checking out in the morning before our night ferry. Thank you!

Nothing - everything was perfect for what we wanted.

Big spacious private rooms that were very clean and were given fresh towels on our second day. A 2 mintute walk from the main town so very convenient would defo stay here again.

Great location, staff were so helpful & it was cleaned daily. There's a safe behind your bed, AC & a fan in the room. 3 showers and 2 toilets to an 8 bed dorm & a privacy curtain. The common areas are spacious & comfortable. Close enough to the nightlife but also far enough away that you're not woken from the noise.

Wifi wasn't great but I think that could be the whole island.

Loved the layout of the dorms and privacy of the beds. Great shared bathroom space with each dorm having 2 toilets and showers. I had food poisoning for most of my stay but it was quiet and comfortable enough that I was able to rest and recover properly. Hooks on the beds and the safes were a really nice touch. Staff were friendly and helpful with booking my ferry ticket and taxi back. About a 5 minute walk from main strip so its a little bit more peaceful but still close to all the action! I would 100% stay again!

Booked for the gym but some of the broken equipment was just hanging out taking up space in an already small workout space. I was sick and didn't end up being able to use the workout space. It would be nice to have full access the whole space on my next stay 😊
