Location is great. Far enough from the village that gets quite noisy at night so you can sleep well, but still close to that area for good restaurants. Also close to the beach and our scuba diving company we booked with

We booked a room with 2 beds. There was 1 big queen bed and 1 small single bed. We would’ve maybe liked 2 double beds as the space allowed it?

Close to everything but away from the noise. The beach is closeby and within a 5 min walk you're close to all the restaurants and bars. The staff was very friendly and the wi-fi worked properly.

The mattress was a little too soft for our taste. The access to the hotel is a dirt road that gets a bit dark at night. The bathroom gets all wet when showering as there's no curtain, but if you're careful it's not much of a hassle.

Very clean and welcoming. The facilities in the room are great it has everything you need. The bathroom’s doors have panels that allow the air conditioning through so the bathrooms are cool as well which is great. My room had a small couch which was great for reading and relaxing. The lighting is really cool, the fitting in the bathroom are high quality. The location is perfect, the beach is just a few minutes away by foot, plenty of restaurants in walking distance, seven-eleven is just around the corner, bars and pubs also. There are three really good yoga places nearby and also some of the best diving centres. Everything in the property is explained really well with signage. The bed is very comfortable and it’s just out of range of the noise from the clubs and bars. The staff are really friendly and helpful. I only stayed two nights but I felt like an actual functioning citizen with a good place to live in Koh Tao.

The WiFi could be faster but given the other places I’ve stayed in Thailand it’s not so bad.

The hotel and rooms where very clean, the rooms where big and spacious with a TV and fridge, plus the aircon worked great. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was perfect, plenty of nightlife and restaurants nearby but far enough away from any noise.

The internet did not work very well at all, especially after 7pm, also, the toilet would not flush sometimes as the water level would not fill back up

I’ve stayed here before and the hotel is still very clean and I like the location. good wifi good shower pressure big and comfy rooms both fan and AC

no hair dryer since I was here last time there is now built a party hostel, so sometimes loud parties dogs that bark outside the property till 4 AM i first got a room that faced another building, switched to a different room a day after, but this room was close to the laundry room and there was almost all the time some noise of some machine switching on and off, which was quite annoying. but all in all a good stay and there is a little coffee place called “Island Coffee”, where they serve tje best capiccino for a good price, recommended!

I like the location, easy access. Shower had the best water pressure in koh Tao!

Bedrooms were smaller than the pictures look and the many signs about if you mark the towels or bedsheets etc in any way you will pay (way above the market cost) was off putting.

Great staff. Close to the beach 7 min walk. Room was a good size with daily free water and coffee. Cleaned daily.

It was ok for me, but our balcony was facing other building so closely that it was like dacing a wall Also.the room was dark, which I liked as i could sleep easily nad we were out a lot.

Very good location, a short walk from the main commercial centre of Sairee, and from Sairee beach. Spacious room, clean and modern. I booked with a discount and at the price I paid it was quite good value.

The "double" bed was actually two singles, and not the most comfortable I've slept in. The sheets were also oddly shaped, almost like a single sheet placed sidewise, so as to cover only the legs. Nor was the room serviced during my four nights stay. The bathroom was slightly cramped. No water is provided with the lodging, which is a little unusual.

We had to constantly ask for toilet paper because they did put enough every time they cleaned the room. Also the bathroom window was missing the glass so the mosquitoes can get inside.

Air con and fan in room so you can choose which you prefer, lovely staff, rooms are big and nice balcony. Better than expected. Amazing Muay Thai gym 1 minute away!

Nothing to fault, toilet had an issue on the first day but it was sorted immediately so not a fault really!
