Loved the staff! They made a big fuss of my two children (4,6years) and made us feel right at home. We stayed 10 days and the room was cleaned every day with bottled water and coffee given daily. We had a little table outside our room too, perfect for breakfasts or snack time. It was really close to main Sairee area but without the noise. Would totally recommend for families. Pool was awesome and never busy!

Shame the restaurant and pool bar weren’t open. Everything else. Perfect.

Staff were friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcome and delt with any issues I had at the beginning. The food was very nice and reasonably priced. The pool was clean and refreshing. My room was comfortable and cleaned daily and 2 bottles of water and toilet roll every day.

The only thing I felt was missing was a safety deposit box in the room. The staff did keep my money secure for me in their safe. Also the fridge goes off when you take the key so food and drink can get warm.

Hotel is located in quiet street but still only few minutes walk to busy Sairee beach and all restaurants around. Staff was helpfull, arranged taxi. Stayed one more night due to weather and boat cancelattion, no problem with extension for another night. Bed was comfy, big terrace with sitting area on each floor, nice and deep pool.

No lift, so you must walk few times per day up and down to 4th floor, and also with suitcases :) but overally ok, clean and spacious

Pranee Amata hotel was so lovely, the staff were very friendly and kind. They helped us with everything we needed! We even extended our stay because it was so nice, when we arrived our room was on the top floor and my mum was not great with stairs and they kindly let us change our room so she didn’t have to climb them every day.

The hotel was a 30 minute walk from the ferry pier. We were unprepared for that and should have taken a “taxi.” Once we got there, the hotel was great. Large room, nice balcony, nice pool, and friendly staff. SaiRi area is abundant with good restaurants, once you get there.

Distance from the ferry and shower (good pressure) fluctuated between hot and cool.

Have stayed here before when on a tour and decided to come back and stay in the same hotel as staff are friendly and rooms are clean and pool is nice.

Pool bar does not open. No lift was on 4th floor definitely got the steps in

Friendly welcoming staff. Great pool although a little bit too much chlorine in it. We were expecting budget accommodation and were pleasantly surprised by the spacious, clean family room.

They could make more of this hotel if they chose to staff the pool bar and restaurant as it has great potential.

Perfect location for us- super close to town but not right in town so was really quiet but still close walking distance to all the fun! Really clean, great staff (though limited English so a bit of confusion when getting the taxi to the pier) but great stay! Highly recommend.

We had a very nice view. Room was nice and open. Location was the best part being so close to everything. And was excellent value for money. The pool was also very impressive.

Facilities were a little unclear.

big clean room. large fridge,big comfortable bed. complimentary tea and coffee in room. powerful hot shower. swimming pool,only a 3 minute walk to centre of sairee beach nightlife yet hotel was very quiet.6 minute walk to beach.10 minute drive to pier or30minutes by foot. complimentary breakfast was ok- choice of3- full English/ omelette/ muesli fruit and yoghurt plus hot drink, juice and pancake.exceptional value for money. would recommend.
