Great room, great value for price, cleaned every day, good internet, friendly staff. Also got a discount on the gym at bans diving resort and free shuttle from there to the pier which was great!

The bars next door are very loud and it made it a bit difficult to sleep. No fault at all of the hotel though.

Room was huge and clean. It had everything we needed and the staff were friendly. The location was central and walking distance to all main areas.

Be prepared for very loud nights. The guesthouse I was staying in is located right above the famous bar crawl pubs so 3 nights of the week it was bananas until around 2/3am

Tidy and clean dorm rooms, polite and very helpful staff.

Very clean dorms, with warm shower and proper water pressure. Beds have curtains and staff is very friendly.

Room was very clean and sizable compared to lots of other places. Comfortable furnishings and had a nice view.

It's close to the beach, they gave water every day and a refrigerator, it was clean and friendly staff.

They want you to pay in cash, if you pay with card they will charge 3% extra and you need to go to the other Ban's hotel to pay, this should have been informed in the reservation. Then the location is very centric, it's right in the street with the main pubs and night clubs so it's very noisy at night. Then less important stuff: - 2 floors with no elevator - the shower temperature couldn't be controlled - the air conditioning was not working very well, it was okei but you needed to put it in 17°C to have a nice temperature.

Really modern room with lots of space. They try and put all female’s in one dorm which is so nice. Also you are given two balconies :)

The pub opposite is very noisy but stops around 2am!! Also most beds are not provided with plug sockets, so you have to share with 10 people!!

Bed ok. Bathroom clean. Big room. Central location, close to bars and restaurants To have a party

If you want sleep it’s a good choice for you because the bar because you are in the street of bars and evening parties

Dorms are nice, clean comfy beds with nice curtains, clean showers, and lockers for personal items. Location is very central to many of the nearby dive schools, bars, and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and willing to help with whatever you need.

There could be more outlets for charging electronics. Everything here is great except there is a bar downstairs that plays terrible music late into the night! Made it hard to get a good night of sleep.
