Loved this stay! Staff was very friendly & helpful. The room was amazing! Amazing location near the beach and close to lots of great spots for food & drinks. We kept extending our stay & they were very helpful & accommodating. The room we had at the start was so nice & we downgraded to extend our stay but that room was still very nice. Both rooms also had a great TV with Google account log in options.

The second hotel rooms shower wasn’t great pressure. But that’s the only downside.

We stayed in a bungalow that was right near the beach, it was lovely and cute. Ta Vin in the front desk was so helpful to us. after completing our scuba licenses we decided to move to the other side of the island for a different vibe Ta Vin not only called the other resort to get us a shuttle he personally drove us to the pier to meet them.

The only thing that was bad here is the night club at the beach. The music is VERY loud until 1 am. if you love the party life then it would be perfect, not so perfect for waking up at 6am for diving. Room could use some shelving for clothes and such

Super friendly and helpful staff, especially “one man army” at the reception, arranging anything you need with a smile😊. Hotel location is perfect, it’s in the middle of everything.

If you prefer a quiet and comfortable sleep -make sure to book the room in main building close to the street, if you party animal and don’t mind loud music at night 🥳- take a bungalow close to the beach.

Good location right in centre, a lot of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Nice beach close by with amazing sunsets.

Expensive for facilities provided but not sure if this is because it was after the New Year and the island was extremely busy at this time. Room was not sound proofed at all which made it difficult to sleep with night life, there was an open space in the bathroom to outside which made this even louder. A lot of ants in the room.

Great and helpful staff (super accomodating and available - big thanks), good location couple hundred meters from the beach and a nice bungalow for a fair price. Everything near but place itself slightly hidden from most traffic.

Sometimes the noise from nearby bars can get a bit loud but wasn't really an issue to me since I go to bed pretty late. The lonely cockroach in the bathroom once - you can always expect bugs when in a bungalow - but kept the light on there when dark and had no more problems.

Good location close to the beach and yellow brick road. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The beach bungalows get super hot - you will want to pay the extra to get air conditioning.

The property’s location was phenomenal - right off Sairee beach and not far from all the key spots in Sairee including Big Blue Diving, 995 Roast Duck and Chu Chu Thai and Pizza. Staff were also very accommodating.

Sometimes lights are left on which can be just outside your room, and with the glass sliding doors and not fully blackout blinds, can affect sleep if you’re sensitive to light. Talk to the staff and they’ll turn it off. Water heater in my room didn’t really work very well, but given the warm climate, that didn’t bother me too much.

Location is great, our bungalow was the last one in line, so couldnt be closer to the beach

You can not use the wifi in the bungalows, and after 6PM even sim cards start slowing down when there is more people on the beach. Fizz beachclub and their awful music is right next to you until 1.30AM. In a week you get used to it

Perfect location for a stay in Ko Tao! Right on the beach in the bungalows, lots of restaurants and bars within walkable distance. Staff at reception are so lovely and helpful, would stay again!

Music at the bar at the beach is loud until about midnight and people walk through to get home talking loudly. We were out most nights so didn’t bother us too much

Very kind staff who helped us to move from the beach what was very noisy to a room more behind in the quiet area. Also rented a motorbike and we had a new motorbike very fancy with good brakes! The room we had was in front of our diving school which was very nice. Housekeeping comes every day with new towels.

The bathroom is basic. And a waterkettle would be very nice although you can get warm water at the reception.
