My little hut was everything I needed. Air con worked well and the shower was great. The bed was comfy and there was a little fridge for keeping water in. The pool area is very attractive with plenty of comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas. Breakfast was delicious with a stunning view of the beach. The location was ideal for me.

The huts are very cute on the outside but nothing special on the inside and could maybe do with updating. If you're more about appearances and aesthetics this might not be the place for you. There was one uneven area of decking between the two pools which had people tripping on it every day. It's not a big deal but it could probably do with some warning tape or fixing.

Enjoyed our stay at Seashell resort. We had a family room which was at the back near the road, which places you within a stones throw of the busy nightlife, however once in your room you cannot hear anything. The room was really spacious with a sliding door between us and our teenage kids. Air conditioning worked great. I was ill whilst there and honestly it was the best place on our trip to have to take to a queensize comfy bed for a few days. I think the resort is a little run down overall but the staff were helpful and friendly. The pool is fine and wasn't ever busy.

The breakfast is not the best but wasn't a deal breaker.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They made packed lunch instead of the breakfast when we had to be going out too early. Always happy to help and very easy pickup and transfer back to ferry port. There were other facilities which were available that we had not had time to use.

TV's in rooms didn't work / pick up any channels but was not a big deal as we weren't there to watch TV. Shower was very slow draining. Again, not a big deal.

We stayed in two pool-access rooms near the beach. Everything was great. We had the pool to ourselves for all but about 2 hours of our 4 day stay as it's only accessible from five rooms. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was buffet style with Thai options as well as pancakes, french toast etc. Eggs were made to order. All the staff I dealt with were lovely. The resort is on the edge of Sairee so shops, bars and restaurants are all close but it's not noisy at night. There was some building work going on during our stay but it didn't bother us at all. If you want to stay somewhere in Sairee that's quiet but central and want to lounge about the pool for a few days, this is the place for you.

Large spacious room. Great location right by the beach and along the walkway, away from the main road. Close to lots of tasty eating places. Great view for breakfast. Good PADI dive school attached where I was able to do my refresher and join a dive on their boat. World class dive sites around the island. Small island easy to go out and explore the other sites and beaches. Snorkel tour around the island is a must, on one of the day trips (we used Oxygen - excellent).

Clean site, although construction going on around it, but not too noisy or dusty.

Our family room was a great open space with balconies. The resort had a great pool and 3m dive pool. It was on the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. You could hire scooters from the hotel and we took a dive experience with the onsite dive school which was fantastic.

The resort is located quite close to pubs and they play their music quite loud in the evenings till late.

I upgraded to a room that backed straight into a private pool. It was very nice and I loved it after being out in the sun all morning. AC was good and a decent breakfast selection. The restaurant is right on the beach so it's great for watching the sunset at night and the food is pretty good.

The room is full of mosquitos, I woke up bitten to death. Maybe worth having a mosquito net over the bed or some catcher sticky tape or something to try and reduce the mosquitos. Other than that it was a very nice room. Minor complaint but Breakfast starts at 8am. Fine if you're not in a rush but would prefer 7am if going out for the day.

The hotel was in the perfect location. Close to the beach and great local restaurants. We had pool access room which felt very private and the pool was cleaned every day making it a very welcome spot to relax after a stroll in the heat. Facilities in the room were good and the shower was great!

Our stay included free breakfast, but we decided not to eat at the restaurant, mostly because the food was more ‘Thai style’ and we preference to eat a more western breakfast.

Good location, had everything we needed for a prime spot in central koh tao on the beach. We had a huge room, staff friendly breakfast was okay egg station and good bacon. Considering other reviews were really low we booked this as it was available for a last minute booking and I was worried but was pleasantly surprised and I think the reviews are a little harsh there was nothing wrong with this hotel if your expecting more than pay more for a higher rated hotel.

Bed was a little hard and wifi was slow in the evenings sometimes

Friendly helpful staff. I cut my vacation short and they happily accommodated the costs change. Pleasant grounds. Restaurant very clean and great ocean view. Shower was good and had hot water. Access to main shops, restaurant and bars was very good.

Room was dark and furniture looked tired and needed some modernisation.
