The location was incredible, seconds from the beach, restaurants, a really nice massage place, coffee spots. The room was very clean and also quite big. The staff are really helpful and there is scooter parking around the back

The wifi was not very good, I was working remotely and attending online meetings, so it was a little bit of a struggle. I would definitely return here but not if I needed reliable wifi in my room

Bed a little firm. The shower had great water pressure, but no shower curtain, so the floor is wet after a shower ( common in some Asian countries.)The location is convenient and near some really restaurants (Sandbar was our fave,)but the hotel is right on the walking path, so it's a little noisy at night with revelling passersby. Also beware, the online description says seaview but I think my room had the most "seaview" and it was just a small sliver. See photo.

The hotel is located close to the bars and pubs. Sometimes in the middle of the night you can hear the backpacker kids screaming and running around with the motorbike. If you are not a party rat. Really glad we ignored the negative reviews. Excellent location. 10 steps from beach, restaurants, massage. Helpful non-intrusive staff. Room only but breakfast options all around. At quieter end of Sairee Beach so little noise at night. Take earplugs if light sleeper and ask for garden view room. moped park behind. Free transfer back to pier. Will be back!

Rooms are brand new, very clean, spacious, and have private balconies and comfortable mattresses. Reception is extremely helpful (although not open 24/7, but there is an after-hours emergency number). Property is across the street from the beach and in the middle of the main walkway, close to all the bars, restaurants, shops, and dive schools. Property provided a free shuttle to the ferry station when I departed. There is a cafe in the property.

There is no seating for guests on the beach, but in this area of Sairee Beach none of the hotels have lounges/chairs on the beach.

Just a few steps from the beach, nice comfortable beds and two pillows per person. They provide beach towels which we found really handy. Helpful when we asked to extend our stay twice.

Only suggestion for improvement would be to better organize their bookings they get directly and through booking.com We booked through booking and later got a message from them stating that the room we had booked was already taken by someone else so we would either have to have one room for a couple of nights and then another for the rest of our stay or to cancel our booking. In the end we decided to just switch rooms after two nights and they also got the second room ready before checkout so we only had to move our stuff across the hall from one room to another so it wasn’t a great inconvenience for us.

We really enjoyed our stay at Island Dive Club. The location is excellent. It is a stone's throw away from Sairee Beach and less than a ten minute walk to the main nightlife area in Koh Tao. There are also lots of nice restaurants and massage parlours near the hotel. Our room was very spacious and the beds were super comfortable. They provided beach towels free of charge. There was a free shuttle back to the pier when we checked out too which we greatly appreciated.

The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times. Some guests were quite loud during the night and they seemed to be in the room beside us so we could hear them clearly. However, this was just once. Also there is no shower curtain in the bathroom so the room gets soaked when you shower.

The hotel was right on the main walk so you could get to everything really easily. It wasn't exactly beachfront but close enough. There were plenty of restaurants, bars, entertainment, massage places, even got my nails done. The taxi is 300 baht to get to mae head Pier if you want to take a snorkel cruise or go diving. I personally can't ride a motorbike but everybody else did so they were able to do some more exploring than I was. I still would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to be right in the heart of everything

Central location. Nice big room. Very clean. Nothing to complain about really.

Luckily I could check out on time as they have a very strict check out policy. Usually this is not a problem, but as I was diving in the morning, I was not sure I'd be back before 12 to check out. If I overstayed, I would have had to pay more. Unsure how strict this policy is enforced to be honest but it certainly felt stricter that other hotels I've stayed in before.

The hotel was very clean (bed sheets, towels, bathroom, room) and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the room had a nice big tv. On the day I left, they took me for free to the pier.

The rooms are a little bit noisy at night because the hotel is right on the street were there are lots of bars and restaurants. The location was great other than that, close to the beach and walking distance from main attractions and restaurants.
