Location between Pier/town and beach was perfect - short walk or scooter ride away. Had a room in land - was nice and quiet. We were on 1st floor - would recommend second floor as it probably has better view. Breakfast for 200 Baht buffet was good and at restaurant was helpful. Because of windy conditions did not get a chance to enjoy snorkeling in front of the hotel but it looked promising. Overall good value.

The 500 baht deposit. Didn't have to leave that in the other hotels we stayed in.

The hotel exceeded our expectations, the staff were friendly and helpful, we had the deluxe suite with the private terrace and it was lovely waking up to a sea view and watching the sunset every evening. Breakfast was not included in our booking so can’t comment on this. It is perfectly located within walking distance to great bars, cafes and restaurants. The pool was a great addition too when we didn’t feel like going on the beach. Would definitely stay here again, thank you to all the staff!

Hotel could arrange to pick up guests from the pier, they only provide a drop off to the pier upon check out.

They put in the room umbrella for rainy days and backet for the beach. Very nice for backpackers Near beach and restaurants etc

Go for the King triple sea view rooms, they are fantastic with killer balcony views and small pool area very nice - top spot for chilling if you have been on the go for a while ! Comfortable bed, excellent Wi-Fi and A/C with modern fridge in the room and lots of natural light ( has a mini villa vibe about it ) Staff lovely and shops nearby to stock up for your balcony sunset treat 😎🍹 Free shuttle run down to the port was much appreciated and would not hesitate to stay here again 🙏🏻

The hotel is at the end of the busy street, so it is quiet and with fewer people and scooters. Breakfast time is excellent (from 07:30 to 12:00) with a wide choice. It costs 250 bath Staff is very nice and welcoming. The pool is large, and it is also very good for toddlers. It faces the sun almost all day, and the view on the sea is amazing. There is also a nice and private beach just below the pool. The room size is good, and the shower power is good. They also offer a free taxi to the pier on the way back with 3 departure times (2 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon). Lighting in the room is excellent but not really good in the bathroom.

The beds were rock hard, and we struggled to sleep. It looked like sleeping on the concrete floor. We asked for something, and they offered us a topper, but they were never given us at the end. Breakfast never changes. Same breakfast every day. Some rooms are opposite the site of the swimming pool and aren't facing the sea side but a garden. It takes 5 min walk to reach the pool (not really an issue, but it can be for some who are expecting otherwise) All rooms have large windows and people can see you. So you basically live with the curtains pulled all day. There was a bad smell coming from the toilet, but I think it is an island problem due to a lack of good waste pipes. There aren't many places to hang or lie one's clothes, and there isn't anything to hang wet clothes outside to dry.

We booked the deluxe suite with private area / beach front and it was just an amazing view from the bed! Perfect to watch the November rain 🌧️

As i said, we booked the deluxe suite with private area to enjoy the sea-view but sadly we had to close the curtains mist of the times because no one respected the private area sign and we had people sitting in front of our window, on our private beach loungers, looking into our room not even caring (this is in the tourists, not on the hotel)! But maybe a tiny fence could make the private area more visually so the guests of these rooms can fully enjoy what they have paid for!

The resort was beautiful. We had booked the Deluxe Sea View Suite. Our room had an awesome view. The staff were courteous, helpful and very friendly. We arrived early at the resort. Our check-in was at 2pm but Nancy (I think that's her name) at the reception was kind enough to let us have an early check-in. I would strongly recommend this place to all those who want to visit the beautiful island of Koh Tao as it is the perfect place to enjoy the peace, tranquility and beauty of this island. Thank you to all the hotel staff for the amazing experience. I would strongly recommend this place.

I had a wonderful stay at Koh Tao Heritage! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive. Their service was outstanding — always ready to help with a smile, whether it was with check-in, local recommendations, or anything else I needed. I truly felt well taken care of. The atmosphere of the resort is peaceful and relaxing, with stunning sea views and a natural, serene environment. It’s the perfect place to unwind. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. If you’re looking for a quiet, beautiful place to stay on Koh Tao with excellent service, I highly recommend Koh Tao Heritage. I’d love to come back again!

I stayed in both sea view room and a classic patio room. Definitely the sea view room is nicer (beautiful view - go for it) and well kept bathroom. Didn't very much like the bathroom in classic room and patio faced walkway so didn't really get to use. Location worked well for us between pier and hotspot of Sairee. Note that a cluster of bars and restaurants is on the other end of Sairee about 20 min walk (with other restaurants and shops along the way). This was fine for us and our stay was quiet - but maybe depending on your plans you may be prefer closer to that area

Overall the staff is friendly and it's clean - but could be more upkeep. Not that many pool chairs and one was broken. Chips and stains in random areas, etc. Pool floor dangerously slippery!
