Spacious room and balcony. Large bathroom. Great location - very central but on the quieter end of the beach which was perfect. Restaurant did good food. The pool opened while we were there and it was lovely!

Dreamy hotel on dream island. we loved the rooms as much as the location in the middle of the island life. Dream spot for young people who want to relax at a beautiful beach right in front of the hotel, no need to go somewhere else. Inexpensive massages with beach view and cute shops, restaurants, best beach clubs in the world! Great Breakfast at in touch resort for the whole day so there is no need to go to sleep early :)

- pool/pool area (was super clean. They check it and clean it every night) - room was super big and comfortable. - the service (they took us to the port when we left) - we told them, before arrival, that we wanted to reduce the booking for one night and they changed the booking for us and give us the money back ! Super honest! - the room (aside from the bathroom) was in perfect conditions!

- the shower was a little bit uncomfortable. The water came out as if under pressure at times and the shower was at a height of 1mt-1.20mt, which made it impossible to rinse with two hands, because one hand always had to hold the shower above your body. - common thing in Thailand: bathroom full of ants (not a big deal..) - the cleanliness was a little bit random. Sometimes was perfect, other times they did nothing but making the beds and leaving new towels ! (They never removed the remains of hair from the shower, for example.)

Location is great. Very close to the beach and nightlife but not in the middle of party area of Ko Tao which ensure that you don’t hear loud noises in your room if you want to sleep. Room was spacious and clean with all you might need. Very nice stuff.

Entrance and balcony doors are not very tight. You can see bit of the space between door and floor/walls. We had mosquito nets with us and were very happy that we did it.

Great location, on a quit part of Sairee, which is great for a good night sleep. Lovely park, which will be even nicer, when fully done and blossomed. The brand new swimming pool was a fantasic surprise and works great, especially since the sea in this part with all the boats is not as inviting as elswhere on the island. Free of charge shuttle to the pier on the day of the departure was also a nice gesture. Rooms are good value for money, ATM machine just a few steps away. Quite nice restaurant with good vibe. The reception staff was lovely and eager to help on any matters.

Nothing specific; as they just finished the construction of the pool there is a bit polishing letf to do, but overall very nice experience.

Gorgeous rooms, fab aircon, basically everything about this hotel was fabulous, especially the location as it was across the road from the beach and their restaurant which is extremely beautiful, especially during the day as the view of the beach is great. We were also there during an island wide power outage but it seemed they had a back up generator which was an extra plus! Would very much recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

The new pool is incredible. The rooms are massive and beds are huge. Cleaned every day and my sheets were even changed during my 5 night stay as well as fresh towels every day if required. Restaurant on site is really nice and reasonable WiFi is really good and location is perfect on the quiet side of sairee beach Definitely feels like more than a 2 star

Only reason I'm not giving a 10 rating is on a few occasions I had geckos in my room which I know are harmless but if the doors were sealed better this would not be an issue. Shower was OK but not the most powerful or hot. The receptionist tried to charge me for a key that was broken and sellotaped together when I was checking in.

The rooms are spatious, clean, really dark at night (due to good curtains). The location is one of the best on the whole island - far enough from the party area to have a quiet stay, but close enough to the beach, the restaurants, and even the bars if you still fancy a drink. The food in the restaurant is also really tasty, especially the thai dishes. This hotel is definitely good value for money!

most of it was great. Only point of improvement is some of the restaurant staff who wasn’t always extremely friendly and we felt pressured to choose our order quickly sometimes.

We stayed in the family bungalow it was really nice, big rooms and showers big terrace, beautifully decorated, great location on the pool and on the beach and near every thing. Good wifi, clean place. I would have love to stayed longer, maybe our best stay in thailand.

There were some noise every morning maybe from a water pump, not sure but it was a bit annoying. Also the place is Run a bit more like a service apartment than a hotel, the staff isnt as nice as everywhere else we’ve been (seem to be a ko tao thing) and they dont really propose activities or advertise services or room services etc…

The bar/restaurant in front of it (which is actually part of the hotel but is open to everyone) is the best in this area. Super chill place. We actually spent most of the time there during the rainy days. The hotel is also good, but has no rooms/bungalows right on the beach. They were building a swimming pool which will give an extra point to this facility once built.

The swimming pool construction was noisy and the area that you had to pass wasn't very clean at the time. This will change once the construction is over.
