Good location easy to walk to from the ferry and nearby food options - the beach isn’t the best though. The bed was the best we slept on in Thailand.

Perfect location for diving expeditions as it’s right next to the pier but it’s still very quiet in the evenings. The rooms are bright, comfortable, spacious and very clean. Although I booked 2 rooms for our family of 3, each room could fit 3 easily. The price is reasonable but still high for Koh Tao.

The beach is not swimmable and full of chorals. Plus it was always very windy and the waves were too high.

Great location in Mae Haad. Walking distance from the ferry. Right on the beach and abundant restaurants. Large room and large enough bathroom with shower and hot water. fresh bottles of drinking water every day. Plenty of drawers and closetspace. Big safe and umbrellas to use. Big enough balcony with a hint of seaview.

I missed a chair/desk in the room. The room was big enough to have a desk of some sorts, but didn't. I suppose I could have asked for a chair or brought one ine from the balcony, but I didn't. So really no big deal. Just something I noticed. Also, because of the location, it could get a little noisy: The clanging of oxygenbottles from the diveschool below and the kitchensounds from the restaurant. DIdn't bother me terribly, but late sleepers might want earplugs

Great spot right next to the beach. I went diving with Crystal Dive who is located right next door, so it was very conveniently located. The room was excellent. Onsite laundry service was very convenient and priced well. Highly recommended if you're looking to stay on the beach in an area of town that's busy during the day but very quite at night.

The lock to the room was a padlock. It worked but less than ideal.

They provided beach towels, umbrellas, a beach mat and two bottles of fresh water per day. The balcony was spacious and had a nice seating area. It is in walking distance of the ferry.

The bedsheets and the bathroom were not spotless clean. The balcony had a bit of rust. People smoked on the balconies and the smell was everywhere (even our room and bathroom). The beach isn't the nicest due to all the ships right next to it. (You can't have both though, walking distance to ferry and no ships). An outdoor shower would go a long way with the sand from the beach.

Did get quite loud of an evening but we didn’t mind to much. The restaurant downstairs was ok perfect for sunset but better restaurants to eat at on the island

Location was great, central but quiet and in front of a great beach!! Room was cleaned daily and we were given two bottles of water and coffee everyday. Balcony was the best with an amazing view. Bed was super comfortable. All around great stay - we kept saying to ourselves that we got so lucky because it’s the best hotel for a reasonable price. We would stay there again.

Room could use a paint job (fingerprints on the walls) and the wifi was ok but we worked remotely from the room and I wouldn’t recommend relaying on their wifi for video calls.

Great location for diving. I Dived with the onside guys at Black Turtle, so staying with these guys made sense. They have an amazing on-site restaurant - Breeze, and the staff were all very helpful. About a 20 minute walk into the heart of Koh Tao, so if you're looking to party you have a way to walk, but still lots of restaurants and bars about. 5 minutes walk from the pier. As a solo female travel, I rate the place. Good vibes and very safe.

Very convenient location, close to the port and lots in that area. It's a easy walk to Sairee beach area and a great location if you're in Koh Tao to dive. The room was lovely and I had a fantastic view of the beach and sunset from my room & balcony! It was worth it for that alone. Staff are lovely and very helpful. They obliged an early check in which was very kind. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby! I'd happily stay again

Nothing - I had the best time!

Completely blown away by the view we had from our room. I was not expecting this so was pleasantly surprised. The location couldn't have been better, a minute walk from the pier and the staff were lovely.

There was only 1 thing we didn't like and it was the bed. Unfortunately it was rock hard and very uncomfortable but that was our only gripe.
