The interior of the rooms and reception area were very nice. There were free snacks (chips, chocolate bars and slush ice) every day. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located on the beach but unfortunately also very close to the pier with the ferry and lots of boats which ruined the view and the “Bounty Island-feeling”. Next door is a bar which can be VERY noisy in the evening (not every night though). We had two rooms - one with terrasse and one with balcony. We paid extra for the terrasse but never used it and the windows in that room were “clouded”/misted up” (condendation) so we couldnt really see through Them and enjoy the view. Perhaps it was just our room - didnt look like the other rooms had the same problem.

Everything. Room was perfect (except the view), it was a city view, but there are slats right across the whole window which blocks any view. But on the plus side it’s blocks allot of the sun which reduces the heat. but that could have been solved by paying for a beach view room. There was complimentary paddle boards, snorkel and mask, and a double kayak, complimentary slush drinks and snacks. All the. Staff were brilliant!!! So far on this current holiday I have stayed in 10 hotels, some allot more expensive than this one, but this one was (so far) the best. 2 mins walk from the pier. Right opposite the best dive shop on the island (master divers). Will definitely book here again!!

Not that I didn’t like it, but the property doesn’t have a pool. But it’s right on the beach, so the ocean is just as good

The hotel didn t have many rewievs when we booked it. We were a little sckeptical but were plesently supriced. The room was super clean and nicely decorated. The staff was exceptional. They helped us to book trips, were very responsive on whatsapp and overall helpful and nice. There were clean towels to borrow every day. There are 2 kayaks which you can borrow for free. In the reception you have beautiful working space with many desks with plugs for your devices and many board games.

Everything was as shown on the photos! We booked two nights in the apartment with terrace (upstairs) and two nights downstairs, with direct access to the beach. Even tho we thought we'd like lower unit more, it was the other way around. The room on the 1st floor was more private and in slightly better condition. But regardless, if we go back to Koh Tao, we'll book the same hotel :)

The hotel is located close to the ferry pier from Koh Samui so we could easily walk to the accomodation. The ladies at the front desk were amazing! We loved Ice and the other lady. They were so helpful, friendly and kind. We stayed in the upstairs honeymoon suite and it was absolutely stunning! Excellent aircon, beautiful views, comfy bed with beautiful white linen and a lovely bathroom. All very classy and tastefully decorated. The fridge was full of soft drinks which were all complimentary, as was the snacks in reception. Complimentary slip slips, gown, beach bag, towels and water bottles were available for our use for free as was snorkelling gear. A real treat and perfect place to explore the island from and close to lots of restaurants, motorbike hiring places, massage parlours and shops. We loved it and were made to feel very welcome. I wish I could rate the staff above 10. They are so pleasant and helpful in making our stay exceptional. This 12 room boutique hotel was a perfect getaway experience for us. Such a wonderful change from big chain hotels and large resorts. We had a first line view of the sea from our glass fronted balcony. Floor to ceiling glass separating from that balcony kept the room bright and reminding us we were right on the beach. The room was large enough to be comfortable for 1-2 week stays with a mini fridge and excellent air conditioning. The bathroom is large but suited only for one person at a time. The shower had both a hand wand and rainfall shower heads. The staff gave us local recommendations and booked tours for us. Koh Tao is a diving/snorkeling paradise and there was snorkeling available just a short walk (less than 5 minutes) south along the shore. Lücke also had 2 stand up paddle boards (albeit better suited for lighter weight guests) and a 2 person kayak. Plenty of restaurants just a few steps away. The TV was setup for streaming and the WiFi connection was adequate but gamers would find it too light.

I really don't have any dislikes about Lücke but would point out they don't have an elevator. Happily I'm still mobile enough for stairs.

We loved everything about our stay at Lücke. The room was exactly as pictured online, clean, comfortable and great air con. The staff were so helpful and friendly, and the amenities were fabulous. Beach towels, paddle boards, kayaks, free scooter parking and complimentary snacks! The location was also great, only a short couple of minute walk from the boat pier. Despite this, the beach out the front was still absolutely gorgeous and so clean, perfect for a sunset swim. We would love to be able to visit again one day.

Nothing to complain about! Only thing to be aware of is lots of mosquitoes, be prepared. But that is Thailand.

The rooms were well occupied, including everything you could think of and more than that. Also it was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. After check out the staff were very nice, and allowed us to stay all day at the hotel and take a shower before our night ferry (there is a guests shower). The location is beachfront which was nice, felt like a private beach. From the center by foot it’s 20-30 minutes walk/ few minutes by scooter. It had a slushy machine and snacks free for the guests which we really liked.

A body mirror at the room could have been nice, but it’s very minor.

One of the best boutique hotels I have ever seen. Koh Tao and Lucke Hotel were the highlight of my Thailand trip. It was like a heaven. Very nicely located. It is not located in the busy and loud side of the beach. Super nicely decorated hotel with very chic and smart details. It is environmental friendly hotel. The complementary snacks, water bottles in rooms, towels, beach bags are big plus. People mentioned about the bar next door in previous comments. I did not get bothered because the music stops before 01:00 am. The staff is amazing, special thanks to Ice. I hope I could come back to stay in a room with a sea view.

I wish I could stay longer.

Great little hotel just a few minutes walk from the pier in Koh Tao. Location was amazing and staff were super friendly and helpful. We loved being able to use the kayak for free and waking up to the sound of the ocean crashing against the shore was amazing. The room was very well equipped and really felt that they had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable.

As many other people have said there is some noise from the bar next door in the evenings. We came prepared with ear plugs and it didn’t bother us at all - on the Saturday night we didn’t even use the ear plugs. Very minor point but there was a little bit of mould in our shower which could do with treating, but not a huge deal and I’m sure an easy fix.
