Excellent location. Right next to the pier. Stunning view over the bay allows you to watch the boat activities around the pier. Lots of shops and restaurants all around you. Good layout of the room .

The first room where we spent our first two nights had a very comfortable bed but unfortunately a lot of loose & broken floor tiles posing a huge safety hazard. The next room where we spent a further two nights did not provide for a good sleep as the bed was not comfortable. For both rooms you need to keep the curtains close as the kitchen staff from the neighbouring establishment is looking straight into your room. But all things considered I would happily return for another stay at this hotel at the price that we paid via booking.

Great location for a budget place that was very clean & comfortable! Staff is super friendly but it is a little bit noisy from boats & other guests if they have kids or don’t respect the echo in the hallways into your room! Other than things outside of their control I would definitely stay again

I had a spacious and bright room. The property is next to the pier and has a balcony for harbour views. Staff were friendly and the deal was good value given peak season. Nice to be able to check-in already at 12:30 p.m. rather than the customary 2 p.m. in other places.

The TV didn't work.

Rooms are very basic, things are old and hardly work, shower heads arent good, power in 1 of booked rooms was dodgy where key went in, not a bad place just needs a touch of maintainence and replacement of worn out things

Very friendly and accommodating staff, truly! Good price, cold A/C, great location for a dive trip so close to the Dock each morning. Rented 3 rooms for 6 days. Would stay here again if I return to Koh Tao. Would just bring my own wifi hotspot.

The wifi on the top floor was almost nonexistent. It was difficult to send important emails. Has signifacant stairs to climb making this trip with my friend of 70 years old challenging to go up and down. Maybe say that on the website, (perhaps I missed it...) Maybe just a handrail would help.

The building and rooms were very tired . Lots of cracks . I felt it was overpriced. Luckily we only stayed one night .

Despite some older reviews stating that the rooms are not clean, our room was very clean. There is even an option to have your room cleaned every day on request. The host is very friendly. Great location near the port where all activities (diving, snorkeling tour,...) start.

Was just what I was looking for. Basic but clean and nice. I was out all day and just needed a place to stay, put my things and feel safe. It was very close to the ferry port and to Black Turtle Dive, where I was doing my scuba courses. Perfect for me.

There is not usually anyone on reception and I needed to call a number, I could imagine this would not be possible for some. But she came very quickly after I called.

Lovely roof terrace overlooking the pier / port with beautiful sunset views and a lovely seating area. Nice beds / room also.

One of two lights in the bathroom unfortunately didn’t work and the shower head couldn’t be hung up as its holder was broken.

Excellent location, not noisy at night, big rooms with great facilities (hot showers, air con and refrigerator). Really friendly and helpful staff.
