You get what you pay for. Great price for the very basics, but at least there was air conditioning, a fan, a balcony and a fridge. Nadapa "Resort" is not a resort, but it IS like a tardis! Rooms T11& T12 are the closest, I think, to the busy main street. Good housekeeping is done at least every couple of days. Not only did we want (and got) our initial room, T12, changed to a room with a "dry" bathroom (separation between shower and toilet), but we also got a preferred room above ground level for privacy even though the patio doors are coated one side, so can't see through. Semi-detached cabins have more privacy. Our room at the back of the property, was in a much quieter part of the property! Just a 6 minute walk from the pier and about a 25 minute walk to Sariee Beach and another smaller and quieter beach in the opposite direction in about 15 minutes. Plenty of places to eat in area.

I sent 2 messages, got no replies. The one sent 6.5 months in advance was about no wet bathroom. Guess what we got? Get what you pay for: No tea, coffee, lock for the safe, just 1 very low quality bath towel each. Shower-low pressure, one water temp., at least it was warm. It would have been nice to have a soap dispenser next to/above the sink, just pink and orange shampoo and soap in the shower. Some people might find bed too hard. Rooms T11& T12 closest to busy main street and not enough privacy in room T12. Got room T12, changed to a room with a "dry" bathroom (separation between shower and toilet).

Just finished the most perfect 5 nights stay here. This place really makes you feel like you’re at home. Having your own little garden & terrace area is so chilling. Rooms were always so clean & the location was great. Walking distance from the pier was ideal and lovely area to stay in as plenty choice for food, shopping and massages around. The owner was very welcoming & friendly from the start, sorted us a snorkelling trip & moterbike at a good price. They even let you borrow snorkels for free! Highly recommended if you want to feel at home. (Also Zest cafe is a 2 minute walk from here & can’t recommend enough for breakfast, we ate here 4 times so cheap & the best we’ve had)

The room was clean and comfortable and a good size with a nice balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great near everything and a very short walk from the pier.. Great coffee shop nearby, seven eleven and places to eat I was kindly allowed a slightly earlier check in. It is a safe and secure place. Drying rack is provided and toiletries. Umbrellas provided which was very handy.

My room was supposed to have a safety deposit box which it didn't. I was offered a less pleasant room with one but opted not to change, which was fine in the end. It seems perfectly safe. The balcony doors didn't completely close so the wind howled through the gaps one night which I had to stuff with toilet roll, to stop the noise, and prevent any insects that may possibly come in through the large gap at night. This solved the problem though shouldn't be necessary.

The staff were wonderful, they made me feel so comfortable and welcome that I extended my stay. The flower beds and gardens that line the paths make the place feel relaxed and peaceful. Each room has an outside porch and the double room had an enormous bed, decent AC and standing fan.

The fridge turns off when you take the room key, though if you want a cold drink immediately you can always get drinks at the reception or there’s the classic Thai drinks stand opposite the fuel station next door where you and get your classic Thai Ice Coffee, Thai ice Tea and many others starting at ฿25 so nothing to complain about really!! Oh though maybe I don’t the recommend rooms without AC…

The host is very nice! Takes really good care of everyone staying there! He wants to help you with everything you need. Really nice guy, the accommodation also lies very close to everything you need. And you can rent a motorbike, do laundry etc. for a good price! Would recommend to stay here!

We knew that Koh Tao was a “party island”. But one night, there was a party with very loud music, which made our bed and doors shake. We hoped it stopped early, but went on until 2 am. Since the door is from very thin wood and there is a window in the bathroom you can’t close, we had some trouble falling asleep.

Absolutely loved this place, the poor owner got up at 6am to let us check in as we had been given misinformation the night before about our ferry and shockingly found out last minute we were on the overnight one. The staff here were an absolute cheery delight and the room had all the facilities you could dream of aswell as a really comfortable mattress and mini fridge which seems to both be hard to come by for us. The location is also superb, a short walk from scubadoo (the best dive center) and a lot of great restaurants.

Exceptional staff: very professional and helpful with booking ferries, finding other hotels when they were completely booked, helping with early check-in, and checking in on my room to make sure I was ok (door left open for breeze with lights off at night, other patrons were worried something wrong!). Bedroom had keyed safe, fridge, was very spacious as was bathroom, beautiful balcony with sunset peaking through the trees. Bed king size and super comfy.

The texture of the towels: like the microfiber rags we use to wipe kitchen counters, they squeak on your skin and you don’t really dry off 😂

Great location. 5 minutes walk from ferry piers. Up the hill, on the right before the petrol station, opposite Oxygen Tours. Good size room with A/C, fan, fridge, telly and safety box. Wee patio area out the front. Decent bathroom with hot shower. Fella at front desk is lovely, very helpful and speaks good English. Housekeeping emptied bins every day, towels and bed linen changed when needed. I stayed at Nadapa for a week - it was great.

The gaudy and numerous garden ornaments make the place look like a nursery. But don't let them put you off.

Nice clean property, towels changed every day and bed made which is a change over most places at this price in Thailand. Friendly manager downstairs who was chatty and helpful.

There was a festival on somewhere else in the island for the weekend which kept causing power cuts in many hotels on the small island. However after realising this the manager stayed up all night long to keep switching it back on again to ensure everyone had air conditioning through the night. This was a very nice gesture!

This hotel was amazing considering the price. It had plenty of space and was just what I needed for a nice relaxing vacation in Koh Tao. The fridge was also really useful as its nice to have a refreshing beverage after being out in the heat of Thailand. The room also had ac that functioned very well and plenty of space to hang my wet clothing. The staff was also very amazing they cleaned my room daily and made sure everything looked spotless and reception was always happy to help with any questions and concerns I had. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice play to stay in Koh tao.
