The staff is so kind, the rooms not only clean but perfectly organized and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect- on the beach. You look out the balcony to truly the best view and the sunset was directly in front of our room. The breakfast is good and if you’re vegetarian you can always modify the order and they will make it happen. I fell in love with the place and definitely will come back and recommend!

Make sure you ask for a room without noise because we didn’t know that there is a bar right beside it, so people with sensitivity for noise will have a rough time. They do provide earplugs though.

First of all to mention - staff, ai forgot the name but guy who works in reception is just amazing, very helpful with all questions, he is working like he owns this place. About hotel for me it seems little bit overpriced for what You get. Rooms are really clean and well maintained. Location which is really in the middle of action and just on the beach. Generally everything is ok but is too expensive comparing what You get.

The hotel has a perfect location – right in the center and also directly on the beach. It offers the best of both worlds, making it very convenient and enjoyable to stay there. The staff was absolutely amazing and welcoming from the moment we arrived. They helped us with everything we needed and went out of their way to accommodate our requests. Their kindness and approach truly made our stay exceptional – they were simply wonderful in every way.

Amazing view, central location, and i especially enjoyed the amazing staff - each of them is nice and professional. They helped me with tips, recommendations, and even few last minute requests with no issue - I really enjoyed my stay here and think it definitely worth the price - especially if you compare the experience to other hotels in the area

A charming hotel in the heart of Koh Tao, right on the beach with an amazing view. Comfortable and well-equipped rooms with a good shower. Excellent and courteous service from the staff and a delicious and nutritious breakfast. Free shuttle service from the ferry pier on the day of arrival and to the pier on the day of departure. We enjoyed it. Highly recommended place.

Everything, if I had a complaint they fixed it right away. I went diving 3 mornings in a row up at 6 the restaurant wasn't opened yet, so they credited me the restaurant so I stayed and extra day they took the price of the room. Amazing, They forget to clean the room, cave right away stocked the mini bar and cleaned no hassle. I asked if I could eat my breakfast in the room, the restaurant staff said no problem and brought it to my room. The rooms had a FULL MINI BAR with snacks peanuts, chips, snikers bar, near full size white and red in the fridge. When's the last time you saw that??? It's right on the beach for the most spectacular views of the sunset you will ever see, I believe it's one of the only hotels line it. Price was great for what your getting.

I didn't have enough Time, I should of booked for 6 days. Had I known the beds were going to be that comfy, I would have instead they had to keep moving me as different rooms became available. They even took me to the ferry for free.

Hotel was very comfy and the staff were lovely. The TV had Netflix and Youtube and the home comforts were available. It was clean and in a really good location in Koh Tao just on Sairee beach. The hotel were also helpful in organising transfers from the port. We were wary when we saw some complaints about the breakfast but we think this may have been when the hotel was under construction. The breakfast was served in the hotel and was lovely with amazing views. We would definitely return.

The water temperature was hit and miss, often we couldn’t get hot water in the shower. It was also quite noisy at night being on the main strip, this was not a fault of the hotel though.

Great location in the center of Sairee beach. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is right on the beach. This is a lively area, so a bit of noise is to be expected. The breakfast that was included was excellent. They pick you up from the ferry pier.

One one mirror in the bathroom. Would be great is there was another in the room. But other than that I was very pleased with everything.

Position is top, everything you need is around and is in the nicest area of Ko Tao. Get the sea view room and you won’t be disappointed. Rooms are big enough and very clean. Although in the center is very quiet.

Our first room was a street view and is a bit hard to stay on there with no balcony and no space to dry sun clothes or towels

It’s fairly over priced for what you get. The food at the restaurant is probably the worst food I ate in Thailand. I ordered a watermelon shake and it tastes like cigarettes for 120baht. Also hot water could be improved for the price, I would expect proper hot water. There is also no shade on the beach. Maybe the hotel could put up something to make the beach more enjoyable during the heat of the day. Also If you get a room with a sun bed, don’t be surprised if people from the beach just chill on them.
