This is a very convenient small hotel at a good location. The place is quiet (compared to the hassle of the tourist center ), yet very close to everything you need. There are many good restaurants nearby, massage centers etc. We had one room with private bathroom and one room with shared bathroom. Both rooms were very clean, with convenient beds and reasonably furnished. The shared bathroom was perfectly clean. The Internet worked without any issues. AC worked very well in both the rooms. The reception is open 8-20 and can handle check in, check out, left luggage and sell transportation. We bought the Oxygen full day snorcheling trip and it was unbelievably nice and good value. The taxis make a cartel at this island in a similar way as on the surrounding islands, resulting in prices like 10€ per 1km per car. So we walked from the port to the hotel on arrival. It's a nice walk except for the bags and the motorcycles everywhere. On the way back we ordered a taxi at the reception for 500 bht per family. It seems that you have to remove your shoes for the reception, but not for rest of the hotel.

My stay here was great!! The location is great, the rooms are clean and the service is good. The hostel is very quiet and peaceful. The lady in the reception is the sweetest and helped me a lot, she helped me with extending my visa and even gave me a ride to the immigration office for a very cheap price! Unfortunately when I wanted to stay more nights they were fully booked, but they helped me get a room in a hotel they work with for the same price. Very recommended :)

Really great location, very clean. Room was fab, spacious and fresh towels when needed as well as beach towels. Also water every day was a nice touch. Easy to book onwards travel with them as well. Cute cat. Thank you so much! Staff were fab.

Very little natural light in the room as the window was facing a wall. Generally quite noisy as the door is just a sliding one so can hear people walking passed/up & down stairs

The place is located 20 minutes walk from the ferry station. I found it was an interesting walk across the town. It’s super clean and everybody is super nice. The bed was very hard but you’re not home so it’s ok. Also they asked for another 50 baths extra per night for the A/C which I found a little bite akward as it was mentioned Zi would have A/C in my reservation. Besides that it was an excellent stay!

Khun Ying house is in a great location, 5 min walk from Sairee beach and close to a 711 and plenty of bars and restaurants. The room was comfortable, complimentary water was provided every day and there is access to a small kitchen. The staff are very kind.

Can be noisy at night as was on a Main Street.

Spacious double room with a kettle, fridge, aircon & a fan. Really good location to the town & beach. Fairly quiet as just on the edge of the main town. Staff were friendly and helpful. We extended our stay with no issues. Shared bathrooms were cleaned everyday, throughout the day. (Just sometimes guests left them messy!)

Staff were very helpful and friendly room was a good size and very clean, good location, on the main road but just a few minutes walk from all the bars restaurants and shops so still quiet. The owner helped advise us a booked tours as well as organises early check out plus a taxi to get us to the early ferry.

Place was a little bit old and basic, but everything worked well and good value for money so no complaints here.

My partner and I stayed here for a week. Prime location! Right in the heart of Sairee but perfectly positioned so it is very quiet at night. Very short walk to the beach and there is lots of nearby restaurants, cafes, bars etc. you can also walk to the pier without much difficulty. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and cleaned daily if you choose. The room has everything you could possibly need I.e. fridge, coffee, tea, toiletries and there’s even a communal kitchen you can use. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

In the center of the island but far from the crowds and noise. A peaceful hotel where you will feel at home. The staff is friendly and helpful. Whether you are a family, a large group or a solo traveler, this place is for you :) have a good trip!
