great location, the best part of Sairee Beach, nice swimming pools (our bungalows where really facing the pool and very close to the beach), walking to the centrla part of Tao/Sairee (restaurants, bars, 7-eleven) is 10 minutes max). Overall I am not disappointed. The dive shop right there, sharing the resort's name is excellent, but weirdly unrelated to the hotel)

Everything feels a bit old and broken, at the beach notably. Could use some strict maintenance. Personnel is ok, but not very efficient helping in case you need anything. Overall expensive for what it is.

Amazing location at the best end of Sairee beach. Only 5 min stroll to centre but away from the noisy bars and lovely swimming on doorstep. Super pool which teenagers loved. We wanted a bungalow but stayed in the apartment rooms due to availability and was pleasantly surprised. They were neat and tidy with good aircon and super value for money allowing the teens to have a room each. So easy to stroll to lots of places to eat. Motorbike rental on site. Easy and super relaxing stay.

Some of the areas were a bit scruffy but I think this is reflected in the price

The beach is walkable from end to end and has everything you need with the walking street shops only one row back. We had the cabins right on the beach and they were comfortable and functional (quiet a/c, tv, big bed, etc)

Everything needs repairing and upgrading. The room was dated, the shower was barely adequate, and most of the beach sunbeds were broken.

Lovely beach location. Man on reception was so helpful and managed to sort out a mistake with our booking he works so hard. Great food in beachfront restaurant lovely sunsets.

The resort is in need of some updates. Many broken sunbeds on the beach. Piles of wood everywhere. Painting needed. Bins overflowing. It would take no time to sort this out as the resort is lovely

The location is perfect, Right on the beach front. Just a little swim off the shore there is a large coral with many types of fish. The staff at the hotel was amazing any help I needed they was always able to help with a q quick response. They also have a greta on site driving team, I did 2 dives with them with a diver called David. Over all great value for money and would decently come back.

I would like a fridge in the room, even a small one to keep drinks cold.

The host upgraded us to Superior room when our air con wasn’t quite cool enough. The location was superb. Right next to the beach. We had a 5 min walk along the gorgeous beach to get into the “night life”. Fire dancers, etc to entertain and gorgeous places to eat sitting on the beach. The island boat trip (eg Oxygen) is great value for money. We saw so much whilst snorkelling and swam with turtles.

The resort felt a bit tired and in need of painting BUT it was kept clean and the daily maid service was excellent. We loved it.

This is one of the very best places we been to in Thailand! It's so beautiful, so quite, the staff is so nice. It's on the north end of Sairee beach, the nicest spot. Everything was perfect, we really felt in love and are soon going back again. We had a Sailor Cottage, there was everything we needed, the bed was hard but they gave us a extra madras. The ac was perfect! And a large fan on the ceiling. The room was cleaned every day. The breakfast buffe was good and just 200 bath. We took a lot of our meals at the resort, the other places down to south had too noisy music. Very tasty food for little money! Free shuttle service from and to the pier, they even helped us with our large bags on the pier.

The floor in our room was a bit week in some spots, but no problem for us.

description on booking.com says that there are water sports facilities (like renting a kayak and paddle board). when we asked about this, they said this was not possible.

I liked this place much better than the much more expensive Sai Daeng Resort next door. I stayed and both and can say the cheaper one was just as nice and gave access to the Sai Daeng beach and both restaurants.

It was fairly expensive to take a taxi to and from Sairee Beach, although the shuttle price was very fair for island rates.
