The hotel and its facilities are good and new, nice and spacious rooms, nice swimming pool, good restaurants. The location is a bit far from the village but it is a 15 minutes walk that can be done. There is a tiny gym. The staff are nice. Unfortunately they are obsessed with rules and extra charging for everything. If only they were more flexible they could please much more their customers (in the end you say no to any stupid charge they come up with).

I can’t praise this hotel enough. The location was perfect, it was just outside of the choas of the main strip so it was really calm and quiet so great for relaxing and sleeping but still a good distance from it for when you wanted to go to eat or get snacks from 7/11. Took a few minutes on a moped and probably 5 minutes walking. The location was super close to a beach called Ao Hin Wong about a 3-5 minute drive (need a moped as very steep hills) which has a really popular bar called FreeDom bar. Philm (I hope I’ve spelt that correctly) on reception couldn’t be more helpful, she organised our transport to Phi Phi which consisted of a Night Ferry, Van and then a speed boat so took all of that admin from us and was just so helpful and friendly the entire time. We also were able to rent mopeds directly from the hotel, they have them right infront of the reception desk so this is just an added bonus to not have to try and find and get to a separate place and the price was really good. The facilities are also great, the rooms are lovely and the pool outside was great to swim during the day and night.

2nd time back at this hotel and would pick it over and over again for when we come to Koh Tao. The staff are friendly. The hotel is great value for money, a lovely modern concept and the grounds and rooms are so looked after. It’s up the hill away from Sariee Beach but the walk is nice to do after a meal or night out. They also do bike rentals. The smile mart opposite is perfect and has everything you need even some Western home comforts.

Nothing major but it would be perfect in the peak of the day to have some shade around the pool.

The best hotel of our trip to thailand! - The rooms are gorgeous, beautifully designed! - The whole hotel is impeccably well maintained, very clean and fresh. - The bathrooms are amazing, with the best shower I have ever had - amazing water pressure and very hot water! - The staff made up our room so beautifully every day. - The outdoor pool area and balconies are amazing. - Location is also fab, approx 10 min walk to the main area, so is super quiet and peaceful but takes no time at all to get to all the main bars and restaurants. - There is also a 24 hour supermarket 2 mins from the hotel and the best gym on the island. - The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. - We ended up rebooking this hotel a further two times because we loved it so much!

Location was perfect for us, walking distance from Sairee beach and quiet. Pool was great, not busy at all and cleaned by staff every morning. Rooms modern and clean. Staff were friendly and Film was especially helpful. Can rent bikes and snorkels easily.

Some umbrellas at the pool would have been good for shade but when the sun moves there is shade in parts. The sliding door in the room was a bit tricky to lock but otherwise fine.

The staff were very friendly and the pool is a great alternative to the beach on hot lazy days. They provided fresh towels for the beach and room was cleaned daily. It’s great value for money and excellent location. 3 minute walking distance to the gym, big super market and bakery.

Supermarket nearby Friendly staff Great breakfast, though you they take their time to prepare it We booked trip with them and got cab ride back to the ferry which we appreciated a lot. We wanted to rent motorcycle but the reception girl refused to rent us as we were clearly not experienced, after giving this some thought, I am thankful for that and consider this a proof they are there to look after their guests and not make money out of them.

This place is the best hotel in kohtao. This is the 7th year We are here. The rooms are clean, tv and Internet is always working. The pool and gym area are very nice and you can easy stay at the pool all day. Owner and staff is amazing! Always helpful and gives great service 24/7. We will continue staying here forward! Honestly this hotel was the nicest hotel we have stayed in so far in Thailand. A perfect location a little walk to the beach. The hotel was so clean and modern the rooms were amazing. Staff were incredible especially film on reception she was the highlight of the trip such a lovely woman. We could organise boat transfers at the hotel too with a taxi service to the pier included. Couldn’t fault this hotel at all. Amazing

Close to all amenities, walk downhill and beach area and Main Street is flat. Resort was quiet, had pool to ourselves. Pool table was handy for our family of 6. Breakfast nice and good prices. Staff were nice. Place was clean. They have their own resort van to transport you to pier on departure at ok price for 6 of us.

The hotel is up a hill which was ok for us but may be hard for others. The twin rooms were mattresses on the floor which our adult children found uncomfortable. Our ceiling fan was very noisy as was the AC. But the twin rooms were no issues with that.
