The hotel and its facilities are good and new, nice and spacious rooms, nice swimming pool, good restaurants. The location is a bit far from the village but it is a 15 minutes walk that can be done. There is a tiny gym. The staff are nice. Unfortunately they are obsessed with rules and extra charging for everything. If only they were more flexible they could please much more their customers (in the end you say no to any stupid charge they come up with).

I can’t praise this hotel enough. The location was perfect, it was just outside of the choas of the main strip so it was really calm and quiet so great for relaxing and sleeping but still a good distance from it for when you wanted to go to eat or get snacks from 7/11. Took a few minutes on a moped and probably 5 minutes walking. The location was super close to a beach called Ao Hin Wong about a 3-5 minute drive (need a moped as very steep hills) which has a really popular bar called FreeDom bar. Philm (I hope I’ve spelt that correctly) on reception couldn’t be more helpful, she organised our transport to Phi Phi which consisted of a Night Ferry, Van and then a speed boat so took all of that admin from us and was just so helpful and friendly the entire time. We also were able to rent mopeds directly from the hotel, they have them right infront of the reception desk so this is just an added bonus to not have to try and find and get to a separate place and the price was really good. The facilities are also great, the rooms are lovely and the pool outside was great to swim during the day and night.

Nothing, we have stayed at many many places during our travels and this was by far the best.

The best hotel of our trip to thailand! - The rooms are gorgeous, beautifully designed! - The whole hotel is impeccably well maintained, very clean and fresh. - The bathrooms are amazing, with the best shower I have ever had - amazing water pressure and very hot water! - The staff made up our room so beautifully every day. - The outdoor pool area and balconies are amazing. - Location is also fab, approx 10 min walk to the main area, so is super quiet and peaceful but takes no time at all to get to all the main bars and restaurants. - There is also a 24 hour supermarket 2 mins from the hotel and the best gym on the island. - The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. - We ended up rebooking this hotel a further two times because we loved it so much!

2nd time back at this hotel and would pick it over and over again for when we come to Koh Tao. The staff are friendly. The hotel is great value for money, a lovely modern concept and the grounds and rooms are so looked after. It’s up the hill away from Sariee Beach but the walk is nice to do after a meal or night out. They also do bike rentals. The smile mart opposite is perfect and has everything you need even some Western home comforts.

Nothing major but it would be perfect in the peak of the day to have some shade around the pool.

Very, very nice hotel: quiet, nicely built, nice rooms, great pool As far as we were concerned, you can easily walk to the beach part with all the restaurants and shops. Supermarket nearby Friendly staff Great breakfast, though you they take their time to prepare it We booked trip with them and got cab ride back to the ferry which we appreciated a lot. We wanted to rent motorcycle but the reception girl refused to rent us as we were clearly not experienced, after giving this some thought, I am thankful for that and consider this a proof they are there to look after their guests and not make money out of them.

Location was perfect for us, walking distance from Sairee beach and quiet. Pool was great, not busy at all and cleaned by staff every morning. Rooms modern and clean. Staff were friendly and Film was especially helpful. Can rent bikes and snorkels easily.

Some umbrellas at the pool would have been good for shade but when the sun moves there is shade in parts. The sliding door in the room was a bit tricky to lock but otherwise fine.

Close to all amenities, walk downhill and beach area and Main Street is flat. Resort was quiet, had pool to ourselves. Pool table was handy for our family of 6. Breakfast nice and good prices. Staff were nice. Place was clean. They have their own resort van to transport you to pier on departure at ok price for 6 of us.

The hotel is up a hill which was ok for us but may be hard for others. The twin rooms were mattresses on the floor which our adult children found uncomfortable. Our ceiling fan was very noisy as was the AC. But the twin rooms were no issues with that.

Very clean and spacious for 2 people. Couple of shops nearby just down the hill if you need anything. Staff were very respectful and did not enter our room when we had the do not disturb sign up. They left extra toilet roll and waters outside the door for us upon returning to the hotel. The pool facilities are lovely and clean, although beware the tiles are quite skippy when wet. We booked the oxygen snorkelling tour through the hotel which we really enjoyed. Free transfer from the hotel to the pier when leaving as we booked the tour through them which was a great add on. The food down in the cafe/restaurant was lovely, we ate there a couple of times during our stay. About a 10 minute walk down to the busier streets and about a 20 minute walk to the beach area. Staff were lovely and helpful, spoke great English. You have the opportunity to rent mopeds at the property also.

Maybe put up signs to alert guests that the tiles leading to the rooms and by the poolside are slippy when wet and to take care when walking. It took me by surprise the first time.

The staff were so friendly. The room was modern with a comfortable bed and bathroom. AC worked well and didn’t make any noise. The hotel is walking distance from Sairee but outside of the crazy busy area.

It could use sun umbrellas at the pool. Would be nice if the gym area opened earlier. Bathroom needs a hanger for toilet roll.

The staff were exceptionally good, they were so friendly and polite and went above and beyond for us. we were able to book our tours and boat ride through them and they were really accommodating. Our room was huge and immaculately clean. Genuinely one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. Really lovely pool area. Good restaurant with good selection and good value for money. Huge bed which was super comfortable. Good cool air con. Good WiFi. We really liked the location, close to a super market and about a 10/15 min walk to the beach. We were here on a couples holiday so it was nice to be out of the busy area but still be close enough we could wander in in the evening. We felt safe walking back in the dark too. Breakfast times were really good! 8-12!! Excellent value for money, probably our cheapest hotel of our Thailand trip so far but so so lovely. Little tip - We did get a huge spider in our room so make sure to close the balcony doors if out on the balcony! They do have fly doors which we should have used!

We got breakfast included and it was from a limited menu, I’d recommend not getting breakfast included and then just ordering off the menu!
