The room was brilliant! So spacious, clean and comfortable. They had a big balcony, a fridge a really comfy bed a smart tv aswell as the air con working perfectly and the bathroom was very big and nice. We really enjoyed our stay! The staff were so helpful and kind. They offered motorbikes for rent and also to book trips and transport. They booked a ferry to Koh Phangan for us for a good price including transport to the pier. The pool was very clean - so was everything! I’d really recommend staying here. It is a slight walk into the main shops and restaurants only around 10min. Closer to some lovely breakfast, dinner and lunch. We could have rented a bike but we were happy to walk and get our steps in. Service was brilliant too!

We booked the night before and the receptionist stayed late to let us check in. The hotel is absolutely lovely, the nicest place I’ve stayed so far in Asia. The room was clean, most comfortable bed we’ve slept in and the bathroom was lovely (unlike a lot of places here). The lady on the desk was the best and soo lovely! The pool was lovely and always clean. Not absolutely pumped full of chlorine like most places but still obviously very clean. It is in a lovely position, a bit away from the strip but easily walkable distance without the noise and business. Complete peace and comfort.

Loved the pool, every day !! Most days there wasn’t a lot of people, a person or two and the staff. It was like having the place to myself ! :) it gets calm at night, which I appreciated. Rooms on the 2nd or 3rd floor have way more privacy, and worth the extra. Also, it’s only 5 minutes walk from the main street, not a problem at all. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Thanks for the week !

Good to know, the shuttle picked me up for free when i arrived but it’s 100 BHT to come back, if you don’t take the specific times offered. It’s not a problem as I would have given a tip anyway !

We stayed 1 week here, and were very happy about everything. The location is great, in a quiet and lush green surrounding, but yet only a few minutes by foot to Sairee Beach/ village. We had a room on the second floor with beautiful views of the palm trees around. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The balcony was great too. The only little thing for me personally was that the mattress was quite hard, but that's personal preference. The pool is huge, super clean and very inviting. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. T Thank you very much! ;)

Close to Sairee village, can walk to the beach, handy for access to all restaurants, shopping and ferry terminal. Room decent size with balcony. Nice pool but we didn’t use it. Laundry service in hotel is good and cheap as local price. Reception is manned 8am till 6pm - will help with anything you need. Hotel arranged included initial pickup from ferry which was nice.

Walk from town along road with no lights. Shower facilities were a bit tired.

The staff were amazing, I was ill during my trip and they were happy to bring me water, loo roll, clean towels etc. they were also really great about taking me to the medical clinic and waiting for me and ensuring at the end of my stay I got to the ferry ok. The hotel has lovely spacious rooms, comfy beds, it is kept very clean and the pool looks lovely, location is great, walkable into town but far enough away to be peaceful.

Only recommendation would be to get some more food available on site.

Staff was very kind and helpful. Room was clean. Location is a bit of a hike but it means the place is quiet. My wifi didn't work in my first room so the hotel manager found another room for me. All the staff helped me repack and move my things to the new room. I stayed there for 3 weeks and really felt comfortable.

Location is a but far but that's the trade off for peace and quiet, and it's worth it. I had an e-bike so it wasn't too bad. I also wish they would clean the room everyday or at least empty the trash rather than having to ask for it. I also wish there was more storage like drawers or shelves. I stayed there for 3 weeks and it would have been nice if I could organize my things better.

Very big swimming pool with deck chairs . 15 min walk to the beach . Really quiet at night. They do scooter rentals and also taxi which was much cheaper than in sairee beach . They coming to pick you up from the pier free of charge and also bring you back free of charge if you buy the tickets with them. ( otherwise it s 100baht per person to the pier ) .room was spacious and clean with a balcony . Would stay there again

The towels provided were a bit on their last legs and a bit damp smelling. The bathroom could do with a little upgrade and the beds were a little hard at first but we got use to it.

Aiya exceeded our expectations in many ways. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The hotel offered free pick-up and drop off at the ferry which was incredible. They had the cleanest pool that I have seen in all of my 4 months of travel around Asia. The rooms were clean, well equipped and the balcony was a major plus. The location is about a 5 min walk from a very busy area with lots of restaurants and bars. This was nice because we were close, but not close enough to hear any noise at night. The value for money here is unbeatable.
