Accomodation is on a lush property located near a river. The houses are very nice and clean and the staff are incredible. It’s a bit of a walk to the nearest restaurant so we dined at the accomodation and the food and drink prices were fair and the food quality was good. They are accomodating to vegetarian meals. We did a one night stay on our way to the Panvaree bungalows and the staff helped us organize a tuk tuk to the wharf for 200 baht, they also got that tuk tuk driver to help us organize a trip back from the wharves to Ao Nang when we returned from the bungalows (for 3200 baht). This was a huge relief for us and made everything so easy. Included breakfast was a buffet, and was good quality.

Nothing.

The location is scenic: on a slope next to a small river facing a karst hill covered with forest. The resort is surrounded by green: fruit and rubber plantations on the back , the rain forest on the other side of the river. A lot of birdlife to watch in the early morning. This is a simple resort with basic facilities, but clean and functional. WIFI works well. Host is very kind and helpful. He made my breakfast a bit earlier to accommodate my departure time and proposed to join a boat tour on the Chieow Lan Lake that was good value and good fun. One has to accept that staying in simple accommodation like wooden and bamboo bungalow like this privacy cannot be expected and the quality of your sleep depends also on the behavior of your next door, a bit like in a camping ground. The place is very quiet, but not silent. Wildlife is very much active at night. The night full of sounds: crickets and other insects and birds. The morning is announced very early by the roosters. It is all part of the experience, not necessarily a weak point.

Road indications to the resort are in Thai but not in English.

The location is great. Far away for all the tourism but close to the lake entrance The air conditioning rooms where basic The few amazing Swimming on the river just walking down to the riverbed They made special vegan breakfast for us and also in the evening we had a nice dinner The owner arranged a two day trip for us before arrival A great trip on the lake with overnight stay at a floating bungalow (5600 bath for 2 persons not included park entrance that was about 500 for 2 persons)

The road to the place is a bit challenging

The place is beautiful with the calm river and Mountain View. I loved the garden and views. Rooms are comfortable, even with shared bathrooms. If you like being in nature in a relaxed but well kept place, this is a lovely one to stay at. Breakfast included was good and abundant. Restaurant is good as well.

Owner is effective and helpful finding tours and transport. Yet price was changed/raised a couple of times which didn’t feel right.

Perfect location in the middle of the nature The hotel is perfect, the staff is really nice Go there if you're looking for some peace you will hear the song of nature on the night and when you wake up 🥰 Fyi it's next to the lake where you can spend a really nice day exploring but it's not at the very entrance of kao sok national park (45 min away)

The accommodation is located in the remote place of national park. Staff helped us to arrange a trip to the Lake for one day, otherwise there is not much to do in the area if you do not have a car. We liked a lot breakfast and dinner.

We originally booked a bamboo hut without AC but when we came we switched to the one with AC. The hut without AC was quite old and not in good condition, there were holes in the mosquito net.

Beautiful location right on the river. Staff were extremely nice and accommodating.

There were a few ants in the bungalows which is understandable in this environment. There was also no bedsheet between the sheet over the mattress and provided blanket. Hoping the blankets are cleaned between guests.

Very nice and helpful staff. They arranged everything for us including trips to local National Park and pick ups. The surroundings was absolutely gorgeous. Beautiful view at the mountains and river during day, and charming lights in the garden at night. Althought, the breakfast selection wasn’t the largest we were fully satisfied as everything was tasteful. The restaurant serves local Thai meals till 8pm every day.

Shared toilets for three cottages where the bamboo wall was discrete, but we could hear everything. It was waking us up when people were using them especially at night. However, there were also shared toilets near the restaurant which was good.

The host was absolutely lovely she really helped with every need... The food was fresh and delicious and really catered for our 2.5yrs... and organised a great trip around the lake for us! Unfortunately we had to leave a day early due to my sister arriving earlier but would definitely recommend and we will be back!

Would possibly recommend own transport so it's easier but the host can organise tuk tuks for trips and transfer to the airport with was pure luxury btw my front seat was like business class haha!

If you are searching for paradise come to this place. Situated in the nature you’ll be staying in a simple but yet very comfy bamboo hut. Everything was spotless clean and the bed was very comfy. We had a great night sleep. The food is amazing and they are using lots of fresh ingredients from the garden. The included breakfast was amazing. The owners made us feed very welcome . If you like the nature this is the place to go. We can only recommend this place.
