The pools, clean rooms with pool view

The accommodation itself was very comfortable. The pool was beautiful, even though we didn’t get a chance to swim. Special mention to the cleaner, Nam (if I recall correctly), who did an excellent job.

The location is the biggest downside of this accommodation, as transportation is necessary to get around. However, we were aware of this when booking. The staff appeared somewhat uninterested and detached, though this could be understandable given the high volume of daily guests. The food prices at the hotel were also quite steep.

All in all, I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel. The staff was nice. Breakfast was good though a little expensive. The rooms were nice and well appointed. I wouldn’t mind staying here again.

The breakfast felt a bit over priced but it was all you can eat. Also the location is bit remote. I found myself wishing that I knew how to ride a scooter but you need to have an international license. I really wanted to get out and explore more without having to call a cab every time I wanted to go somewhere.

Lovely big room and clean shower room! The whole complex was really nice and there were lots of pools. The staff were really nice and helpful - helped us get to Phi Phi island easily. Especially loved the sunset bar staff! Make sure to follow the beach signs to find a nice secluded beach! Breakfast was great and all covered.

The location wasn’t great of you want to keep going into Patong. They do offer a shuttle which you have to pay for and comes back an hour later which isn’t enough time really.

Love the balcony overlooking the pool. Both restaurants were amazing.

The way to get to your room was very confusing. Maybe add an outside lift that goes directly down to the pool from reception, not through another building.

Proximity to the place I needed to be at (Marriott), Completeness of room (big bed, big sofa, work desk, kitchen with plates, utensils, microwave), and a cool A/C. Very comfy setup! And the shower was quite strong with lots of water and a fast heater.

I didn't like how there wasn't any shaded walkway going to my room (4103) and that any GrabFood I ordered had to be picked up at the guardhouse instead of being brought to my room by hotel staff, which led to me walking 10 minutes in the heat under the hot sun. I also didn't like how the hotel staff failed to inform me that the airport-to-hotel transfer was an extra charge (800 baht). I thought it was part of the booking fee, while the hotel-to-airport transfer was an additional service.

Quiet… good for those who want to escape big families (good for families too tho) .. great location .. only a cheap taxi ride to the hustle n bustle of patong beach .. then back to relax … staff were excellent .. especially ‘kitchen table’ and and the waitress ‘Nong’ who deserves a raise! Excellent place to stay

Ideally located away from the hustle & bustle set on a hill so has beautiful views only 300/400 baht in a taxi to Patong Beach and Bangla Road which is a great laugh

Modern bright resort about 15 minutes by car/ transport from Patong bay so in a quieter area but with shuttle bus access. Staff were very helpful and professionally friendly. The resort boasts 2 highly rated (on Tripadvisor) restaurants. Rooms well appointed and in great repair. Good breakfast options at additional cost.
