1. The staffs were friendly and accommodating. I loved how they always serve with a smile which made me felt welcome. 2. The location - perched on a hill overlooking the Indian Ocean, some of the rooms (and most villas) have ocean view although it was quite a distance from where I was standing. The infinity pool of the villa (Villa 204) had a good view too. 3. The Villa 204 - big and spacious, able to accommodate a family of 2 adults and 3 children with addition of beds. The design was like a cocoon shape complete with a bath tub (my kids enjoying it with their bath bomb), separate toilet and shower room. Dining table was where we enjoyed dinner together as it was raining non-stop during our trip to Phuket. 4. Complimentary shuttle from the resort to Patong beach which saved us quite a lot of money, as the standard rate to travel within Patong is around 3000-3500 Baht one way (even Grab charges higher sometimes).

1. The buffet spread - for a 5-star establishment, the buffet selection was surprisingly below par. I had stayed in Four Points by Sheraton Phuket Patong before and it was impressive compared to Crest Resort. It didn’t help that they were quite short-staffed at the restaurant which made the service a bit slow. Good thing is that they tried their best to serve us.

Very nice hotel with a beautiful pool. In the perfect location with regards to being just that bit away from the manic atmosphere of Patong. They do a free shuttle once every hour in the evening to take you into the centre. The staff were very nice and the pool is located just behind sunset. Would recommend this hotel!

It’s a little hard to get your cases around because of the hill. But there’s plenty of staff to help get your cases when you check out.

The villa was big and as discerption. View was breathtaking specially during sunset. Villa was clean. And the pool was amazing (note for Hijabi girls: people out there can see you" Most of the staff were super friendly "specially, Ammar and Phon" There was a hose "shattaf" in the toilet

Toilet has no privacy. Sometimes it took the reception so long to answer our call "We had to call them everytime when we want to go out because its difficult to go to the lobby area without a golfcar"

Breakfast spread could have been better. Not much options for vegetarians plus no indian breakfast options at all. Other similar properties do have some indian breakfast options.

They could do better if they add more entertainment options within the resor. We were mostly using the pool and the gaming room had only billiards. When we are not going out for tour we should have some entertainment offered within the property. Specially to keep kids busy . Also there bathrooms have no lock system which I wanted to discuss with them before checkout . It’s very uncomfortable if you are a family with kids. I lived in their premium pool villa and both bathroom and toilet had no lock system which made my family feel bit uncomfortable.

The staff was AMAZING! Everyone was kind and attentive. The pool and views were by far the best and even the restaurant had good food. The ability to order room service 24 hours a day was the icing on the cake! We booked for the Deluxe Pool Villa but I think we were upgraded to the premiere pool Villa (haha) which was def a plus. I wish we could’ve stayed here longer, but will def be back just for the room again and vibes.

This was my first time visiting Phuket so I wasn’t expecting it to be so hilly. It was a little much for us trying to get to the hotel and back to the city part, although the hotel does offer shuttle which was nice and accommodating. I wish the hotel would have walking steps to walk throughout the property or even down the hill to the main road. There’s no convenient stores close by and you will have to walk a little to get to 7 Eleven so it’s best to bring what you need beforehand if you plan on staying at the hotel for majority of the time.

It is a really nice place to stay. Has a lot of amenities. The food is very delicious, the rooms are spacious. The staff is really polite and helpful. The view is amazing.

We had a car, which needed to be parked on the parking lot of the resort, which was down the hill and from there a golf car picked you to bring you to the lobby. Sometimes we had to wait 10+ minutes for the golf cart, which is not very convenient, especially when you are in a hurry. Also we were in a room facing the lobby, so some nights there was a lot of noise coming from the hallway or from the lobby (at 2 or 3 am) and it disturbed our sleep.

Everything is on standard, beautiful landscape, 100 percent clean and it is so beautiful 😍 It's heaven on earth 🌎 Even wondered who's the owner.. Its top notch 👌

I think Couple of things are uncessary like average to poor people still need to come to such places when they saved right Paying 5000 before entering the room it's insane as you never mentioned when we book but it appears after booking... Charging ice bucket its insane.. Normally I can't afford such hotel but being in it also made me remember that am not rich as people who were there... Tea,sugar and milk was for one person yet they know it's 2 people who stays there I was afraid of touching anything else more enjoying my vacation Just my thoughts thou
