I stayed at Craft Resort & Villas with my wife, and it exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly nice, always available 24/7, and genuinely happy to help. The food was great, no matter the time, and the swimming pool was simply amazing. Everything about the stay felt perfect. Despite that, I will definitely reserve at this hotel again in the future. Highly recommended for its exceptional service, great amenities, and wonderful atmosphere!

The only minor issue was that sounds from outside could be heard in our room. It wasn’t noisy, but it was noticeable at times.

The only thing that I didn't like was when I arrived, it was a little late and because of that the dinner menu was limited and I only had Pad Thai, which was good, but I wish I could get other appetizers and dessert.

Despite these drawbacks, Craft Resorts excels in offering a peaceful setting, excellent recreational facilities, and attentive service.

Spent a week here and it was very comfortable indeed, spacious rooms, great beds, early breakfast, clean pool and not as many insects as I would expect. It's great they have a trial massage included. Although resorts are not our thing, we really enjoyed it. Staff were great and room always clean. It was generally quiet but my god, some tourists are so loud. Overall, happy with this place.

- mega dissapointing breakfast. Thailand has some of world's best foods, that's not reflected in the breakfast, which was carb-heavy and not that much protein. I would have loved to see more chioces and definitely more fruit (they only had watermelon). Proteins include just eggs and some chicken sausage, there was a cooked stir fry they would change everyday but not enough choice. It feels they only cater for Chinese tourists but there were a lot of europeans as well so they should adapt the menu - boring restaurant menu - you find better food downtown. I've been eating in town everyday - location - it is a bit far from everything so you need to use Grab to ride everywhere but Grab is super reliable - don't use their shuttles, just use Grab - just order food with Grab

Love the pool direct access room, my little one didn’t want to leave! All staff were super friendly, they even helped us to organise a van to the airport with very last minute! Definitely highly recommend!

The greenery is superb, instead need to keep the door shut to prevent mosquitoes

Resort is beautiful such a nice touch with the swim up pool Staff are honestly all 10/10 so helpful and made the whole experience so much better! Young girl who was on the bar loads is the most helpful young lady ever we loved seeing her smile with our cocktails! Restaurant food and the staff are all amazing Hotel is in a remote location we knew this and wanted a bit of a chilled one! Taxis are readily available from reception and grab has so many drivers in the area fairly cheap to get to the old town or patong beach Highly recommend the 5 minute walk to the monkey viewing area 100 baht gets you a massive bucket of fruit to feed the cheeky monkeys and the lady there is so lovely. Old town Sunday night market is so good

The staff were so very friendly and helpful . Always smiling . The breakfasts were so plentiful, fresh and with generous options.

The pool could be much cleaner . The pool outside our apartment was the worst . They take out the leaves but not cleaning the bottom . The steps are dangerous too as is the floor outside . We also had tiles falling off the roof of the porch outside . Much more attention to detail regarding the cleanliness is needed . Also the room itself had filthy doors , corners of the room and behind the bed . Only very basic cleaning is taking place .

Beautiful and clean place, great facilities. Very friendly and dedicated employees. Everyone made us feel so welcome and very important. The room service team has gone above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. Every help we need, every issue we highlighted were attended immediately. Free shuttle to old town and Central Phuket shopping mall was a great addition to the stay. Everything was made easy and we love seeing those beautiful kind hearted people around us. It's quite a distance from the airport and other main attractions in Phuket. The actual journey took much longer than what was suggested in google map due to the traffic situation in Phuket.

Village vibe in the neighborhood, only a handful of tourists. Rooms with access to pool was wonderful, a shout out to the friendly n helpful reception team. The hotel restaurant offers good food and not so expensive. There is a 7/11 and Big C convenience store five minutes walk away plus a handful of small, delicious and cheap Thai restaurants nearby. The free daily shuttle to old phuket town and Central shopping mall is a big plus, definitely recommend this hotel to all
