I stayed at Craft Resort & Villas with my wife, and it exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly nice, always available 24/7, and genuinely happy to help. The food was great, no matter the time, and the swimming pool was simply amazing. Everything about the stay felt perfect. Despite that, I will definitely reserve at this hotel again in the future. Highly recommended for its exceptional service, great amenities, and wonderful atmosphere!

The only minor issue was that sounds from outside could be heard in our room. It wasn’t noisy, but it was noticeable at times.

The only thing that I didn't like was when I arrived, it was a little late and because of that the dinner menu was limited and I only had Pad Thai, which was good, but I wish I could get other appetizers and dessert.

Additionally, the absence of halal food within the resort or nearby could be inconvenient for Muslim travellers. Despite these drawbacks, Craft Resorts excels in offering a peaceful setting, excellent recreational facilities, and attentive service.

Spent a week here and it was very comfortable indeed, spacious rooms, great beds, early breakfast, clean pool and not as many insects as I would expect. It's great they have a trial massage included. Although resorts are not our thing, we really enjoyed it. Staff were great and room always clean. It was generally quiet but my god, some tourists are so loud. Overall, happy with this place.

- mega dissapointing breakfast. Thailand has some of world's best foods, that's not reflected in the breakfast, which was carb-heavy and not that much protein. I would have loved to see more chioces and definitely more fruit (they only had watermelon). Proteins include just eggs and some chicken sausage, there was a cooked stir fry they would change everyday but not enough choice. It feels they only cater for Chinese tourists but there were a lot of europeans as well so they should adapt the menu - boring restaurant menu - you find better food downtown. I've been eating in town everyday - location - it is a bit far from everything so you need to use Grab to ride everywhere but Grab is super reliable - don't use their shuttles, just use Grab - just order food with Grab

Love the pool direct access room, my little one didn’t want to leave! All staff were super friendly, they even helped us to organise a van to the airport with very last minute! Definitely highly recommend!

The greenery is superb, instead need to keep the door shut to prevent mosquitoes

Village vibe in the neighborhood, only a handful of tourists. Rooms with access to pool was wonderful, a shout out to the friendly n helpful reception team. The hotel restaurant offers good food and not so expensive. There is a 7/11 and Big C convenience store five minutes walk away plus a handful of small, delicious and cheap Thai restaurants nearby. The free daily shuttle to old phuket town and Central shopping mall is a big plus, definitely recommend this hotel to all

Breakfast was good but could have more choices. The mosquitoes LOL could not step out to the terrace day and night

The staff were so very friendly and helpful . Always smiling . The breakfasts were so plentiful, fresh and with generous options.

The pool could be much cleaner . The pool outside our apartment was the worst . They take out the leaves but not cleaning the bottom . The steps are dangerous too as is the floor outside . We also had tiles falling off the roof of the porch outside . Much more attention to detail regarding the cleanliness is needed . Also the room itself had filthy doors , corners of the room and behind the bed . Only very basic cleaning is taking place .

It’s a perfect place to stay if you want quiet, clean and cozy room. The room we stayed in was connected to the pool where we could step out of the door and just jump into the pool. It was perfect! Although the pool is the public pool, it was private enough for us. Room was clean, comfortable and the air condition works automatically and it adjusts itself according to the weather. Perfect stay! We will surely stay here again! The hotel receptionist was kind and patient, we checked out at 12 noon and we left our luggage at the hotel till 7pm as our flight was at 10pm at night. The receptionist took care of our luggage and belongings. Felt safe to leave our belongings there. Thank you!

Location was 10 mins drive to Phuket Town but to head to Patong Beach, jt was quite far. However, the hotel will be able to prepare a motorbikes for rent for you! So that solves the problem.

Perfect swimming cool (recommending the rooms with the big regular pool, not private one as these are small), kind staff, clean, quiet, bigger rooms. The terrace with sunbeds was perfect.

Breakfast is more about quantity than quality - okay for Phuket standards, but nothing special :) Overpriced "aka tourist trap" food in the hotel restaurant (which was nothing special), also drinks and massages - but you can get it anywhere else cheaper and better quality. Location is a bit further from the beaches or downtown, but we expected it - definitely recommending to rent a motorbike from the nextdoor local place which is 100m from the hotel for good price.
