The room was very clean and comfortable, the fan definitely made a difference. The property was at quite a nice location as it’s not too far of a walk to Old Phuket Town or the Pier, it’s also east to get a taxi if needed. Nuna was very helpful and welcoming, she gave great recommendations on things to do and answered any questions I had.

The landlady texted me in advance confirming my reservation and politely and fully answered my questions. When I arrived, she was meeting me outside with a welcome drink, quickly did the check in and escorted me to my room. She also explained how far the location was from the night market where I went after to grab some food. The market turned out to be a walking distance and had a wide selection of tasty food. The guesthouse is located in a quiet area, so the night was peaceful, no parties or loud music. The room itself was very clean, no insects in the bathroom. It didn't have the AC but that's what I booked, there was a big fan on the ceiling which was totally ok for me. However, if you're a tall person, you might need to slightly duck under it. I'm 178, didn't really have problems. Also, after checking out I realised I left something in the room and came back, the landlady met me again and handed over my stuff, which was very kind of her. A very honest person indeed.

It was just a stopover for me as my flight arrives in Phuket too late for the ferry. Nuna helped me plan everything from airport pick-up to ferry ticket booking. I booked ferry tickets with her, the price was good and it even came with shuttle services. Also ordered a breakfast before being picked up by the van to the ferry terminal. All was smooth and Nuna’s communication was seamless from the beginning.

Nothing much really. Phuket was warm maybe I will choose the AC room next time. But that was my choice not really about the property.

The staff are lovely & picked us up from the airport. Check in was smooth & the facilities were clean. Our apartment had a large fridge, kitchenette & a separate bedroom & bathroom. The air con worked a dream in the bathroom. Location was good as it was a 5 minute car ride from the port or you could walk into the old town / the port in around 20-30 minutes. Recommend!

There was only an aircon unit in the bedroom (as we knew), the rest of the apartment was very warm but that’s to be expected without the aircon unit. Perhaps in future aircon for the whole apartment would be good.

Really nice place. Perfect for a short stay if you need to be near the pier to get a boat elsewhere. The location is perfect for this reason but for a longer stay in Phuket town it is a bit far from the main town and there is not a lot going on in the area, it is a bit of a walk to the 7-Eleven and other amenities, although there are a few local small shops nearby for the basics. The host is really nice and helpful and provides food and drinks on the premises if you don't want to walk. Overall very happy, thanks!

I arrived late at night. The host was so friendly and organised a pick up straight away from the airport ( for a fare but cheaper than grab so it was a good deal😊) it was er easy to keep in touch on WhatsApp. I stayed in a fan room the first night but I underestimated the heat here. The next morning the host upgraded me to a room with AC no problem! I'm so thankful!! Also I forgot my jacket in the hostel. I texted the host and she said she would keep it save. I returned a few days later to phuket to collect it and she even washed it!🫶🏼 Always thankful~ I highly recommend this hostel if u want to stay close to the pier. Also the Oldtown is only a few motorbike minutes away~

Very friendly and helpful people, you can order breakfast for 80 baht, which is great value for money, with fresh fruit and juice to go with your coffee toast and jam. They even bring it to your room. Need scooter or taxi? They will help you and scooter was brought to me. Taxi was way cheaper than Grab. They give you detailed plans of your surroundings and where to find shops or tell you when there's interesting markets. Very clean and comfortable and great value for money. 5 mins from bus terminal and close to the city. For some extra money I was allowed to stay next day until 7pm which was helpful as my bus left at 10pm

Nothing which is the places fault but for the first time in 35 years, a fan room wasn't enough for me due to the extreme heat this year. So for a few baht more I changed to a room, which even had a fridge inside.

The fan rooms are clean, well mantained and located at a walking distance from markets, cafes, etc. There is the possibility of booking tours, airport transfers and the owner also sells a nice breakfast in the morning. She was very nice and helpful. She provided a lot of information about the area and always replied super quickly to any question we had. We really enjoyed our stay there and totally recommend it!

The fan is attached to the ceiling, so the room can get really warm (there is the option of booking AC rooms though). She asks for a deposit the day of the chek-in which is given back if everything is in perfect conditions.

Nice accomodation if you want to take ferry in the morning. The owner was very kind and took us for 200 baht to Pier where we took the ferry to Phi Phi.

Accomodation doesnt have normal windows, but just a “small holes” for a light to get in. For people that are scared of insects could be problematic. We had lizards on the wall. But this was just in kitchen and bathroom. Bedroom had normal window and door with AC.

Our host Nuna was so friendly and welcoming, she brought us a cold water bottle as soon as we checked in and recommended places to go in the local area. There is a 7/11 a couple minutes walk away and an easy to use I-laundry not far either. Nuna offers a WhatsApp ordering services where you can order drinks and snack which was so handy for us.

The hotel was about a 30 minute walk from old town which is completely do able in the day and early evening but at night we got grab taxis back. There is a bus service that goes into town too. However, for the price of the room the distance was definitely manageable.
