This hotel is exactly what you’d expect from a resort – truly a paradise getaway! There are three pools, each offering a unique vibe, so you can choose between a relaxing, vibrant, or more private atmosphere. The morning buffet is fantastic, with a wide variety of options and the added bonus of being able to order coffee and eggs exactly how you like them – omelette, scrambled, and more. The buggy service is super efficient, making it easy to navigate the large resort. The gym is top-notch, with an amazing view that makes your workout a bit more enjoyable. Speaking of views, the sunsets here are absolutely breathtaking – a perfect way to end the day. Plus, the private beach is a real highlight, offering a peaceful spot to relax by the water. All in all, it was a great experience, with everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay.

One thing to be aware of is the tiles in the pool. Both my partner and I injured our feet while walking around the pool area. It’s something to watch out for, especially if you are coming with kids. The prices at the restaurant are a bit steep for what you get, the overall experience was definitely worth it.

The architecture and design were amazing. Perfect view and clean swimming pool. Nice and helpful staff. Close to the old town.

Far from the central part. The menu of the international restunt was limited to a few dishes.

Very convenient location if you’re doing a lot of island hopping and aren’t interested in the Patong scene. It’s so close to Old Town which is my favorite part of Phuket. Breakfast options were aplenty and the private pool room felt like an apartment. Good restaurants on site too for lazy stay-in days.

Private pool was so shallow, like a bath. The property is a bit old so needs renewal but the premises are still beautiful. While breakfast options were good, the breakfast restaurant feels like a canteen so it’s not a very pleasant experience.

the staff is just amazing! so helpful and makes you feel special! they want to make sure you are having the best time and that everything is perfect for you. love the view, the people at the spa were great and did little personalized touches since I went there a lot! but I’m the expensive side! breakfast was amazing! it a buffet with everything you can imagine from an American continental breakfast to Indian and Thai meals! you really have something for every one! the beach is beautiful but small and only viable at high tide! fit swimming and for water sports! there were a lot of mosquitoes but you could find repellent with every staff as needed! they even gave some in the outdoor restaurants when you went for supper.

shared pool with neighbor is not the best since you have to mind their presence if you want to change and stuff. very expensive both for the room and the spa but both were beautiful experiences! so worth it if that’s what you’re looking for! which I was! location is far from everything but didn’t mind it because I went there for the spa and the beach!

The location was excellent in terms of the view. Far away from Patong and other beaches around. Close to Old Town. The thai food at the restaurant was great.

The hotel was Westin but the service was not Westin quality. The service is like what you would get in an ordinary hotel in Phuket. We stayed in multiple properties on our trip. Would recommend for the breakfast staff to be nicer. Even after they screwed up and accept it but won't really do anything about it. It takes forever for the buggy to come.

Location, room, facilities, restaurant, overall setting - fantastic. loved it.

Arbitrary charges applied at check-out to mini-bar/in-room dining use. These were not incurred by us but in order to quickly settle the invoice to catch flight had to pay. On contacting hotel afterwards, no response received.

The location though it is far from Patong 1 hour during pick times the variety of pools it has, nice location of the gym Good Breakfast

The rooms are outdated and bedsheets though are clean but the white color is faded from wear and tear. The housekeeping was inconsistent of providing the toiletries such as body lotion and cutlery , such as , spoon

The food was very good, a choice of 3 restaurants with different cuisine. The staff were excellent, very nice people, very polite and friendly. The room I had initially had a private pool right out in front of the room on the balcony, but it was shared by two rooms which ended up being a bit creepy as strangers could be in your private pool right outside your sliding door and balcony (and they were one night)- and can see straight into your room. The air conditioner leaked into my suitcase while I was at breakfast, so I got moved to a suite which had its own pool and balcony, a nice couch, much more comfortable. So I would recommend the suites but not the room with shared private pool unless you’re traveling in a group. The beach is safe for swimming, no waves (it’s a bay), and cordoned off. Views were stunning. What made it? The wonderful staff. And the spa and massages are very good.

The location. It’s perfect if you want to be away in the country side, everything we wanted to do was on the other side of the island which did means lots of our holiday was spent in taxis. However was close to Old Town
