Staff are really nice, food at restaurants is pretty good got a really nice view and I love morning breakfast ! Can rent a motorcycle or call ataxi right from hotel to any popular destination (with reasonable price)

In our 2days staying, we felt a very bad burning smell, like trash burning that literally was a whole evening and night, even cannot open window and we cannot figure out, where it’s come from,it also smell of ranch cows and chickens nearby, regarding location there are nothing around, nearest 7-11 around 2-3km away, so need to drive, later on we accidentally found a grave stones on the mountain hill, so better don’t climb mountains lol

We were super happy with our stay at So View. We stayed in one of the wooden cottages. Highlights were: - The wonderful view from high up overlooking the surroundings. (Both from the room terrace and the bigger shared restaurant terrace.) - The extremely warm welcome and generous, warm and friendly interactions with the owner of the place. She really pours her heart into this place and making the customers feel welcome. - The generous breakfast buffet that comes with the rooms. Together with the wonderful view from the terrace this really left a big positive impression with us. - The "off the beaten track" location far from all the tourist hot spots in the west of the island. We loved the quiet surroundings.

- In a few situations it was difficult to communicate, as many staff members don't speak any English (for example when we tried to explain that we would like to extend our stay by two more nights we needed external support to help us to communicate that intention correctly) - Our cottage (the outermost one on the far right) had a bit of a foul smell in the bathroom that seemed to come from below the cottage and intensity changed depending on the time of the day. We still loved our stay.

Excellent location close to Rassada Pier. They provided transportation to pier for nominal fee. Make sure you let them know what time you want to leave, pay the nominal fee at check-in and get a receipt for driver. Our HUGE bonus was the views from our room, especially sunrise views (hotel is on a hill). What a pleasant surprise! We checked in late and didn’t know the room had views! LOL. Incredible value for what we paid! Oh! We were also able to enjoy the awesome new year’s fireworks from our room (room was on same level as restaurant/lobby).

They did not have a flat/top sheet to act as a barrier between you and the comforter so if that is a problem, be aware. We paid very little so we didn’t expect perfection. (-: I would highly recommend the hotel to start adding top sheet though for hygienic purposes. Otherwise, room was perfect for what we paid.

The views from this hotel delivered. We were able to enjoy the sunset and sunrise. We had a short stay, but enjoyed breakfast and dinner from the balcony at the restaurant. It was a relaxing first day in Thailand. Water for purchase was decent priced. The room was clean. The deck was spacious. The area seemed quiet and peaceful.

Unfortunately, the bed was hard as a rock. Super uncomfortable. There were also a couple of ants crawling around but had no issue sleeping. We didn't have a chance to explore but the hotel did seem a bit far from activities.

It was an amazing place with nice view of the sea. Staff was so friendly and the owner was so supportive and friendly accomadating. We wish to travel again there.

This place is located at the cliff mountain only suitable for those with transportation. I enjoy the stay because I wanted to stay away from the hustle bustle places and rented a car . Waze make take you to a temple besides a school so you need to continue the main road till saw a big white building before turning to right and another 300meter saw a big roof warehouse on the right and you will see a signboard the resort is on right, road to go up about 100-200 meter is very steep but it’s fun . It has a breathtaking 180 degree sea and Mountain View . Hotel is well equipped with fridge , heater clean large bed , TV , cloth rack desk balcony patio set . Good value price except place can be remote for many . Perfect getaway for meditation and peaceful holiday

Clear road map or instructions as Waze registered a wrong place and may frustrating guest whom can’t find

It was a lively location away from the busyness. The view was great! We loved it and it was a nice cute cabin with our own privacy and a little balcony.

The only thing I would say is the 1st night I was woken up by little bugs and ants and they were biting us. But from that day on we used mosquito and bug repellent from 7/11 and sprayed the bed every night before we got in it and made sure we wiped off our feet and we was absolutely fine!

This place is either brand new or freshly renovated. Not a musty smell anywhere on the property. Very clean and very nice people. There are lovely beaches nearby and the walk up to the nearby temple was gorgeous. I’m not sure why this area of Phuket is so quiet. I was the only person in the resort and the only person in most restaurants I went to. The surrounding feels very village life. If you like to be off the beaten path this is a great area to be in Phuket.

It exceeded my expectations. We stayed for only two nights, but I haven’t slept this well in a long time – the bed was incredibly comfortable! The room was clean and had everything I needed. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and the breathtaking view made it even better. Although it’s a bit out of the way, a scooter or taxi easily solves that – and at least you get to enjoy some peace and quiet. Highly recommended!

If you want to get out of busy places for few days, this is perfect place for it. Restaurant in the resort is really good and good prices.

Communcation could be little better, but its okay. Might need to use translate application :) better sunlight cover would be nice to cabins if you like to sleep late.
