Everything was great, The Hotel has always been My favorite. The food is Great, the Pool is Fantastic, there are Rooms with a Great View of the Islands, also they have Pool exit rooms so you can go into Pool whenever You like. Simply if You want to relax, this hotel is the perfect choice.

Although they have great Staff All over, but their Reception Staff behavior is Bad. is like you feel they don't want you to be back to their Hotel. I tried to inform the management about it but it seems it's their policy, they try to get extra money by fooling you in multiple issues, like early check & and late check out. this is why I rated them 8 not 10 although the hotel deserves 10.

That it was out of the way of all the tourist stuff and on the beach! The pool was AMAZING!

The language barrier was tough at times but that’s to be expected somewhat so it wasn’t that bad. The breakfast buffet was the most expensive and lease impressive of all of our hotel stays in Thailand.

The accomodation was excellent and the location was lovely as it was right next to the beach which was only a 50 mtr walk away. The many pools were very well maintained and just perfect for an evening dip before retiring.

The food menu was very good the only problem was it depended upon the time of day you wanted to eat, also they stopped serving coffee early in the day which was a little frustrating not being a drinker.

Rooms are wonderful. Bar and pool area are same as the site pics, so equally good.

The house music that looped over and over and over. It felt like they had three beats on continuous rotation. I swear, if I hear that mix again, I'll be triggered 😆

I requested a one king size bed and they gave me 2 single beds put together. Plus the bed sheets were adapted on top of the other to make it look is only one bed. We had the bedroom with direct access to the swimming pool, which is one amazing feature. However, the opening time of the pool is at 6:30 in the morning... It was very unpleasent to wake up at 6:30-7:00 in the morning with people making noise in the pool right next to your bed.... The hotel has 3 swimming areas, maybe it would be a good idea to consider the opening time of the 2 pools (that are a bit away from the rooms) at 6:30 and the pool with direct access from the bedrooms a bit latter. I understand everyone wants to enjoy 🏊 but people also want to sleep in their vacations.

The location was amazing! The view of the ocean from the pool and dining areas were unbeleivable. The staff were wonderful and very attentive they made us feel so welcome and were ver helpful. Would like to thank specifically 2 staff members, Champ and Fifa, for their amazing service! The breakfast food was probably the best breakfast food I've ever had at any resort or hotel. The Pad Thai especially was incredible. The tour booking desk inside the hotel is also very convenient. We booked an excursion to the PhiPhi islands right from the lobby. Everything about this place was above and beyond.

Bed could be a little more comfortable the mattress was more firm but wasnt bad.

Beautiful beach front resort. Well structured and planned hotel with all facilities available for a quiet get away. Restaurant had good food and drink options. Staff were mostly friendly and nice. Bathroom was large and spacious. Restocked two water bottles a day. Room with pool access is fantastic. Taxi parked in front of resort for a last minute ride somewhere (way more expensive than bolt/grab). Comfy bed and pillows. Fresh towels and regular room service as needed. Multiple pools for swimming.

Pool was not clean. Could see clumps of hair floating around and items dropped in the pool for days. On our last day there was a machine that seemed to be cleaning the pool, maybe filtering the water but was not actually cleaning the pool. Someone needs to physically clean this pool with a net every two days minimum and it would be a better experience. Shower head was mouldy and quite concerning. Connivence store was around 20 mins away from the resort.

The amazing views from the balcony and pool side, and some tasty food from your restaurant and the dessert!! 10/10

Check in , should be updated to have a list printed off every day of paying guests for that day!! So you can just tick them off, the old fashioned way, if you have a power cut all internet not working so you have a backup from your computer system. Not a good feeling being told you're not on your computer system, when you have paid already and been travelling all day with little sleep. (You did find me but it took a while.) Apart from this , we enjoyed our stay.
