The location is amazing. The room was big, clean and very calm. I enjoyed my stay there with my family. Felt safe in a quiet neighborhood but at the same time a lot of commodities were at your doorstep.

The room was a bit cold. Corridors are very narrow and felt an old building outside the room. Yet, the room itself is really beautiful, looks renovated and well maintained. The bathroom was very small but this was not a problem as long as it was very clean.

Very kind staff in a small yet very clean hotel. The location is perfect, in the old town and very close to the Bosphorus; our room was big enough for us 4 but the bathroom was too small - we could not completely open the bathroom door because the sink was in the middle and the shower was not very confortable. We thought it offered a continental breakfast but instead it was just a turshish one - really good, by the way, but not what we expected. Also the bed linnen had no sheets, only a thin cover, which, although not unconfortable, was not what we expected. In general, we had a very good stay, were greatly treated by the very kind staff but there are for sure things to improve.

The room is cosy and warm, there are more than 3 electricity points, that's very convenient! Staff are helpful and kind.

We had problems with hot water and had to ask to fix it. It was fixed rather soon though.

The location was perfect you could reach many sights on foot and could reach the public transportation stations in 5-10 minutes. The price-performance ratio was great and the rooms were very clean. If you wanted they cleaned the room every day.

The hotel is a bit noisy but this is not a problem.

It was our first time coming to Türkiye and we loved our stay, it was absolutely comfortable, convenient and hassle free. The hotel staff is very friendly, welcoming respectful -- especially "İdris & Engin", who were extremely helpful, kind and humble! No language barrier, they are very cooperative and understanding. We really appreciate their kind gestures and respectful behaviour. Service & cleanliness is also on spot! Perfect for 4 persons, it's location is amazing, close to all the famous areas with a walking distance of just 7-10 minutes and many shops and restaurants close by. It's only a 10 minute walk to the Sultanahmet square, Ayasofya, Topkapı, more famous restaurants and tourisms spots + the tram station is also located very near, we spent our whole trip touring all the places by walk, no need of taxi and trams unless you want to go to another district. Overall, a great comfortable stay. Definitely will come here again! ☺️

Everything was perfect! Arven Hotel has a perfect location, in the historical centre of Istanbul, very close to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and the Bosphorus. The room was perfectly clean, equipped with everything basic a hotel room needs to have and the bathroom was in a excellent state. When it comes to the staff, everyone was very friendly, they helped us with practical tourist information, helped me organize a birthday surprise for my girlfriend, and offered us different tourist experiences, such as a wonderful boat cruise around the Bosphorus. Everyone is ready to answer your questions and help!

Hotel and its staff were perfect. The only disturbing thing was the ezan heard from the mosques in the area early in the mornings. However, it was for short, and, to be honest, you can't avoid that in any Muslim country.

Nice location in Fetih walking distance to the tourist sites. Room was very clean and staff are kind.

The blinds/curtains do not completely block out light which is annoying for sleeping so I would bring an eye mask.

The hotel meets your basic requirements, value for money, location is good, staffs are friendly, highly recommend to people who stay in Istanbul.

Lovely rooms with lovely atmosphere. 10 mins walk to Hagia Sofia. Facilities around are open till late night. Very recommendable. Idris is very welcoming & helpful.
