The location is great, 5 minutes walk from sultanahmet square (hagia sophia, blue mosque and topikapi palace) and just 15 minutes walk from capali (spice and grand bazar). The room was super clean, they changed our sheets and brought new towels daily. Host is amazing and super-kind, he recommended us what to visit and where to eat and every advice was worth listening to. We would definitely come back. Great expirience.

Nothing negative to say, only the rooms were a bit small, which shouldn’t be the problem at all for people who tend to explore the city during the day.

Located well for a walk to the sights. Small hotel with only a few rooms. Offered another bigger room on check in (for more money). Friendly two staff members ready to chat and help. Food delivery using local app was easy. Loads of nearby restaurants. Small corner shop on the same road. Bus stop not far. Bed was just ok and AC worked well. Hot shower. Fridge & Hairdryer in room.

The room is a bit too small for two with backpacks.Toilet seat was broken and the cleaners knew of this over many days coming in but never fixed it. 25 mins walk from Metro/Airport station be aware to walk or need taxi. No bottled water left in the room.

La Petite Maison is a very lovely and cozy little hotel! The room is quite comfortable, has all the necessities, there's WiFi, air conditioner and fridge work well. Hotel staff is very nice and welcoming, and speaks English well - we had to arrive at very short notice, but they handled it in best possible way. Location is wonderful, hotel is placed right in the city center: 3 minutes to the beautiful seafront and about 10 minutes to Hagia Sophia. I'm sure we'll stay here again, if we're be in Istanbul again for a couple of nights

There was some minor trouble with WiFi, but nothing serious, overall it works quite fine

The location is perfect, at the beginning of the old city, just a few minutes of the main attractions as Hagia Sophia and Topkapi palace. There are some restaurants around + a supermarket with normal prices. The hotel has great rooftop terrace, where you could stay in the evening, or take a breakfast. The rooms are cosy but small. The staff is always trying to help you with information. As we arrived late in the night, they find us a place to park our car + they leave us to check out almost until 12:00. However, this is a great offer in terms of Value for money. Recommend it.

Few minuses: - the guy in the evening try to charge us double and try to lie us about the price we need to pay. I had to show him the reservation in the Booking app in order to calm down. - the hotel is small so you will hear the noice from the street in the morning as it is quite busy. - the sinks in the bathroom are so small that even a common toothbrushing turns the bathroom into a swimming pool. - the cleaning ladies were smoking in the common area near the terrace, where you are suppose to have a breakfast/lunch/dinner. - they were put the heating on in the beginning of May and you could not switch it off during the night as it was central one. The daily temperature outside was like 20+ and during the night around 10-12 degrees Celsius.

Very good location, walking distance from Hagia Sofia and other attractions. Restaurants close by and also helpful staff at reception that helped us answers and directions when we first arrived.

Wi-Fi wasn't working properly, always disconnecting.

Excellent location ! Very close to tram and metro , easy access to all tourist attractions! The room was cleaned everyday and had all the amenities ! The staff is extremely helpful and they are very friendly oriented ,helped us a lot with finding some attractions and suggesting good places to eat ! The airport shuttle was also good and for good money considering the far location of the airport ! Highly recommended to stay with your friends or with your loved ones ! We are very pleased that we stayed there and for sure we will do it again !

The hotel service exceeded my expectations, especially because I arrived in the early morning (after missing a flight) well outside reception hours and the manager received me and recognized me from the airport. I am convinced that the service makes the difference between one. and another place and this place did it. The hotel is Very well located, close to the main attractions, close to the tram and bus parking lots, the place is very safe. The rooms are as shown in the photos, everything clean and working. I was able to sleep well, there was no noise from the street. The staff is always willing to help.

All it was okay

The location is great, near to the most important sites of Istambul. You can get to them by minutes walking. The room is confy and clean, even though a bit small. The staff is super nice, they gave us tips and also let us leave the bags after check out to enjoy more the city. Totally recommended :)

Just be aware that the closest train/subway station is around 25 min walking, but we only needed public transportation to go to airport, so no big deal for us :)

Great location, close to the main touristic sights. The roof terrace is really cool, nice place to have breakfast and there’s free coffee and tea. The staff is super nice and helpful.

Would have been nice to have a warmer blanket in the room, there was only a small bedsheet to use as a blanket, and sometimes it was a bit cold. Also they could have refilled the toilet paper and shower gel more often because we ran out of those multiple times, there was not much of it. Maybe that’s my fault but when booking the rooms I chose this particular room because there was a terrace listed, but just to make it clear, there’s no terrace or balcony, only a shared one upstairs. But at least that one is really nice, like I said.
