Beautiful apartment in a great location! We really liked the interior, the view outside, all the famous Istanbul places are very close by. There are also shops and restaurants right next to the hotel. The hotel owner was very friendly and spoke great English, which made the communication easier. :) Also, the apartment we booked had a very cozy terrace, loved it!

The apartment was smaller than in pictures. It is not very easy to get to the top floor - you have to take stairs which is not very comfortable. Also, we noticed that the apartment was not cleaned very well during the daily cleaning (bathroom, floor lacked cleaning). Other than that, everything was very nice!

We stayed for two nights. The hotel itself and our room was very very clean, everything looked brand new. The location is perfect too. All the must see tourists attractions were walking distance, which was very important to us. Public transportation was about 5 minutes away. To sum up, I am a very picky traveler and the hotel exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for a hotel in this area, I wouldn’t think twice.

We had an excellent experience at Sultan Pier Hotel, Istanbul. The host and the entire staff were wonderful, very attentive to our needs, and always available. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the welcoming atmosphere made us feel truly at home. We arrived early in the morning, around 7 a.m., although the regular check-in time was at 2 p.m. The staff kindly made every effort to prepare our room by 8 a.m., so we didn’t have to wait in the car. This thoughtful gesture made a huge difference and we appreciated it very much. I warmly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean stay with exceptional people. We will definitely come back!

The hotel is run by two polite brothers. The location was only a 10 minute walk from the Blue Mosque and next door to the 1500 year old Little Hagia Sofia Mosque. Secure access via card or pin number at a gated door. The hotel is located in a calm and quiet residential area surrounded by restaurants and other hotels. The family room had mixed residential area view, sea view and view of the beautiful Little Hagia Sofia Mosque. The room and bedding were clean. Great taste in decor, neutral, relaxing tones, not too much pattern and no garish or bright colours. Very calm and relaxing. High quality fitted furniture has been thoughtfully selected. There are useful USB 2amp outlets near bed for charging phones (bring a usb cable or 2), double bed and sofa bed. QR code food and shopping for essentials available via phone. Great use of limited space. The family room/apartment is on the 3rd Floor via stairs and has a good sized terrace, kitchenette with fridge freezer and, electric stove, kettle, sink and microwave. There are two TVs and a living room area. Good water pressure and hot water with wet room mixer shower. Good communication via WhatsApp business account. Aykut is very responsive. Airport transfers available. Wifi available but pick up a local sim-card. I enjoyed my stay and found it to be excellent value. Go to the local Ziya Baba restaurant for local prices (not tourist ones). This restaurant has a small menu but decent food at excellent honest prices. A101 and SOK supermarkets nearby for great local prices.

Very helpful and kind staff, very clean and comfortable, close to public transport and several sightseeing location. Parking on the street in front of the hotel. Everything was perfect.
