The room was immaculate and really big. Staff eye incredibly helpful giving out advice and recommendations. The room had double glazing so noise was at an absolute minimum.

The room overlooking the Bosporus was lovely but it was also right over the metro and next to a very busy road/ freeway /A road. With the window closed the noise was at a minimum but very loud when opened. Not really a negative, just something to be aware of if you want back-facingv rooms. I wasn't aware the hotel didn't have an elevator and my room was on the second floor. However, staff was, again, incredibly helpful carrying my luggage up and down the stairs, just something to be aware of

The room was a bit small but with the ample balcony with great views of the Bosporous it felt more spacious. Everything was kept very clean and the staff was always ready to help with anything. I asked to arrange for a birthday cake for my partner and they took care of it. They have a restaurant next door where you have your breakfast also with a nice balcony and very attentive staff. There were a couple of things that needed fixing in the bathroom and they took care of it promptly when I let them know. They also run a travel agency and a small shop so they’re always ready for advice and help you booking tours, activities or with late night snacks and drinks.

The WiFi isn’t great. They have multiple signals available but these didn’t reach properly to my room and the connection was unstable.

Seatabul sits at less than 5 minute walk from the Blue Mosque, thus the location is great. Staff is gentle, kind, and always willing to help for anything needed. They can arrange transfer from/to the two airport at a good price (I highly recommend to take transfer if the journey is from/to IST airport). Rooms are nice with a nice view to the Bosphorus and they are cleaned every morning with towel replacement, too. Highly recommended hotel!

There is no elevator.

The staff made my trip memorable. I was a female solo traveler and they were able to help me book tours or give me tips about the city —such as skipping the Grand Bazaar for the more affordable shops near the spice Bazaar. They also provided currency exchange services at reasonable rates so it was convenient for me to trade dollars. Anything I needed: a tour, a trip to the spa, getting a cab, they were more than happy to oblige. I came from a different country where I stayed at a five-star hotel and the personal touch of the service at Seatanbul was better than the expensive hotel. The major sites are also a ten-minute walk away. I was able to save money on transportation as I was able to walk everywhere. There are a lot of nearby restaurants for you to choose from. They were very friendly and I felt comfortable during my stay. I also appreciated the constant supply of fresh fruit and the occasional tea.

Everything was great, the staff welcomed us very politely, the rooms are comfortable, the bathroom is spacious, there are sea view options, we chose the street view rooms, they were very helpful, the location is close to all touristic places, Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmet Mosque, Grand Bazaar and other places. I strongly recommend it to people who will visit Istanbul. Thank you to the Seatanbul team.

No elevator but they helped with baggage. Great dinner and breakfast in the restaurant on patio with sea view. Drove us to cruise terminal way cheaper than taxi would have cost.

Location, the rooms, the review, and the staff! Everything was great, even exceeding our expectations! Very happy with our stay, and highly recommend.

I decided to spend my anniversary in Istanbul which I explained to the staff after booking . Staff were very friendly as they decorated my room for us to help our celebration. Staff were helpful and very friendly, smiling all the time (which was something different for me ) , they can help with organising trips , food and airport transportation. Hotel location is perfect , walking distance to tourist destinations , tram , metro and bus. Hotel view is perfect, you can enjoy ur day in ur balcony enjoying the sunset and sunrises. Hotel room was so clean and quiet, room service available daily. Staff were so helpful offering me late check out , offered to keep my bags till flight time and organised airport transportation in very good car.

The road noise is strong, the windows should be closed. In plus a train passes close every 10 minutes between 6h30 and 23h The breakfast (very good) is served between 9h and 11h, so if you want to visit before tourist rush you have to skip the breakfast...
