Functional breakfast on a wonderful terrace. Room accurate to descriptions and photos, with a nice private balcony. Super friendly staff.

Having the room situated just by the lobby reduced the sense of privacy, and heavy traffic outside and a karaoke bar next door was suboptimal but perhaps expected given the central location of the hotel.

The staff offer amazing Hospitality and are very flexible for all your requests. Mouhamed, Hamza and Hasan, you guys are Amazing people and thank you for making my stay peaceful and also for accepting the requests I had. These guys deserve Claps 👏 I had 3 big bags which these guys helped me pick up from the room to the Taxi. The hotel is near to Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Grand bazaar, which makes it perfect if you come here to Shop and visit big Istanbul places. It is near to the sealine which will excite you to take walks near the sealine The Kitchen is roof top and offers an amazing view of the Sealine.

EXCELLENT AT THE CENTER OF HISTORY.

Very nice small hotel with just few rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful , special thanks to Ossama who was going the extra mile every time we needed some directions, advice or whatever. Our balcony of the family room was facing the see with wonderful views. The same for the rooftop breakfast terase. Location couldn’t be better for strolling around the old city of Istanbul, just 5 min walk to Sultanahmet square and 10 min to the tram station. The room itself is large and comfortable, air conditioning, WiFi, shower area, water pressure, all work very well and cleaning is excellent with daily housekeeping. Breakfast is reasonably for this hotel size. It is not a 4stars hotel, but offers all needed comfort, we wouldn’t wish for more, good value for the money. We would come back.

Nothing. Just be aware the steps are little steep but they are short. It didn’t bother us at all but could raise an issue for people with a medical condition.

Excellent location, very friendly staff. The gents at Seahouse were super helpful and communicative online in advance, helped us with shuttles at midnight, and how to make the most of our short stay in Istanbul. Pointed us to great local food, and where to avoid some tourist traps. The location is beyond fantastic, just a few minutes wander up the road to Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque (one of the restaurants just around the corner has rooftop seating that has the best views in town!). Great value for money, will definitely be heading back next time we're off to Istanbul.

The accommodation was very comfortable, with a balcony offering a direct view of the sea, which made for a beautiful and relaxing experience. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. I was assisted by a receptionist named Hassan, who stood out as the most helpful and friendly staff member during my entire three-week trip. He went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, accommodating my request for a slightly late checkout and assisting with luggage storage due to my late-night flight. His excellent service was truly appreciated.

There is a railway near the accommodation, but just shut the door and the noise will be disappeared.

The Hotel is a great value for being in a great location several minutes walk to the blue mosque and 15 minutes to downtown but slightly outside of the super busy areas. The staff are super nice, friendly and helpful and made our visit so much easier by arranging transportation to and from airports and advising on things to see and do in the area. Breakfast is really nice on the rooftop overlooking the sea.

There is some street noise in the area but it wasn't enough to be a problem for us and Istanbul is a very busy place, so lively sounds are part of the rich patina of the environs.

Breakfast was very nice, room was very clean and the cleaning service everyday was very good. It is in walking distance to the city centre and even Grand Bazaar, so perfect location. The air condition was good and worked even as a heater which was perfect since it was snowing outside.

Our room was directly opposite the reception and the main door, the door in our room had a little space between floor and door so you could feel the breeze. Also since it was opposite the reception, you could hear people comming in and going out.

The place was great! The host WAS AMAZING - helped us out with several things (starting from money exchange to excellent directions). The location is like 10 min away on foot from the main square - whereas you can visit the most important mosques and Top Kapi. (no need for busses or transportation - just google maps and in 10-15 min you can reach your main attraction). A lovely restaurant - basically opened non-stop 2 meters away (we went out at 2 PM to get baclava and still got the best service). Ask anything you need at the reception and the lovely host will get you the best directions.

Absolutly nothing to be honest... We are not high maintenance!
