Location is superb, in the heart of Taksim Square ,Room was Comfy &nice Ali & Faranak both are wonderful receptionists always helpful& Cooperative! Breakfast is fine but should be improved

It felt safe and welcoming. Friendly staff that spoke English and helped with anything. Very quiet and clean. Was able to get us transport back to airport even at 2am.

Wifi a little unstable at times but still worked fine the majority of the time.

The location is perfect, the room was clean and bed very comfy. Breakfast on rooftop is great too. Highly recommended Very underrated hotel

Air condintionning is centralized so we werent able to put it on cold mode and room was hot due to sun. Ventilation system in the toilet had a weird smell

The location was great, and very delicious breakfesat. The stadd was very helpful and especially ELA. The room was clean and comfortable accommodation. I'll do again in may and will stay at the same hotel.

The furniture is a bit old but still is good.

Accessible, everyone jumps in to help, give information, even find a solution,..
