Great location Everybody was helpful and nice except room service was weird.b be prepared to pay immediately when they show up at your door they don't charge your room. If you don't have payment, your food will just sit there and get cold until you pay for your food immediately. I'm used to the US, when you're're room service bill, just goes right on to your hotel bill.

They don't have face towels. They give you hand towels which are huge, so it was hard to wash in the shower or wash your face. They just didn't even understand what a hand towel was. I didn't like they didn't have any channels that were really in.English. I thought that was weird. They typically always have several American channels and also the TV shut off all the time, even though I asked them to change it. There was no timer and it would shut off every hour. I understand if you didn't watch it or change the channel for several hours, but I would be watching it and it would consistently just shut off.

The journey at this hotel was something off the charts. I was treated as a VIP person eventhough im not. That reflects the level of their hospitality. Special thanks to Miss CANSU, the leader who made everything stunning from the welcoming with homemade turkish coffee to the goodby by a delightful smile. The breakfast was full of all delecious food, well prepared and fresh. There were plenty of choices. The staff was very polite and welcoming Cafeteria is something that i like most Everything was well organized and shiny The swimming pool and the sauna were just amazing Finally, the rooms were so spacious, cosey, clean, and comfortable I definitely rate the experience 10 out of 10 Well deserved the 5 star of the hotel A huge shoutout to the greatest person in the hotel, Miss Cansu Yazman ^^ . With you we had a great business and touristic trip in this stunning country.

Loction: strategically located near subway station and airport line (this is a very big exchange station. make sure you follow exit for Villa Cd. if not you can loop in the underground for long tieme;). Personnel: great and very helpful. Will go out of their way to help you if you need anything.

The room is overheated and you cannot bring down the temperature during mid season, when the cold air conditioning is not active yet. If you book via "Booking' and you get 10% discount on services, make sure you tell them BEFORE hand. Once you pay the full price it is "impossible" to get the credit back. In essence, the Booking discount offered is NOT automatic.

The service here was incredible. The people are friendly and helpful. Always willing to go out of their way to make you feel more comfortable. Service is 10/10, faultless. Rooms were good quality.

The pool was the only thing that let the hotel down. As someone who swims intensely (the reason for my stay was to Swim the Bosphorus Strait race) it wasnt a full length 25m pool, more like 15m, which isn't a problem to most non-competitive swimmers. The more frustrating thing was you had to book ahead of time. The booking process was unnecessarily complex and usually fully booked before breakfast and late evening. And when I was lucky enough to get those slots, I literally had the pool to myself; very confusing! The sauna and steam were great, usually empty and didn't require a booking.

The locations especially is superb. Besides that the facilities and there are many staff at all time and even a security guard. There was this guy at the reception, Kadir. He was so nice and helpfull. I got two free upgrades of the room, because there was a construction next to the hotel at the time and I couldn't sleep. Furthermore, the hygiene was excellent, the location, cafe. If you ask for something like a towel it takes max 2/3 minutes to get there. Overall for what you are getting, I even think it is cheap to stay here. I would definitely recommend and thanks again Kadir

Nothing specific, elevator sometimes took a few minutes, but not that bad to complain about.

This was a wonderful, high class hotel where we had a conference taking place. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and luxuriously spacey, and the staff very pleasant and efficient. Great air conditioning and atmosphere, strong wifi, very nice. The hotel restaurant where I had breakfast and lunch was great! Excellent service and atosphere, and the food had a wide variety and was very tasty. They also did catering for the coffee breaks of the conference and there also the variety and high quality of sweets, breads, fruits, etc. was impressive! The staff of the hotel was wonderful and I should especially mention and thank the classy gentleman in blue suit, Sendar, who was very kind and helped me. Thank you! The lady who did the cleaning of my room was also very pleasant and the room wonderfully clean and nice. Then hotel is also located on a street with many stores and restaurants, and nearby Gayrettepe metro station, the direct line from the airport, which is also convenient. It was a wonderful stay, thank you very much!

Everything, staff super friendly, rooms and beds are big enough. They deliver super fast service. They do have four seasons standards. Thanks for everything.Definitely will come back again.

Just one thing was so annoying that they kept asking straight payment in the restaurant and at the breakfast in fact i left my cc and 80€ deposit. I don’t have to carry my valet with me all around while taking care of my little son. But apart from that everything else was amazing!

She is one of the manager in hotel as assistant that give us maximum services and help me to choose best room and she was very professional in her job , I hope other hotel have such a helpful manager look like Ms.Cansu . The area was good with both restaurants and supermarkets in 5 min walk. The hotel staff was amazing and very helpful. The staff could be role models for other hotels.

The family suite I booked was new painted so I could not stay there due to strong smell. The reception upgraded me for free to the hotels biggest and finest Suite.

Location is so good. Staff so atencious. Comfortable room. Breakfast is so good. Have a good fitness center.

The hotel pool is for professional use. It is necessary to book and you need to wear hair protection. It’s not a pool to relax and have fun. The housekeeper knocks on the door at 8am asking if she can clean, that’s not good.
