Location is fantastic , karakoy is a great neighborhood and close to the main attractions on that side of the Bosporus....the view from the corner room are also incredible .The staff was very kind

The rooftop was not ready so we had to have breakfast in a place nearby. Also , and more important , the hotel is unfortunately very close to a club that blasts music till very late at night...So if you need silence to sleep comfortably this might not be the best option for you . The hotel gives you earplugs so they are evidently well aware of the problem...

We can't control the AC in the two rooms, it always go back to 18°c so we can't control the desired temperature

The room had great, views across the Bosphorus. We spent a lot of time watching the boats & people watching. Great way to end our holiday. The bed & pillows were excellent. Room was clean & cosy.

When we arrived the smell from the bathroom was terrible but the staff were able to find some room deodorizer, which helped a little. It seemed like a plumbing issue & the smell stayed in the room for the entire time. The noise of the party/ disco was extremely loud. Both nights we couldn’t get to sleep until 1-2 am due to the loud noise coming from outside despite our windows closed & ear-plugs in.

Amazing and helpful staff , from welcoming till leaving they were just amazing Location is perfect View from the junior suite is nice Room service ppl are amazing as well and they keep the rooms very clean

*Yusuf - in the restaurant for the breakfast- i’ve never seen someone working this hard and with enthusiasm and passion and focus on the costumers!! Wow, he made me love the hotel & made me wanna rate it 10/10 no matter what. he’s so friendly and i told him i will write a review especially for you! what an amazing man! *the location is right next to Galata port mall! it’s exceptional, just 5 seconds walk literally

-we couldn’t sleep until 2 AM everyday because of the bars next to us. it was unbelievably noisy but that’s not the hotel fault to be fair. -the room are too small you can’t even walk around

This hotel is very nice and a very good choice for traveling to Istanbul!! I stayed here for three days, and Dream Inn helped me get familiar with the city faster with its excellent service. Very convenient and comfortable airport pick-up, 24-hour front desk and security allowed us to find someone to help at any time. The staff here are very easy-going with a smile on their faces, especially Ömer, Ersin, who made me feel very comfortable and kind. They helped us with our luggage and always helped us get a taxi. It is worth it that this hotel is right by the sea, and we can see the sea from our room window, which is absolutely beautiful. We also went to the rooftop restaurant, the view is very wide, all you can see is the blue sky and sea, I love it here! In short, the moment you book this hotel, you can easily welcome your trip!🥰
